I went in to get a few bulbs changed, and found I had a tail light assembly full of water from the recent rain. They offered suggestions for how to mitigate it, as well as opened it, drained it, and changed the bulbs for me. The other side needed a blinker bulb as well, and after I left, the indicator showed it still faulty. When I went back that day they took it out, checked the bulb, and then helped me find that a loose terminal connection was the issue, which they also offered solutions for me to do myself to fix it. Super bunch of guys willing to help a gal out.The only reason I didn't give five stars, is this store seems understaffed so the wait is occasionally long, and hit or miss on if they have techs that day that can do the lube side. I'll keep coming back though because of how nice the techs they do have are.

I am the owner of Preferred Roadside Assistance I had a customer who had be left on the side of the road for about 16 hours waiting on a tow. All my company does is put spare tires on, she had no spare. I took her tire to Walmart and they had it repaired before I could make it to the checkout line. Thank you for prompt service.

No handicap entrance from repair Dept. Quoted 2 hours for tires to be put on and it took 4 hours. Charged a lot of money to put tires on from another retailer, staff did not put my spare back, threw it in the back of my truck. When I got in my car it was in drive, not park. If you care about your car, time, and need wheelchair access go somewhere else.

Policy issues, went to have tire repair when I returned a new tire have been put on with lifetime balance and valve stem I went ahead paid and left noticed there was no warranty went back and I'm advised I have to buy the warranty at time of purchase only 2 days later but no exceptions so I have a quote of $15 for tire repair that ended up being over $120 and I have no warranty this policy totally sucks

Called to get a quote for tires been on hold for 15 minutes and counting glad someone is getting paid buy the hour. They sure do not value my time......

Love the quick service. Went in for an oil change and it's my go to place for the price and the quality of service I get.

Me and my husband had a flat and where 15 mins away and called pulled in at 7:03pm and they close at 7pm and the manager and 3 employees stayed and repaired my tire I can't thank you so much and was in and out in about 30mins This is the 3rd time I have had a flat and the guys at the shop are always so kind and helpful and went out of their way to help me and my husband get back home safe on 3/10/2020

It's obvious the worker are not here to work! I believe upper management needed to along time ago hire a new department manager.Doors open at 7 guys an when you are the only customer only getting 2 tires how long does it take walking around an chatting before ever bringing in the vehicle ahhh not 30 mins!!!!! I was the only vehicle here grrrrrrrr

I asked a red headed man banned James for some information n he was bothered n very ill acting .Plus they charge to much except for oil changes . Tires n such get better quality cheaper elsewhere

Staff was professional and courteous. They did a great job changing my tire and placing my dummy tire back into my hatch.

Terrible. I waited 2 hours to have one tire mounted. When they finally got it done the guy took off flying in my truck. Not to mention the final price was much higher than the price I was quoted

I went in to get a battery for my car. They tested my battery to make sure I needed it. They also alerted me to some issues I need to address. It wasn't work they did, unfortunately.

If your not first in line you'll spend a couple hours here. I'm going on little over 2 hours as I write this with 4 cars ahead of me and my vehicle just now pulled in.

Wish I could add negative 5 Stars. Two separate vehicles, two employee errors costing thousands in repairs. These guys suck.

Took tire to repair leak. Very profession, they rebalanced the tire at no charge. Nice to do business with.

Don't go here, if you do make sure they actually put your oil plug back, and be prepared for a long time inside the store, cause they get in no hurry to get you in and out! I go to Express Oil and Lube now!
