Thank you Derek for getting us in so quickly while traveling! Your tech fixed our motorhome Onan 8000 generator in an hour, and had us back on the road! This was after days of calling Cummins service centers from Oregon to Knoxville with no luck! Matter of fact, three days of calling the Knoxville Cummins dealer and I still have yet to get a return phone call. You saved our road trip and our kitty and puppy are thankful too!

Derek and his bunch saved the day for my family while we were on vacation. Generator quit on us so I so I called and spoke to Derek and he got us right in on a Saturday. Talk about customer service. The mechanic was nice and very knowledgeable. He had us back up and running the same day. Can't say enough good about these people. Thank you!

My generator stopped working all of a sudden and they fixed it in no time. The head mechanic knows his stuff and this place is a lot cheaper than going to Knoxville to get it fixed. If I could give 10 stars I would.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE~ I called this company with the understanding that diagnosis of my generator would be 175.00, I delivered it to them and explained the issue. 4 days later they called me, telling me EXACTLY what I had already told them. They then gave me a estimate of 1204.88 to "possibly" fix the problem. So I went to pick it up. They take cash ONLY, while continuing to charge me for tax's; wonder why??? I paid the 191.68 after tax's and brought it home!!!!! NEGATIVE 3 STARS

CASH ONLY and EXPENSIVE even to examine the generator. Initially quoted 175.00 minimum fee to examine the generator giving an estimate of 375.00 based on a possible carburetor issue and one to two days to repair. We were ok with that. Came back with info that carburetor tested ok and could be 3 other possible issues. Wanted another 400.00 plus to remove generator for further evaluation. After that it would be additional 175.00 per hour plus parts and tax. With 1-2 weeks more for ordering parts and repair. We decided to pay 175 plus tax and go because the estimated 400.00 repair was quickly heading to 700 plus. After spending 175.00 plus tax nobody still can say EXACTLY what the problem is.

These guys know their stuff. I brought my generator in for repair and they knew what the problem was. Had it fixed in less than 24 hrs. Professional and reasonably priced.
