Excellent! We took my car in without an appointment in need of a replacement for our worn out weatherstripping. We got 2 quotes-one if all went well and my 15-year-old windshield did NOT break, and a pricier job to replace the windshield in the event of a possible (likely) break. I assumed it would break no matter what, but they were able to make the repair without damage, which kept the price very low! They even replaced a previously damaged side panel FREE OF CHARGE. We could not be happier or more grateful for the work they did. Shop local

Cheapest windshield place I could find and the people were so nice. They even offered to drive me anywhere I wanted to go while l waited on my install. Support your local businesses and get your glass here!!!

I I just called this place to get a price on a windshield . The olderguy that priced my windshield was probably the rudest person I have spoke to this month. And at the end of the Call still tried to tell me that my windshield had Sensors on it . And then rudely hung up on me.I will definitely not be getting my windshield from this place

Great to work with. Called them about a quote for a replacement windshield, and they were less than half the price of companies that were recommended to me by my insurer and acquaintances. Furthermore, the replacement was done 2 days after my original call (whereas anyone else was 1.5+ weeks out at least).Apparently my car's windshield has a potential need to have sensors recalibrated which others wanted to charge me for whether it needed to be done or not, and Hixson Auto Glass told me that they probably wouldn't need to do that, nor could they if it was needed. They didn't charge me for something they didn't do, and as a result I got a great windshield replacement for a great price.Service: Auto windshield repair

My windshield on my Ford Escape delaminated. Weird but it happens. Reasonable price and love the private ma and pa shop. New windshield was very professionally done and under 450.00 and market price is over 700.00. Definitely recommend them as well as Gudel's auto repair for other repair.

Larry and Cathy are great people. Was quoted by Bob and it was for the wrong Kia. Cathy explained it and got my windshield and was in and out in 2hr 45 minutes . It was rainy day . Great people . They offered to get me lunch I declined politely. Awesome experience.

This company doesn't need to be in business. The work was done nice and fast. No problem there. But a year later we get a call from them making threats. We called our insurance right away and got it handled. Our insurance called them. Now it has been a month since that incident and we have received another call making threats again. So we called our insurance again. I am on the verge of taking this to court. They have been rude with the guy yelling stuff in the background. Whatever you do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.!!! It's not worth the trouble. Grief

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for service Friday due to excessive wind noise (they did not install this windshield), had a very pleasant conversation with the guy on the phone. I drove 30 minutes there only to be told they don t perform that service. One man claimed to have inspected the windshield trim, not sure how he did when half of it was under tape and the tape was not disturbed. Long story short, they talk a great game one the phone, but did not come through. They may do a great job installing windshields, but didn t at all do was talked about. Very disappointing.

They were able to schedule me in very soon & got my window replaced in under an hour! They were also almost half the price of other shops I called around town. Excellent experience!

My rear view mirror fell off of the windshield on Saturday, due to the Heat. They reglued it and fixed it for me and did not charge me at all. They were very courteous and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great independent local shop. Work done quickly even though it was a custom cut job for a 1964 jeep. Other chain shops said they couldn't do the job.

Excellent. Instead of trying to talk me into repairing a small ding on my windshield, the owner explained why I didn't need to repair something that small. I very much appreciate his honesty.

I had a vehicle dumped on me that the person I helped get it really tore it up. Outside of the transmission being shot, along with several other major parts... they had pulled the rear view mirror off. The people at Hixon Auto Glass were the first people that treated me nice. They put on the rear view mirror ,the correct rear view mirror for my Ford Explorer, in twenty minutes for literally nothing. Their pleasant demeanor actually put me in a better mood. These are good people and if you have any auto glass needs, Hixon Auto Glass is where you should go.

Horrible!!!!!!! Had back glass replaced and they never cleaned up after their self my window was not busted . They must have busted it out , I even had glass in my driver seat and passenger seat and on my dash .. will never use these clowns again

Fastest place to get a windshield and they was very reasonable I have a Lincoln town car and every where else tried to charge me out the but and I got it here right under 250 thanks guys really grate place
