Bill is fair with prices and he looked at my car immediately when I got there to see if it could be fixed quickly or not. Bill fixed my car and he was professional and went out of his way to make sure that it was fixed. I will go back. Always get fast, fair, and good work.

I had learned from the Fiat dealership that my car needed brake pads soon. I'd had work done by Scott's Engines 2 Mufflers (previously when it was Meineke) and wanted to take it to them to look at the brake pads. They quickly scheduled an appointment for me and told me that I certainly needed new pad right away, since Fiat had not installed factory pads with wear indicators. They ordered the needed pads - these did have indicators for future wear. I'm very happy to have had repairs done at Scott's Engines. They expained what they planned to do, were very professional and completed the work very timely.

I can say nothing but positive things about Scotts.My stepdaughter was broken down in the AutoZone parking lot a couple blocks over, and I'm based in Nashville so I couldn't help.I called Scott's, and told them the issues over the phone, they went over there and troubleshot the vehicle in the parking lot.They were able to get everything figured out and fixed fairly quickly with no hassle.

Had some exhaust work done here & after an initial "mis-communication" about the extent of the work to be done - their mechanics did excellent work! As most shops these days; they're extremely busy & need some more qualified workers to complete the influx for a small lot. Pricing was above median range, but the work was done in a timely manner & the desk staff was friendly.

They fixed a bad head gasket on my dodge ram 1500 03. The gasket seems to hold up good. That's not my issue. My issue is they broke my PVC valve and didn't replace it. Instead put a red cap on the end as a form of rigging. Then when you change out head gasket you should also change spark plugs which they didn't. The communication was good but I had to drive 400 miles back to Alabama. And they sent me on the road in bad shape.Service: Engine repair

I had an engine replace with these guys. As far as customer service they couldn't have been more friendly. Cost of service was and comparable or maybe better than other quotes. So far so good on the work with no defects.

I had went to the shop because my car was running poorly I have an Acura Cl stype... The owner said I needed a tuneup he said he would charge me $300 just to change my spark plugs and I made sure that he was clear on that he said only the spark plugs. For 300. They ripped my bumper off my car and then told me that I had drove the car there that way which was a lie. I ended up taking my car to another shop. Come to find out was a cool pack. Don t take your car there if you have mechanical problems they don t know an arm from a leg. And I am a very honest personService: Auto engine tuning

What a breath of fresh air! Great customer service, fair prices, and great communication from when I called them to when I picked up my car. And, none of that ridiculous "diagnostic fee" other shops try to charge above and beyond the repair charge. Brought my 08 yukon to them to have some exhaust work done. Still have an exhaust leak and all they want to do is come up with some excuses wouldn't not use again poor quality work

Best little shop they get you in fast take c are of your needs have very good prices they weiled my tailpipe back together to conveter and in less than 11/2 hours . If you need fast help ask for Bill the main man

Scott's Engines was amazing!!! I called on Monday morning and was able to get in the same day. My repairs were complete within 2 hours and did not charge me an ATM and leg. I fully recommend them for any repair work you need.

Our van had a rattling sound when accelerating. I took it to the Johnson City dealer and spent a whole bunch of money but the problem remained. Last Friday we took the van to Scott's - they jacked it up, took it out for a spin, and found the problem. They not only fixed it, but also charged us virtually nothing for their excellent work. They certainly have gained our trust and in the future, they will be our first stop for car troubles. These guys are just great to deal with. Totally trustworthy!

I have been taking my car to Tony for the past 12 years and would not trust anyone else. I go on major road trips a few times a year and Tony always gives my car a good check up and makes sure everything is working properly before I go. They don t overcharge and have you buy unneeded things at Scott s Auto, they are honest and fair. These guys will look out for you! They will take care of you and treat you like family (the good kind LOL)

highly recommend these guys! they replaced my radiator, fixed my exhaust leak, and put in a new crank shaft sensor. they have also done work on my husbands truck. very honest, upfront, and a great price! if you don t want to be ripped off, i highly recommend scott s engines 2 mufflers!

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. They worked on several of my vehicles while we live in Johnson City. Always the best. Honest mechanics are almost impossible to find. Look no further. You have found them. Just super folks who do a super job. Seriously. Best in the Tri-cities.

Looking for a great mechanic shop and one that is honest? Look no further than Scott's Engines 2 Mufflers. The folks there are honest and up front and will not try to sell you a part or a service you don't need. They can make almost anything run well! Affordable prices are the icing on the cake!

This place is horrible they will go get parts for your vehicle at the junkyard and put them on your vehicle they will put parts on your vehicle and make you think that your vehicle is fixed and it will break down the next morning they will try to rip you off of your money that you give to them they are not a good place they are not friendly they are very rude and they are very negligent of everything that they do they are very sloppy they are very nasty and they need to be checked in by health inspector or somethingService: Auto maintenance

Always friendly as they can be and I had a battery that had a warning on it and the company I got it from went out of business they called the 1-800 number on the battery and took care of my claim and got me reimbursed for my battery that's the second time I've took my work truck there and they've done me right good prices real friendly people that I trust

Scotty s is the best, honest and hardworking. a Mechanic shop that just does the right thing, they have helped me out many times when they could have just ignored the issues, they made commitments and met them on several occasions went above and beyond! The owner Scott is a crook and a thief! He charged me to completely replace a catalytic converter which they didn't at all. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS AND CROOKS!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND RIP YOU OFF!! Edit...I showed you the receipt and you stated you didn't have records after dropping meiniecke name. Keep lying so your review looks better

I felt they were a little bit high on parts they wanted 198.00 for a starter I got at advance for 125.00 the installment was reasonable but charge 45.00 for check of what was wrong. I felt they should give a good break on that 45.00 because they fixed it, it would be a reasonable charge if they hadn't done repairs

Quick fast and efficient. Let's me drop off my vehicle before opening so I can get to work. Pay over phone and pick up same day after work.
