Update to add the Dakota was very cordial, extremely helpful, and overly apologetic for the delays. That doesn't really change my opinion of how they run things, but I appreciated him taking the time to keep me up to date on what was happening and explaining everything they did. Maybe if Dakota was in charge, things might run smoother.Very frustrating to be told to make an appointment for service, only for it to take 2 hours beyond the appointment time. I understand being backed up, but if you can't honor appointment times, don't offer them. And you should damn well tell your customers that it might be a lot longer to get your car done when you're that backed up. Completely unprofessional with the lack of communicating. I will find another Hyundai dealer to take my car to fit service next time.

I would like to give Hallmark Hyundai s service department five stars, as I have taken my car there several times and each time they fixed it correctly, the first time, in the time promised. However, making an appointment takes about as long as the actual repair. I don t think they have anyone responsible for answering the phone. I think might be a phone somewhere in the office, and someone might at some point walk by, find it ringing, and then might pick it up. It is quite unprofessional and disrespectful. I currently have been on hold for 56 minutes, this after being on hold for over 20 minutes this morning. Once again, if you do not die of old age waiting for someone to answer the phone so that you can schedule an appointment, they do a good job. But before you call be sure that you will not have to use the bathroom for a few hours, and have a good book handy.
