There is an employee at this O'Reilly store named Derrick so knowledgeable and phenomenal when it comes to customer service. His great disposition to serve is outstanding.

I am traveling. I come out of a museum to a dead battery. The museum security had jumper cables that started my car thankfully. I have a Hyundai so not wanting to take any chances, I went to the dealership. They did not have my battery I. Stock. It seems that it's an odd size. Who knew. I called O'Reilly and they had 1 left in stock. In 15-20 minutes, purchased and they Installed it right in the parking lot. Great service!! Friendly service! Efficient service!!

Went in store to buy fuel injector cleaner. Salesman showed me two products high on his list. The lucas brand product was on sale so I purchased it. It was a great deal on a great product.

Went to 3 different parts stores to see if I bought a new headlight would they install for me and despite the websites saying they would, they all just told me no without even knowing what type of car. Called here, and the employee said it depends on the car, but he would take a look and change it if he could. He swapped it out for me quickly and was very helpful. Great customer service!

I stopped by another auto parts store and they told me I needed a new battery but they said they couldn't install it because of my year make and model. The team at O'Reilly installed a new battery in a few minutes. Ryan did the installation. He was very friendly and professional. What a great employee.

Gary @ the Hendersonville location was the nicest, mist informed and informative employee I've ever encountered. He put my wipers on in the rain and didn't complain once. I hope he is truly appreciated

Was on lunch and car wouldn't start. Dead battery. Knew it was coming. Hot day put the nail in the coffin.Pulled in and Spencer sold me a battery and installed it asap. He knew I had to get back to work. Great guy! Great place.

Top-knotch customer service. Alex was very helpful in answering my questions about my battery even though it was my intention to use the battery test information to get the battery replaced by AAA rather than buying one here. I appreciate his commitment to service and had an excellent experience at this location as a result.

I work on cars for a living, so a dependable auto parts store is necessary in my life. O'Reilly's always has what I need or can get asap. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable too.

Went in looking for something. The guy just said they didn't have it. Wouldn't even look to see if another store had it. I even had the part number. I looked online, and it is available at another store. Poor customer service will definitely not be back

I was out shopping tonight and my car wouldn't start. It had been slow to crank for a few weeks, and I wasn't able to figure out why. I managed to get a jump and make it over to O'Reilly to get it examined.A very helpful gentleman by the name of Chris Smith tested the battery and explained to me that the cold crank amps had deteriorated and my car would continue to have difficulties during winter weather. Chris helped me pick out a new battery, and installed it for me.During this process Chris was honest about what needed to be done, and was willing to go the extra mile looking in the back to find the last battery that would fit my car.Exceptional service is difficult to find in 2022. You will find it at this store. These gentleman take pride in their work, are excellent at what they do, and are willing to put in the effort it takes to make sure the customer leaves happy with an automobile part they can depend on.10/10.

Ordered a part that was supposed to have arrived at the store .. called 3 times after arrival time up until closing time and the part didn t get ordered. They told me the part would be in the next day at 2:30. Called twice after arrival time and no part was put on order again will not be doing business with this store again.

I gave a 4 because they didn't have my part in stock, which is understandable, but when they ordered my part the wharehoise sent the wrong part not even for the same vehicle. The associate Alex was super cool about everything and reordered my part the 2nd day the correct part came. Vehicle is fixed.

They performed a computer diagnostic on my car at no charge, and I got a fair price for the O-2 sensor that was creating the check engine light.Polite, no pressure. I could have bought the sensor or not. It was just one human being assisting another.I like that!

Very rude, older man behind the counter could not even call up my son's corporate account WHILE MY SON--A FORMER OREILLY EMPLOYEE STOOD THERE AND TOLD HIM HOW TO FIND IT--in the Hendersonville, Tennessee store. He seemed very unhappy to be at work and sure did not like the fact that his day was being disturbed by paying customers and the telephone all at once. Poor guy should find a new line of work. Will NEVER go there again and my son will never take his corporate account business there again. Guess we will try the Madison TN one and if they are as rude I will try a better auto parts store. This guy gave me the first bad experience in Hendersonville and ALL OF TENNESSEE. I am used to rude people because I grew up in Chicago.As a former university professor and Army training NCO, it is obvious to me that this employee needs remedial training in how to treat people in general who walk into the store at which he is temporarily employed. May I suggest that he be locked in a room with 10 customers who are all in a hurry. Then his district manager should monitor all incoming phone calls calls from people looking for hard to find parts. However, some calls should be from people like me who know nothing about cars and who stutter when nervous (this did NOT happen yesterday in yalls store just to make that clear). It would be a good way to increase the stress during training so he can work on compassion and customer service. A good example of Team O'Reilly training can be found at store 1035 in Carbondale, Illinois.Signed a very disappointed 100% Service Connected Total and Permanent Disabled Retired Army Veteran.

Jacob at O'Reilly's saved the day for me. He went above and beyond to help me get my truck fixed. When one solution didn't work he kept trying other solutions until he got me on the road. I am forever grateful and will continue going to O'Reilly's exclusively

Friendly staff, most of them are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I have practiced commerce at this location for over ten years and have only had an issue once and it was due to the system losing my information. The issue was resolved quickly.

What can I say? O'Reilly never disappoints. This store has a great, knowledgeable staff, it's clean and well stocked, and of course, if they happen to not have the part you are looking for they will get it from another store the next day (or the same day if it happens to be early morning) Hat's off to Tucker for the great service!

This has always been my go to O'Reilly but literally while I'm standing at the counter I'm commenting on associate Jeffrey's horrible attitude.. His attitude and customer service was no less then contrite, curt, and just nasty all around. Will be trying a different location in the future.

UPDATE: Customer service called me and offered to allow me to return or exchange the bad part. The Service Rep was very kind and apologetic. The manager, Jonathan, gave me a full refund for the bad carburetor. Way to redeem yourselves and make it right!I bought a carburetor there. It turned out to be an old, outdated model (I should ve known because the box was a so faded from sitting on their shelf for years). I installed to learn that the accelerator pump was bad. I attempted to exchange it for a different new one and they refused to do anything to help because the part was 90 days old. The part had 0 miles on it. The employee was rude, curt and offered not even an apology.

As always, it's a pleasure at O'Reilly's. I've used them for 10 years solid now as my main parts house. The only time I'll use another is if I'm in a crunch and they can't get the part immediately. Gotta keep my customers happy haha.

Very helpful staff. They carried plenty of varieties of motor oil, including the 5w20 I was unable to find at other places I stopped. Would recommend.

Very Disappointed! Purchased a battery for my Polaris 4-Wheeler back in September. The 4-Wheeler has been garage kept and the battery is already BAD! Took it into the O'Rileys in Hendersonville, Tn where I bought it and they would not replace or offer in concession. When I made the comment to the young lady working there that I would not buy another one she simply said "I don't blame You". Taking my business back to AutoZone.

Chris was very helpful with a problem I had with getting my car fixed he stayed working with me until I found a place to fix it, I have nothing bad to say about any of the employees that work there and I have no complaints about the parts I've bought in the with them

Only come here if you're looking to waste your time. I've been here multiple times now. The staff seem to have little to no knowledge on what they're dealing with. Lubricant pump, battery, etc. Save yourself the time coming back to return it and just go somewhere else first.
