This place is a great shop, we had a flat on the trailer that we are taking to Kentucky for flood relief. We put the spare on earlier down the road and stopped here to get a new tire, they didn t have on, but when they heard what we were doing God moved and they gave us a used tire for a spare and didn t charge us a thing. I pray God will touch this business and these men working there and do great things with their lives.Service: Tires

got my belt done less than 3 months ago and my belt is now in the road and i could not stop my car for about 10 seconds driving on a PUBLIC ROAD!! do not go here!! it seriously could of cost my life if there were cars on the road at the time. just don t go here.

I am very pleased with the service I have received at Doyle's Tire Services. They quickly and competently repaired a tire damaged by a nail in December, and today they replaced a hard-to-match tire that received sidewall damage. One young man spent over an hour on a computer and phone locating a suitable tire, and another picked up and installed the tire efficiently so that I was able to drive safely away. The work and tire were fairly priced. Every person I talked with at Doyle's was pleasant and helpful. Thank you for turning a worry into a good afternoon!

These folks are absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about Chris & Scott who keep the place running. They go above and beyond to treat people right. Gary & L'il Joey are the best mechanics in the world. The service here was exceptional! We were driving our way back up home when we noticed there was low tire pressure. We stopped here to get it checked out. The service was very quick, the staff were friendly and the issue was fixed! They didn't charge us for their work, which I was quite shocked about. Up in nyc, they would have charged us around 10-20 dollars haha. Anyway, definitely will stop by here if we have any situations arise in the future since we often come for vacations nearby

The most honest mechanic in the tri cities. I brought my Jeep to him with several issues that could have been a costly repair. Bill did exactly what needed to be done for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them!

Great customer service and very upfront about pricing, I needed a new wheel and rather than charge me extra they informed me that getting one and bringing it to them would save me a great deal of money, which I greatly appreciated!

Wow, very impressed by this shop and their attention to detail. Came in for a tire rotation and left with a full diagnosis of my truck's problems and a very reasonable quote. Very happy with the service I received. Would have these guys fix the truck but have to drive it home the next day. Thanks Doyle's!

After spending over $300 on tires, my car came back in worse shape than when I took it in. When I asked them what was wrong, one man was very nice to help me and told me the work could be done at home, thank you to the one honest person there. The older man at the front desk went on to hear what was wrong with my car and then he laughed at the issue, then called people in the office to go look at "how bad my brakes were." He laughed when I was genuinely worried about spending more money on the car and did not have any concerns about me, instead thought it my car problems were FUNNY. The same man at the front desk didn't even say thank you, after I spend $350 there. He then went on to tell me to fix the other things wrong with me car it would be close to $500. I called my mechanic and he went on to tell me it would cost less than $300 to fix everything. They are dishonest and treat customers with no respect. I will not return.

Amazing service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only problem I ever had is when they broke one of my hub caps and didn't tell me or offer to replace it. Other than that, highly recommend this place.

Had tires put on and rotated here, but when we needed to remove the wheels for a brake job, was INCREDIBLY difficult to remove them! Lug nuts on WAY too tight, even with two different impact wrenches! Thank goodness we haven t had a flat to try and change out on the highway! Maybe some more training for the techs needed on this? Lug nuts are meant to be torqued per manufacturer specifications.Service: Tires

Be careful if you deal with them they don't stand behind their work and then they want to argue with you and give you a problem when you bring up a situation that's not fixed. Office personnel are very obstinate and disrespect

Great mechanics and they will take good care of your car. Friendly atmosphere and I had my first time up done and I can feel the difference in my car. I will go back for other jobs.

Service counter was friendly and they were honest about my problem. I thought I was taking my truck in to spend some money and walked out with just a $40 bill. I was happy the brakes didn't need any work done
