Honest, helpful staff...will get you back on the road. I have used King Tire for 10 years. They have serviced and repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee (which now has 215,000 miles on it) and just performed the first service on my Tacoma. I trust these guys.

Slid into a curb and bent my rim, these guys were honest and got me fixed up and back on the road in about an hour. Highly recommended!

I went here for chrome repair to my rim and first it took longer than what they said it would. Then when I got there to pick it up they didn't know where my wheel was. Then after paying and them bringing it out my wheel was damaged and wasn't even straight. And the guy Chris got smart at the mouth saying he didn't care and it was nothing he could do about it. I had a minor dent. This what it look like after repair. Do not go here for chrome repair. Before/After

this is the only place i like taking my car. they re really nice, they work fast, and they do a great job!i never feel like i m being taken advantage of or overcharged either.

I don't know what to say about this place. Got a flat on a horse trailer took the tire here got a new one it took all day for the replacement one single tire but I wasn't in a hurry. Had to leave for work for a month but brought the trailer in to replace the other 3 I don't know why they couldn't match the tire they just replaced but yep they sure enough gave me 3 different tires. Had them pack the bearings too. The mechanic did his job but you ever seen something and just thought to yourself how in the world your task was here but the work is there and here and here. Dude definitely got the bearings greased but he left a ridiculous mess all over it without cleaning up witch should have been made sure was done before you call someone and tell them the vehicle is ready.

The owner is a great guy very honest and helpful even if it means sending you to another tire service place if he is unable to help you due to time schedule or product availability. Stands by his word and service he provides for you. I highly recommend his business if you need tire service. Great friendly staff thats very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Every time I go into this place I know they cant get things done really quickly and friendly. I've gotten my flats fixed and tires patched here every single time and I'll never go anywhere else as long as this place is in business. As I'm writing this review I'll be going in soon to get a rim plate fixed and I know I can expect sky high customer service at very reasonable prices.

I will definitely be using them for any service needs that they offer. They were polite and was able to service my vehicle tires for the best price that I d found in Jackson; they even gave me a ride to my work after I dropped my car off! Great service and awesome customer service!

I called & got a quote for a tire. I was told they had it in stock & drove 30 miles to the shop. Only to be told they didn t have it when I arrived. When asked about compensation for the inconvenience, I was told there is no compensation And had the nerve to ask me did I quote the right tire size. Lying and bad customer service. And they were arguing in front of their customers while conducting business. I WIL NOT returning.

We got a flat tire while passing through & the Exxon down the road sent us to this King Tire. They were very friendly, helpful, and up front with us. Going as far as telling us where some nice restaurants, parks were that we could walk to & wait! They were very busy but managed to get our car done (2 new tires) in a time frame. We are grateful for the awesome customer service

We were on a trip from out of state and needed a front end alignment on the spot. The service we received was excellent, prompt and very professional. They were able to straighten out our van and get us back on the road within an hour.Thank you!

King Tire is awesome!!!! They are the only place I go now for my tire needs, alignments, brakes, etc... They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Quick service. They fixed a vibration in one of my cars that literally several other places couldn't. They have patched a couple of tires for me for free over the years. Service like that keeps me coming back. Truly a great shop that you can trust to treat you right. They don't try to add on extra junk, up sell, etc.... They just do what you ask and what needs to be done. Nothing more. More than once I have left there paying less than what they orginally quoted me because the job didn't take as long as anticipated or less parts were required or whatever. Not many places do that. Keep up the good work King Tire!!!!

This place is awesome. I was traveling home to TX through TN and hit a pothole which bend my tire rim. They were able to fix it and send me on my way. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.

Great service We were traveling thru. Needed a quick front end alignment and they were able to get us in quick. Very courteous, friendly and professional. We were back on the road and the van drove like it should AWESOME PLACE

I always trust King Tire with my Tire needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are good about finding an issue with your vehicle to let you know that something is in need of repair, but they don't pressure you, unless its necessary and even then its just a strong suggestion. I don't mind sending my wife by herself knowing they wont try to sell her everything because she is a woman.

I purchased two new Copper tires from King Tires, less than a month later ran over something and had a flat, took it back to them they patched and mounted again, it was covered under the warranty and cost me nothing. These men, both times was friendly and very helpful, and both times drove my vehicle to the front door for me. I will be back in the future.

We were traveling back to NJ from California in a Class C motor home when our front brake started rhythmically squeaking like something was rubbing, and was getting worse and worse. The people at King Tire were very friendly and respectable. They took a look at it immediately, and got us back on the road in two hours, and no charge! Thanks guys! We got safely on our way with peace of mind, especially since a big storm was heading for the the area the next day.

I would highly recommend King Tire to anyone. I have been using them for years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. And you don't have to worry about anyone trying to be dishonest. Chris wouldn't stand for it! As a woman, it is very important to me to be able to trust the person who works on my vehicle because I could easily be taken advantage of. That is never a concern at King Tire. These guys know what they are doing and they will take great care of you.Chrissy

Usually quick service. Had a few times they took way too long. But there s a popcorn machine and the chairs are really comfy. I slept for at least 45 minutes one day.

I went to buy a tire, they had it. It took about an hour I was on my way. The place was clean and big. The person that waited on me was nice and knowledge .I would go again. .

Great customer service. Bent 2 of my rims on a pothole the size of a crater and in 24 hours from me calling they had both rims fixed and you can t even tell they were damaged at all... great place to do business at

Came in for a leak in my tire. They looked and said they couldn't find one, everything looked fine. At home, I found the small leak from a staple and it couldn't be patched or plugged. Took it back to them, they apologized and heavily discounted a new pair of tires in order to make it right.I'm really impressed when a company can admit when they missed and then correct it.

Convenience was originally key since my office is in the same strip of buildings, but, these guys got my car in, and out faster than I could get settled in my office. went to pay and the total was about 60 less than quoted. You dont get that very often.

if you want a quiet ride, be sure NOT to get cooper tires.I got Cooper tires and it now sounds like I have mud tires on my truck now, but for GREAT service,... come to King TireSorry it was my wheel bearings that was making the noise, I got them replaced,... and FINALLY I can hear the engine again!

I stopped in with a flat tire off my son's car. Thought it was a nail, but ended up being a sidewall cut. Thoygh they did not carry the brand he had, they were able to do a visual match on tread and sidewall with a tire they stocked at a reasonable price.
