I just started working at Walgreens that is next to this Firestone. I have taken my vehicle there several times and I have been satisfied each time. They will take me as a walk-in and work on my vehicle while I'm at work at Walgreens. It us very convenient for me.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!They are probably great at tires, but don't let them do anything outside of that niche. We had them do a little other work they claimed they could do, like replace a belt on our van and install a new side mirror. They hooked it up wrong. Our van suddenly stopped working while my wife and daughters were in it. We took it back to the shop. They fixed it for free. The steering went out a few minutes later. We took it back again. They fixed it for free. $4000 and two more mechanics later, we learned they had taped two wires together with cheap tape which then came undone leaving exposed wires. They put a wrong sized bolt in the motor mount (about 2 inches too long, leaving it sticking out 2 inches) so it broke off inside the mount which now had to be replaced. Any jr high student would know if a bolt is sticking out that much, it's not right. Every time we start the van, the side mirror points down and won't stay in place even though you adjust it. In order to repair their mistakes the high side A/C line / receiver tube had to be replaced, not exactly free. I could go on.I can't make any statement about their ability to change oil or put on new tires. And they were nice people. But they're not COMPETENT to do ANYTHING else to your car.

I started coming here more than 13 years ago when I moved nearby. Now I drive across Nashville to get my cars taken care of by these guys. They do good work, shoot you straight, and stand by their product. I'll keep coming here for as long as i live close enough to do it.

Since the store replied I am updating my review to be more specific.Think this was my last trip. First they tried to charge us $784.99 for a less than $200 AC compressor. Even the Nissan name brand compressor didn't cost as much as they quoted. We spoke with 2 other mechanics who said that price was crazy as well.Unfortunately, the other mechanic was going to charge the same quoted labor of $110 and we would have to drive much farther (without AC mind you) to have him do it. So decided to have firestone install the part we bought since they're local and the cost of labor went up from $110 to $198.99.I attached all the screenshots of the quote that shows the original prices, the paid fee for diagnosis, which we mentioned before bringing the car we couldn't pay $90 and you agreed to work with us on that, and picture of the hiked up install price when we had that done yesterday.P.S. for your reply about the Honda. I dont have a Honda and neither does my s/o.That's my moms car and I told her I had nothing to do with that exchange, and that if you offered to tow because you, her, and the tow driver all agreed it was the battery you installed, that I didn't think she should have to pay for it. I also told her I didn't talk to you about that tow truck and that was between you both (which btw still should be and has no relevance to this review... but thanks for bringing an old lady into it). If you expect an old woman on disability to pay for something I strongly suggest you clear the price with her before you send a tow truck.FURTHER UPDATE 3 weeks later: As per my moms car, Firestone sold her a bad battery. We had it tested elsewhere and it's bad! Seems as if they were just trying to get out of paying for the tow and replacing their faulty product.

I purchased a set of the Firestone Weathergrip tire a month ago and am completely satisfied with them. We took 3 road trips and the tires are very responsive and handle great in rain. They are also very quiet which was a great surprise as I have had Michelin tires and the Weathergrip was much quieter. They are a little more expensive than the All Season tire but well worth it. Thanks to Trey and his team at Firestone in Hendersonville for the great service. Recommend these tires.

I went to Firestone based on the recommendation of a couple of friends to get my tires balanced. I immediately knew I was at a good place when there was a wait to get in. IMO, only really good places have waiting times. After an hour the service manager reached out and explained how bad my tires were explaining the cords were showing on the inside that was not visible to me unless I was looking underneath my car. They were shocked that I had not had a blowout considering how bad three of them were. Needless to say, I had them put on a new set of tires and I am back on the road driving without the vibration and peace of mind of not worrying about a blowout. Simply put, they possibly saved me from a potential disaster. I highly recommend to anyone that wants quality work and honest people to deal with.

Will not ever again go to this location, they really overcharge you for services. If I could have given a zero rating I would have. I paid $ 126, for a standard synthetic oil change for a Volvo. When the standard has been $80. This place price gouges and then will try and sell you items you don't need for your car. Ex. Tires. Read the reviews before going to this location, I wish I would have. They are not a part of the Firestone Corporation to file complaints you can only complain to the owner which gets you no where.

I previously had a not so great experience with this location. I ve changed my review, for numerous reasons. After reaching out regarding my experience, Jamie, the store owner, reached out to me personally about this issue. Due to my busy schedule, we weren t able to directly speak over the phone, but Jamie turned my bad experience into a good one by making it right. After seeing most of these reviews, discussing with Jamie, I ve come to the conclusion that these fellas had a bad day at the time of my service. These are some really good guys up here, that took great care of me!

This location does fine on oil changes, unfortunately every time I come in for one they try to upsell me. Last time I was pressured into buying two tires, today it s rear breaks. I know what I need and I know what I can afford and if I ask for an oil change its all I can afford at that time. I ll let you know when I m ready to tackle other issues on your list for getting into my wallet. I expected them to do this after two other visits here for oil changes only, they didn t let me down.

My Dad was recently in town and his rental car got a flat. Firestone took such good care of him! He went on non-stop about how friendly and professional the entire team was. Thanks Firestone!

I took my vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic testing & learned my power steering pump had gone out. I took it to Firestone/Hendersonville and without looking at the vehicle manager Mike Jackson said it was the rack and pinion. He didn't I already had it tested. He got upset with my male friend when he told him no. Mike went to my car, listened while he turned steering wheel & checked power fluid. I had to leave the vehicle there & about an hour later he called & said I needed a pump & it would cost $725 without the reservoir. I took Mine a new pump saying myself $500. My vehicle is making a loud whining sound. Mike said it is air in the line & would take about 100-200 miles for it to go away. I put 300 miles on it before taking it back at which time he said my pump was cheap. The owner was standing behind the wall listening & never came to address my concern & they want look at my vehicle. Mike said they cleaned up an oil leak but I had just taken it for an oil change and I told them he would blame them. little did he know we took pictures under the hood. I took the documents back where I got my oil y & they are going to prove he was lyy. I'm done with them. Watch for a billboard on 65 N.

