This is the first time I have taken my vehicle to Mashburn's. My whole front fender needed to be repaired. I took it to them and got my estimate and what they would have to do. I was expecting for it to be there about a week (timeframe I received) but they had it finished in a couple days. I was informed from drop off to pick up how things were going!! It does look like new!! I didn't think it would ever look this good!! I was wrong! They have earned my trust and business from here on out!! Mashburn's Collision is NUMBER ONE in doing car repairs and knowing what they are doing!!! I also loved how they washed and detailed my car before returning it to me!! It looked better than new!! Excellent service and customer service! They fixed the big dent and crease in my car that occurred during an auto accident. My car looks good as new again! Their target for job completion was 3.34pm on 7/14 & my car was ready to go by target, if not before. I was promptly alerted to any job delays & alerted when my car was ready to come home. Even had progress alerts along the way! Very happy with their work on my car!!

The entire front of my Traverse was smashed, very close to a total loss..airbag deployed, seat belts locked up, ect...Mashburn's has done an amazing job...The turn around time was amazing also, text messages were sent giving updates on the progess so no need to worry if they had forgotten you LOL everything looks perfect!!!Thank You Mashburn's Collision Center!!!!
