They told me five hour to wait and like you see it s empty. This is the third Speedco I m coming people don t like to work I should the owner knows if doing great job

Called at 5 for a repair. Got the truck there at 7 was told I was the only repair to be done. They didn't start my truck till 1045 and they close at 11. Then I find out the mechanic isn't certified. While taking off the ac compressor he hit the low coolant sensor making it leak and left it for me to fix. Come on loves.

Excellent experience here today. Was told wait time for PM service and oil change would be an hour & half to 2 hours but they called in 40 mins. Devon was friendly, professional and had us back on the road in no time!!

I came over here 1 pm for oil change when i came here both bay is empty i go inside and tell them for oil change all workers busy in the phone they are 6 workers on duty , but nobody want to do the work still I m here almost 3 hours all bay is empty and 5 trucks behind me they just came on duty for using phone Really bad experience please change your employee

A tire tech should know how to properly put on wheels. I Had to point out my valve wasn t accessible on the inside. Do things right the first time.. also had to pull my truck down this alley to check in. It makes absolutely no sense. My truck was already parked and had to park again after check in.

I don't know if this was a bad day or not but this location can take Speed out of his named. It took 9 hours to get into shop for a simple tire service. Just one tire!!! When I check in the shop manager told me an hour or two. Liar lied lied lied!!!!! Elog ran out for today. This should have been my home time. NOT STOPPING HERE FOR SERVICE ANYTIME SOON. I'LL DRIVE ON THE RIM.....

Very rude guy name Moses as the manager. Basically got charge 1 hour extra on a roadside. And when I asked about the fees the guy just attacked me and said I should have charged you extra 1 hour for having to wait for your driver. I called at 8:10pm and guy said 1 we will leave in the next hour or so. And my driver was called at 9;15pm and was done in 45 minutes with 30 minutes. 1 hour to drive back and fourth and 45 minutes to repair the tire thats what moses said and i dont know where those other hours came from and i even told him about what time i called him and he even told me what time the left the shop and still told me so what. So thats not even 3 hours and guy rudely said i should have charged you more for wasting his time. All because they see someone different and foreign accent.Service: Tires

Did good work changing my tire. BUT charged me 120 to check my trailer hubs,( said they were fine) then didn't tighten good so my Grease was being thrown out as I was moving down the road.

If you have opthions to go to another plase to fix your Truck so just go to. Unprofashional and unrespectful. They could not fix easy things. When i was fixing it on their territory previously asking if i can stay here for couple hours on their territory thay agreed but in 2 hours thay call towing truck!!!! Thanks god i fix the truck by myself and could start moving. Be careful visiting this place!!!!

Speedco used to be all about In-N-Out service, too get you worked in as fast as possible, tell me how you have three bays, and five trucks ahead of me, and it s gonna take you six hours to call me in.Ever since loves took over Speedco franchise, it has been horrible. Do you want an oil change 10 hours, do you want a tire change 10 hours,

Only took a couple hours to get in for some trailer lights out once he got started he didn't take long to get things done

I'm shocked.to see people at the desk.So unprofessional. Guy name tim I explain him over 6 times .Need pm service check all the filters and lubeOil t5 .He is acting like a child .Like he don't understand what I'm trying to say .I am driving for 4 year . I never meet like thus kind if people.I'm giving my money to you guys .Show so seriousness

Very slow. Been here two hours and seen 5 techs just standing around doing nothing while customers are waiting. 2hours and they only fixed 1 mud flap and one fuel filter change. Will not return.

3 bays are open and had me waiting for 2 or 3 hours they were emptying trash saw one up @ the store went to regular tire service in and out 40 minutes all the speedco @ the loves i think they ride the clock until their shift is overService: TiresService: Tires
