I quit going to all the other auto parts stores. Oreillys always has what i need, and if not in stock they seem to get it quicker. I started only using the North store for years, then changed to south store outta convenience but now only go to parkway store cuz guys that work there can basically finish my sentances for me... never had an issue and they know there stuff!

We'll headquarters made a change to the computer scanners that if your engine light is not on the computer will not engage in a connection with your vehicle even just to check gas ratios. Boycott electrical vehicles

Stopped in to get a thermostat for my son's girlfriends car. The only place that had it in stock in this entire town. I called prior to driving here to check that the website was not giving false inventory. The person on the phone was professional and quickly answered my questions. No change in the employees at the counter, professional and willing to help with questions. I was in and out in 10 min, I looked at some new headlight bulbs for my personal vehicle. I would have been in and out in 3 mins had I not been curious. Clean store and all neatly stocked shelves. No oil smell that's usually present in auto part stores, very nice. Save me a day or so wait and time equals money because they had the part I needed. I'm satisfied with O'Reilly

I go to advance or AutoZone most of time. I tried to give O'Reilly's a shot and low and behold they fall short of the Goal line. People behind the desk well I guess they're just desperate to hire somebody that don't know nothing about a vehicle. If you know what your part is that might be a different story but as far as the people behind the desk worthless

I had a problem with a battery that was a little over a year old. It was a very easy process to get a replacement battery. The staff at this location is always very professional and helpful.

You dont know what your talking about. You sold me brakes for 96 ford ranger. Problem I drive a 98 dodge. You got 2 stars solely because of y our manager at fhe Camden location. Ms. Jackson know what she is talking about. Sorry ms. Jackson.
