Went for a DOT inspection. They told us that it failed and wanted to change us $ 3500 in parts and labor. We went to the next shop and they said that Integrity Auto & Diesel Repair tried to scam us. DOT passed on the truck. They charged us $ 300 for the DOT. Now they don't pick up the phone, I guess they are hiding. If you see a lot of 5 stars and a lot of 1 star reviews, you understand that they are trying to game Google reviews. Stay away!!!

15 Freightliner Cascadia, Was coming down 40 kept getting a double yellow warning it was going off and on came here and to my surprise both owners were in the shop working, I was greeted, and diagnostics ran in a timely manner (30 minutes tops) for me! My job was pricey but it wasn t because of labor (freakin parts) tore me a new one! They took care of my truck as if it was their own, I appreciated that more than anything but also treated me with nothing but respect! From my experience( ) 10-10 I d recommend!

Needed extensive work done on a vehicle, and it was done quickly and professionally. Had one little hiccup after the major work was done, and they quickly corrected their mistake without hesitation. I highly recommend Integrity.

I'm so glad I found Integrity Auto & Diesel Repair. This is how things should be done. Robin and Bill and Noah were a pleasure to do business with. I needed a mechanic to look at a vehicle before I bought it. I got that and much more. They accommodated my request quickly and not only gave the vehicle a good look over, they outlined what they found with patience and grace. The results and possible long-term implications were explained in a way I could easily understand and follow. In short, I got exactly what I needed along with some good sound advice. I'll be heading back there again. Thank you!

Had an emergency repair needed on our diesel Ford F250 while traveling across the country. Cannot say enough good things about the integrity, professionalism and knowledge this group of mechanics have. Robin and Bill went above and beyond and had us back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Five Star !!!!

My husband took our Ford to Taylor Diesel and they told us it would cost about 9,000 to put a new turbo on and We were suggested to try these guys out and sure enough. Way better. Always up front about everything. Bill is very easy to talk to and doesn't talk above my head. Would recommend them over any other Diesel mechanic shops in TN

Best guys ever took 2015 GMC 2500 for mods I wanted they not only delivered on everything they said they would but when testing my truck they encountered a problem and corrected it without charging me a penny more than the original estimate. I will never consider any other shop and highly recommend this place for honesty and high level of service. Thank you guys again my truck is 100 percent better than the day I drove it off the dealership.

TOP KNOTCH!!! This is BY FAR the absolute BEST place to bring your vehicle to. They work on everything from gas to diesel. I love the fact that they are very up front with you about everything. No hidden fees or lies. Unlike Taylor Diesel.... They wanted to charge my husband and I 6,000 for something that Bill fixed for under 3,000.

Had my vehicle towed to Integrity Auto Diesel Repair because it was overheating. Technician was adamant about fixing another issue, which was in need of repair, but did not make the vehicle undrivable. Not surprisingly, this problem was also 2-3 times more expensive to fix. I stressed that the secondary problem was not the reason my vehicle was there, and I needed the cooling system fixed before discussing anything else. Later, they called, reporting that the cooling issue was fixed and tested good. Under the technician's urging, I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the technician stressed that he'd put in the new thermostat free of charge along with the radiator, and it usually only costs $5. Once I paid the bill, I inspected the truck. One of the clamps securing a hose to the radiator was broken, and another was loose enough to be wiggled off by hand. Also, the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I pointed these out to the technician, who grudgingly replaced the broken clamp, reinstalled the loose one properly, and proceeded to refill the coolant to the proper operational level. Turns out the technician was also one of the managers. He offered me a free oil change/tune-up even though I live and work over 40 miles away. I accepted this, but was left feeling wary about the quality of work done on my vehicle. I watched the temperature gauges on the long drive home, and things seemed to be in order.I failed to watch the temperature gauge closely after that, but noticed eight days later, I noticed the temperature gauge overheating again. I called, upset at the idea that they'd not properly repaired the vehicle as they were so excited to be able to charge me for the higher priced work. They told me I could bring it back to their shop (40 miles away) and they'd fix it again. As I'd be unable to drive it that far without damaging the engine, a tow would be involved as well. I asked who'd be responsible for the $150 tow bill, and it was heavily stressed that they'd cover it if, and only if, the thermostat or radiator had failed. That's also assuming they were honest about the cause for the issue reoccurring, if they were at fault.Wary of their reliability, I asked about taking it to a local shop where I live, avoiding the cost of $150 for both of us. The tech/manager mentioned that they'd only be liable for the labor rate they currently charge if the local shop charged a higher rate. I asked about the warranty on the parts, and assured him I'd ship back any defective parts should that be the issue. This seemed acceptable, as they'd be able to recoup the costs through the manufacturer's warranty. The local auto repair shop determined the thermostat had failed, with repairs costing around $170. I shipped the faulty part back to Integrity with a copy of the invoice for the repairs.I called about the repairs after the package had been delivered, asking about finding a resolution to the situation. I asked for the tech/manager I'd spoken to originally, but was passed off to someone else instead: His business partner, who refused to offer any sort of reparations. As the situation did fit the conditions where they would cover the tow bill of $150, I didn't think that $170 was too much of a stretch, and didn't think it unreasonable to offer to match the price of the tow that they'd avoided. He also refused to honor the condition of matching the labor charges of the local repair shop as stated by the tech/manager either, even with the faulty part being covered by warranty. Frustrated, I asked how much they would have charged had it not been under warranty, hoping that they'd make some sort of effort to honor what they'd offered. By the end of the phone call, he'd only agreed to look over his paperwork. This is my experience up to the point of my review. I may hear back from them with some offer to correct things, but considering the way things have gone thus far, I have low expectations.

Bad boyzTo replace water pump and oil change they chaged me 9 hours (arrived on Saturday n' get released on Tuesday night). I paid total of $2,500 ****Plus meals, shuttle n' hotel fees***I wasn't happy with the way they doubled the parts' prices.., the turtle speed They don't care about your timeframe to deliver your load ...Don't expect early release or cheaper price especially if you're an owner operator!!I won't go back there..!! Neither recommend anyone

I was doing a long road trip, and hit some bad roads. I was able to come to this shop and have them inspect and repair some parts that had gone loose due to the bumpy roads. Would recommend for repairs.
