I absolutely appreciate these men for fixing my truck! I was on vacation with my family, don t know anybody down here, or any good mechanics but somehow God put it on my heart to contact them & they took care of us!! I took my car to AK Lube in Kingston Springs today and I was so impressed. My air conditioner was acting up and just needed checking out. When I returned to pick it up I was told there was no charge. I don t know about you but that never happens to me. The mechanic explained to me that he spent 2 hours and couldn t get it to do anything wrong. He explained that the an actuator could sometimes cause the problem when transitioning from winter to summer. He was right , it is working fine now. I highly recommend this business and will definitely tell all my friends. I highly recommend to seniors like myself. A+++

Was getting shoddy and scammy service at my usual place for oil changes. This place was recommended by my coworker as she lives in Kingston Springs. I was in and out very quickly with an oil change and rotate 2 weeks ago. Even checked and changed my air filter! A pricier oil change and rotate but I think it's worth it for the good service. They even put Subaru's recommended oil change mileage instead of 4k miles on a synthetic oil change the other shop was trying to push.I asked to have my rear wheel bearings checked and John took a look, then thoroughly explained why he thought it was both and recommended they be replaced soon with all the commuting I do. I was quoted a great price and they even encouraged me to call my husband to get his opinion (he worked as a mechanic years ago and does a lot of his own upkeep). I really value that and that they explained everything instead of just telling me what needed done. Scheduled an appointment for the wheel bearings for today.Top notch service, and the honesty is so hard to come by. Even offered to replace the brakes since they already had my car in the air at no additional labor today. Best of all, it was done when they said it would be and no other issues were found during their work, unlike my other shop that seemed to find some new issue during every oil change.

I love this shop. Everyone there is very nice, their night drop box for keys is super convenient since I work from 8-5 in Nashville every day. They're also reasonably priced. Took my Mercedes for the haze to be buffed out from the yellowing on the headlights as well as my wife's BMW and they worked wonders on both of them! They look like they did in the Showroom when I bought them!! GREAT job men, you're my new "to go to" folks for all of my automotive needs, Tim in Kingston Springs

We exclusively get our vehicle(s) maintenance at this facility. I'm impressed with their honesty, care and willingness to direct me to places for repairs outside of their wheelhouse. They've always been very kind, approachable and very friendly. The owners invest in their staff and invest heavily in our local community schools and sports teams. They have competitive pricing and excellent hours. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Service was great. Called and needed wheel bearing replaced asap, they got me in right away and fixed truck in about an hour and half. But one think they need to make sure to do when finished working on vehicle going for test drive they need to wash there dirty hands... my steering wheel was black and my hands also. Was not to pleased about that...

These guys are the real deal, we broke down with an oil leak about 6 hrs away from home the weekend prior to 4th of July. This shop jumped on our vehicle as soon as we got it to the shop, diagnosed it and quoted a very reasonable price and stood by it. I wish we had a wonderful shop like this in our neighborhood in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Super family friendly, thanks again Paul, John and crew.

Paul is great to deal with here. I had my Chevy Cruze serviced here because the thermostat went out. My warranty took care of it but I have to say that the guys here really made it easy to deal with. Highly recommended

A.K. Lube & Auto is easily the best place to bring your vehicle for repairs and maintenance. Paul was super helpful and ended up doing the job for much less than the nearby competitor. He only did the work necessary and didn't add more to the job than it demanded. I HIGHLY recommend him and would absolutely return if I lived in the area.

They got me in last minute right before closing, with no wait. Changed my oil for a reasonable price. Best of all these guys know what they are talking about and they gave me some excellent information about my car. My new go to spot for oil change!

I had them check the front end, and found out some issues that another shop couldn't find over 3 days. The best of all, the did the check as a complimentary; we know how other mechanics are like. My son is attending the north American linesman training in McEwen, TN. he turned 21 while in school and some of his friends flew out to meet him in Nashville. while traveling from McEwen to Nashville his truck broke down. I'm 10 hours away in SC feeling totally helpless. after hours on a Thursday night I google searched mechanic shops while he sat disabled on the interstate waiting for AAA.I sent a Facebook message to A. K. lube and Auto. The responded after hours and we made arrangements for the tow truck to drop off at their shop. after waiting 2 hours for the AAA tow to arrive he tried the truck and it started. he was able to drive it a couple miles to the shop and Uber into Nashville.Friday we got an estimate for repair close to $1000.00. This is his only transportation and he has to have a vehicle so far from home. we authorized the work.Fast forward to Monday afternoon... once they were elbow deep into the repair they found the exact problem and were able to fix it. Bottom line, $350 Instead of 1k.I can't express how thankful we are to have found an honest mechanic. I only wish we lived closer so we could take all of our vehicles to A. Although this isn t one of their listed services, they didn t hesitate to handle the dreaded dead mice decomposing in my engine compartment! I wouldn t wish that job on anyone but they handled it promptly and with good humor. And installed a premium HEPA filter to ensure air quality over time. They ve earned a new customer. Thanks guys!

Friendly and fast! I was a regular customer for years with the previous owner of this location and I'm happy to know I can continue doing business in our home town. I was told they also work on vehicles which makes it even better... I will definitely be back!

If you're looking for great service and a friendly staff then A.K. Lube & Auto is the place you want to carry your vehicle or vehicles to be serviced. They do an outstanding job. And go the extra mile to make sure their customers leave satisfied. I would never go anywhere else.

Highly recommend the AK Lube and Auto team! I called one morning because my brakes were bad and they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it done that day! Great place for complete car care! I took my wife's vehicle in after a dealership had told her it needed three substantial repairs; A.K. Lube and Auto determined that only one of those was valid! Needless to say, I've scheduled that service with Paul and his crew.
