Micheal was VERY helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I was safe on side of road while he fixed me tire. Not only did he change my tire, he put the spare on the back and put good tire in front to assure my safe return home. I was very impressed! I would definitely recommend!

Chris is absolutely fantastic. He towed my bmw to a shop and was so gentle with my car. Also was here for p/u before time which was impressive. 100-% recommend this company and ask for Chris!!!

Clayton was quick to respond when we needed a tow from JC to etown. He was personable & kind even though it was raining hard & in the middle of traffic. His truck was clean & he shared one of the company slogans we don t charge an arm & a leg just a tow which gave us a laugh. Overall great job.

Holy Cannoli, you all beat me to it! Michael has such great service mindedness as you can read in many reviews prior to this one. Our insurance company contacted Harry's Towing and Auto Repair when I called for roadside assistance due to a burst tire, my very first. It was a hot day traveling from eastern TN to middle TN after our long vacation. Since we had to leave our two greyhounds in the wounded van, Michael made sure they were kept cool with the AC running while he towed to the tire shop. Then he gushed over the dogs when we got them out and also gave our seven year old son a "tour" of the tow truck. We felt very taken care of by Michael. Thank you!Service: Car towing

Driver cut me off waiting for traffic to go by to get on the interstate. Then proceeded to flip me off yelling and cussing at me coming out the window. Other cars flipped him off for doing it to me. Don t recommend.

We needed a tow and Harry s Towing helped us out of a tough spot. Micheal was extremely careful to explain everything and get our car out of the ditch without damaging it, which could not have been easy, but he certainly made it look like it was. He was friendly and chatted with me the whole time. He also went above and beyond to make sure the car was taken care of and delivered to the repair shop. I will call him again, if needed and I ll recommend everyone I know do the same if they re needing roadside assistance. Thank you, Michael!

My warranty service s road side assistance rep contacted Harry s to tow my disabled vehicle to a local dealership. The driver, Michael, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was careful loading my vehicle and also noticed another issue that he passed on to the service manager at the dealership. I hope I don t ever need another vehicle towed, but if I do I ll be calling Harry s.

Michael was fantastic. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He jump started our battery and we drove off but about 100 yards away it died again. I called and he came right back to us. In the past 2 months or so I ve had to have a vehicle towed. Both times I was blessed to have a young man named Michael as the tow truck operator. He is very polite and engaging while being very professional and getting right to work on loading and strapping down the vehicles. He arrived at my home well before the 60 minute time frame each time and was loaded and leaving in less than 15 minutes.I couldn t ask for a better young man to help me out. Micheal picked up my sons car on the side of 40 when he broke down on his way home from school. He was so nice and showed up earlier than expected.
