I'm taking so many photos for goggle maps. I always use it and reed the reviews K & L Automotive had great reviews. The first place I called. After my truck died out on 24.in Jasper, they did a great job to get me back on the road again. Thank you very much.

Chris Lawson and his coworkers could not have been nicer, more helpful, or bigger saviors than they were a few days ago. They went above and beyond to get me out of a very sticky situation with my Ford F150. I wouldn't have made it back to Asheville, NC without these guys.

This was the first time I used this shop to install a leveling kit on a 2016 Silverado, and was highly satisfied. They scheduled a date for drop off and estimated the time it would take, and they were spot on. So many shops hang on to your vehicle longer than they estimate but not K&L. They had a fast turn around. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional which made me much more confident using their shop for a non typical modification. They understood what I was asking for and knew exactly what it would take. The work was superb, and pricing was fair. I was pleasantly surprised there is a performance shop of this caliber relatively close to me in little ole Jasper. You typically only find these in big cities. The owner was very friendly to talk to, and actually had a good laugh chatting while my truck was being pulled up. He also has alot of respect and appreciation for military veterans. I have definitely found my go to shop for performance work. Highly recommended

OMG. These people were incredible. I was literally stuck here at closing time and they took a hard job and got me on the road. Not saying they can do that for everyone all the time but they made my day. Thank you Chris and Charles.

They've always been great to us. More affordable than a lot of other places, quick service and they're all really kind and enjoyable people. We use them for service and repairs, glass, basically everything auto related.

Absolutely first class, professionally competent and ethical service in all aspects. Highly recommended.We encountered a mechanical problem with our work truck en route to Chattanooga from Nashville, and we found K&L strictly by accident- but it was our good fortune.They squeezed us into a busy schedule of repairs helped us arrange a tow, their diagnosis was spot on, and they didn't compromise on the quality of the repair; while simultaneously keeping an eye on the cost. You won't go wrong.

Another mechanic messed up the brake job. We were on a mini vacation. These guys were recommended by a local towtruck company and they came through for us. Showed us exactly what was wrong and we feel safer in the car now.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This will be my new go to in the area for repairs or bodywork. Young lady at the desk had great customer service on the phone and Chris the owner awesome guy. I talked to him about my old school Caprice project and said they could handle it. I ve been waiting years to find someone. This place is top notch! I only wish I knew about them sooner! Now that I know about their comprehensive list of auto services ( basically everything ) I will not go anywhere else - ever. I 10 out of 10 recommend K & L for all automotive needs. (They even do oil changes and tires) I promise, there isn t anyone else in this area or beyond that will outperform these guys! The lady at the front desk is super sweet. This place is awesome!! I am moving from Georgia to Idaho, got into Tennessee and my Jeep began overheating and leaking radiator fluid. I limped along to the nearest mechanic, which was these guys. They got to diagnosing right away and told me it needed a new radiator. They had one delivered from Chattanooga and had it all completed in 3/4 hours. I am very impressed with this shop and the team, I'm very grateful they were able to help me out on such short notice. I've made it now from Tennessee to Wyoming with zero issues, thanks to them! Thank You K&L I was passing through and broke down on I 24.I was Towed-In New Years Eve morning and out that afternoon.These wonderful people went above and beyond to fix me up so me and wife can go home to Florida.

These folks went above and beyond to get us back on the road, including ordering multiple parts to make sure they had the right one before we even arrived with the tow truck AT closing time. They made our repair in the parking lot while we waited so we didn't have to find a hotel for the night. Chris and the rest of the team we spoke with were a pleasure and while no one wants to break down, I'm glad we had an opportunity to support their business.

My alternator died while driving from Florida to Illinois. These folks kindly worked me into their schedule and had me back on the road very quickly. Reasonable pricing and altogether helpful. I am incredibly grateful.

Great Service! Nice people. Helped us out with a major repair while on the way to Florida and even helped us get a rental truck to complete the trip over the weekend and had the truck ready when I got back on Monday!

Took my Pathfinder in for an AC system check. Was able to get me in pretty quick and had it done in less than a day. Got system charge back to spec and didnt try to sell me parts. Staff is polite. Has recently changed names and price nearly doubled from the same service last year on a different vehicle (Highlander).

Every time I wash my truck I m disappointed. Every type of paint imperfections one could have. Paint bubbling, runs, and etc. Wouldn t let these guys paint a bicycle! Truck wouldn t last 6 months parked uncovered.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My car overheated on the interstate, and had my truck towed to this shop on a Wed morning. I made the mistake of telling them I was only 45 mins away, so they didn't even look at my truck until the following Monday. They said it was a bad thermostat. Ordered a new one, which came in the next day, but they didn't install it until Friday afternoon. Picked up truck, drove home, and all seemed ok. Packed up to head out of town the next day, then discovered a pool of coolant under the truck. So, we had to move everything to another car. Had it taken to a local garage, and they found a leaking water pump right away. Not sure how Automotive Unlim guys missed it. Very fortunate that we caught it before we left, or we would have certainly been stranded on the road again, likely much further from home.

This place is Awesome!We live in Florida and on our way Home Our vehicle broke down at a Rest stop. When we got to the Shop,they got right on it and started fixing our Vehicle. Thank you all for all you did.

David said he would order me a new fender an door have rest fixed and paint hood well 2 weeks went by David called me said I can't get the parts for ur SUV will it be ok if I get this man that I use to fix it. It will be like new Promise me my SUV would be right when I picked it up they where trash all n the paint big run in the door left a dent by gas tank led my door not even I still got to go back an let them line it up I want let them fix nothing else I got

Far from my home in Florida post-Irma, my engine was overheating in the Tennessee hills. These folks fixed me up kindly and quickly and sent me off to enjoy the mountains. Very kind people.
