Lived here in my camper on a permanent spot for 7 years and never had an issue. ( probably because I follow the rules and from time to time I enforce them. Also helped to kick out the ones that don't respect the place. Stop in and see Donna, Marty or Rita thay know what is what. Bought my house from them. They also sell good used vehicles and campers

I love it! Good and friendly management with the best prices than anywhere else I've found. There's a bath house with laundry room that are cleaned daily. The grounds stay picked up and mowed. The maintenance man is on point. There are good neighbors if you want to be social and don't bother you if you like being private. It's out of town far enough to not bother you and close enough when you're ready to go! I recommend this place to anyone, if there's an empty lot. Oh yeah, they don't mind pets.

The owners are amazing. We are extremely happy with our camper We just purchased. Definitely recommend them especially if your wanting honesty and good campers.

The owner isn't a good person she will rip you off in a second and be in your business. She never paid the rest of money owed.. somehow she got away with it...

You can find Good cars and even better deals on them. Teresa & Donna will hook you up good. The campers here are exceptional and they are priced right for anyone.
