Stopped in to get my oil changed was in and out in 30 minutes. They were professionally and the price was decent $58 for my truck with synthetic oil.

Workers will ignore you. Apparently it takes two guys to change a tire so I was unable to get any service done. After 20 minutes of watching them I just gave up and left.

Closed more than 15 minutes early and took forever to get in touch with a manager to try and figure out what could be done... I had to go to the location to get a manager. The manager took some money off my purchase but that's all that could be done.. If that didn't happen I would have rated it a half star or none.

Purchased tires on Walmart. Com and went in store to have them installed. The young man that greeted us and took our information was very kind and polite. We waited in store and it wasn't bad considering it was on a Saturday. Hopefully the installation was correct. However checking out a senior employee, Joel, was very rude. Loud and hateful. Wasn't explanatory. Just an @$$ to be honest. This is why only 3 stars.

My husband brought our van here to have tires put on. First, shame on us for even thinking this could be a good idea. They got every wheel loosened except the front driver side and told him it was on too tight and they couldn t get it off. He offered to go get replacement lug nuts (in the event they broke them when they removed them) and they told him it was an hour to closing so they wouldn t do that. {also why don t they have replacement lug nuts?} They told him as well if it was earlier in the day it d be no problem for him to do that Sorry for inconveniencing you sirs, AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING Oh let s also not forget that they lied in stating they took off any tires AND didn t balance the tires they took off. My husband directly asked the technician if he took off one of the tires and he stated no when my husband pointed out that the white letters were now on the inside (and that a recent pic we have shows them on the outside) the technician then admitted to taking that one off. Then my husband asked again if he balanced them since he took them off, to which he said no he did offer to balance it at that point- after my husband has already waited 45 minutes for them to tell him they can t do it.To make things even better, it took them 30 more minutes to even tighten the lugs back up that they d loosened.Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually knows what they are doing

Ordinarily I take my vehicles here for new tires and oil changes, but I am very disappointed in this department as today, I called long in advance in the early afternoon and was told that they would be open until 7:00 p.m. . This is on a Sunday, and I had no prior knowledge of their hours because Google says they closed at 7:00 as well. When I arrived, the bay doors were closed, three mechanics walked outside, saw us sitting there, didn't acknowledge us, and went back inside. I called the auto center to be told and was told by a different employee that they closed at 6:00 and that I wasn't correct in that another employee told me seven. Everyone who heard the conversation can vouch for the fact that I was told 7:00 p.m. I drove 45 minutes to have very much needed service done on tires I purchased from there. The company needs to update their hours accurately on their Google listing, and train up The employees on giving out inaccurate information to customers. Especially ones who pay several hundred dollars to the auto center regularly. When my vehicles are serviced, they do a good job and they are quick. That is why they still deserve the three stars I gave. Make sure you arrive long before 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday!

No problem this trip. Went for 4 new tires for my SUV. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and helpful. I was told it was going to be a long wait but it was finished much quicker.

I call before driving over just to make sure they have the tires in stock that I need , because my store does not have them.. the gentleman on phone assures me they do ! Do I pay there ? Yes mam , can you put them on today? Yes mam ! Are you sure ? I do have a drive there , so just making sure , yes mam! Just come ahead and we will get you in ! So I did just that , to get there , pull in to be greeted with.. sorry emergency only we closing at 4. I responding , I called before coming and the gentleman said he could put 4 tires on my car to come on over ... this man said, not today they made the call , second shift called in and we are closing at 4. This is before 2 o clock and YOU can t get my tires on , that I was told you could do when I just called you .. 1. I wouldn t have drove over there 2. Now I have no tires and wasted gas coming there !! Very bad business, and rude ! I ll just order online and stick to my store , never been treated that way !! Be a man of your word .. you tell someone something .. back it up. Specially if they drive from out of town to come do business with you !

I wish I could rate it -5 stars!!! I was told by the the lady checking me in that she had talked with the manager and that my back tires would be replaced as they were still under warranty and that my front tires would be prorated. They told me the wait would be 2 hours so I agreed and went to grab a bite and do some shopping. Once I made it back my car hadn't been touched and the guy in the shop said my tires weren't under warranty because my car was out of alignment (which it wasn't) so I wasted 2 hours of my life wandering around Wal-Mart.The same guy couldn't get my oil cap off last time so I had to take it to Quick-Lube and they said it wasn't even stuck. I try not to give negative reviews but these people are well deserving of one. Please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! It took 2 bad experiences for me to wise up. These guys are incompetent and not able to deliver the service they advertise. The warranties they offer are useless as they will lie and try to find some way to get out of it!. You've been warned!

Im not one to post a reveiw but this one is unacceptable. The past two times I ve came here, I've had to wait much longer than expected to receive my car. The first time should have taken about 20 or 30 minutes, yet turned into over an hour due to no one communicating with me to let me know my car was ready. This time, I needed an oil change and a tire change. I came in at 3:12 and it will be 5 or later before receiving my car. Almost 2 whole hours... I m disappointed in the service that has been given. The employees here are friendly but their service to their customers isn t taken into consideration. I had plans this evening and will be late due to the extension of time waiting for my car.

Slow...slow...slow!!!!!!! Not very busy and had multiple repairmen but they were super, super slow!!!! Almost 3 hours to put on set of tires.....way to long. Men were nice but in slow motion. We even called ahead to make sure they had what we needed and checked web store first??? Slow!!!!!

Great Place For a Quick And Affordable Oil Change.Customer service is pretty good.No more than an hour wait usually unless there is alot of people but they always tell you when there is a wait over an hour from my experience.

Great service and friendly ppl....they get loaded down a lot so you will have a bit of a wait sometimes but it just shows how how good the service is

AWFUL!!!! Super rude customer service wait time to get tires or oil change is awful they pretty much discourage you from even trying to get anything!! I will not be back!

Very BAD service. Lazy inconsiderate staff. Dropped car off for service called to see if it was ready person at desk flat out lied to me said it was ready when it had not been even started.

Took an hour and a half to get an oil change. Only one other car ahead of me. Took ages for me to get someone at the automotive help desk.

Slow and price is 5 times what you will pay anywhere else and it took 4 hours for them to change 4 tires