I took my F150 in for a water pump replacement. After assessing my truck they also recommended new brakes and rotors (which I knew it needed). I agreed to have both done at this visit. Mike was very professional as the water pump they put on my truck was defected from the company. After replacing the water pump the second time, my trucks heat was like new. Mike was a great communicator and kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Firestone Hendersonville to anyone needing auto repair. Thanks to Firestone and Mike for great customer service!

This is the best Firestone/car fix-it place I have ever been to in any state. The owner and people who work there are some of the nicest human beings on the planet and they take amazing care of our cars. We have been driving out to Hendersonville from Nashville for at least 10 years because it is worth it. Can't recommend highly enough.

We have used this location for years and they have been our go to place for honest, fast, and affordable automotive services. While I m sure no one likes to pay to have their car repaired, this location is evidently independently owned and they make the process as painless as possible. Trey, Mike, and the team are great and I highly recommend.

We as consumers are often quick to share our negative experiences publicly but are much less likely to quickly share our positive experiences. I understand that my experience cannot speak for all of them and that my needs for service were far less significant than many at this time, but that only affirms how great I feel my experience was.I dealt with Trey over the phone and Jamie in person. Both were very personable and did their absolute best to give me all of the information I needed up front to make my decision on selecting my service location. From pricing to time expectations, they were very upfront I appreciated that.Without naming the individual, I was stopped in my tracks at the service efforts of this particular person. To no fault of their own, only part of my order for what I needing to be done was delivered when it was supposed to be. Understanding the inconvenience to me that this was, in addition to this person knowing that it would take several hours to even get started on my vehicle, this employee allowed me use their PERSONAL vehicle while my car was at their location. It was going to take an additional business day for my last part to arrive, and this same employee allowed me to use their vehicle again the second day. I was floored and speechless at this gesture because not only was this employee's personal vehicle a very luxurious, newer car, but more importantly this employee had never met me before in their lifetime. They knew nothing about me other than what was on my order receipt, and without hesitation or fear, handed me their keys and said, "we will call you when we finish up."I expect this from a car dealership or from an insurance repair situation but not for this. In addition, with the social-political tensions in our society today, and the genuine inability to demonstrate kindness by too many people, this act shows me a lot about the people who work here, regardless of what work they are able to do. While I am a professional, on the days that I was present, I was wearing athletic gear with my tattoos visible and in no way seemed approachable, by my own assessment. If this person and I were standing next to each other you would be able to speak of infinite differences between us without speaking to us at all. That is a level of respect, trust, and kindness that is far more significant to me than any service they could or could not do. If there is a service that can be done here, I will not take my car anywhere else, especially if Trey or Jamie are involved. Even if things do not go according to plan, I TRUST that they have my best interests in mind when making decisions.

I moved to Hendersonville about 3 years ago and the guys at Hendersonville Firestone have taken care of all my vehicles. After three sets of tires, several maintenance checks and minor repairs, I have no problem recommending them. They do a great job at a reasonable price!

I took my car here for an oil change and to inspect the brakes. There was an intermittent screech when not applying the brakes. They told me all the pads and rotors needed to be replaced and quoted me over $700 after tax and the oil change. That seemed VERY unlikely, so I took the car to my dad's and we checked it out for ourselves. One rotor had some light grooves, but not bad enough to be replaced. We changed the front pads. Rear pads and rotors were completely fine. Brake noise is gone now. This place just wants to take advantage of people.EDIT: Oh hey, I just noticed that the business replied! Thanks for being so very condescending. Sorry to hurt your feelings. I did great work on my own vehicle and it certainly wasn't a "lesser repair." It was the appropriate repair. The pads lasted until the vehicle was t-boned and totaled. Be upset because someone knowledgeable called you out on trying to sell extra unneeded services.

It is hard finding honest people in any profession, but the guys at Firestone Hendersonville are top notch. They have made a handful of repairs on several vehicles of mine, and even turned me away when my car did not need their services. Their prices are reasonable when I have compared, and they take the time to explain things to me without making me feel like a girl who doesn't know anything about cars. Whether you need tires, oil or repair work, I highly recommend visiting their shop.

I appreciate the quick and detailed service I have received from the guys at Firestone. I have needed them twice this month and each time they were gracious enough to get my car in and the job done right away. I will only go to them when I have a problem because I know they will help me. Good job guys!

I had an opportunity to work for this firestone and it was by far the cleanest and honest auto shop I've ever worked for, I've read reviews about pricing, and let me tell you, they only make 12 dollars off of each oil change, if you find someone else that can change oil for less than 12 dollars that company is not going to last long, they fix flat tires for 21 dollars, price the tools needed to fix a flat tire at walmart, its way more than 21 dollars! I had to move on to further opportunities in my life and it was sad to leave that company, the owner Jamie actually cared about his customers and his Employee's, he gave us bonuses weekly and was very upset IF his customers had a bad experience. You will not find any auto shop from Hendersonville to murfreesboro with the cleanliness and honesty as this shop has, I highly recommend it.

I have been going to this place for a decade now and always have great service. Trey and Mike are super friendly and definitely trustworthy. The Bridgestone Firestone credit card perks are amazing as well.

Not a reputable repair shop. Car repair misdiagnosed Told I needed a new fuel pump when internal engine parts had failed. First we were given an exorbitant price. When questioning the price the repair shop dropped the price. Then told the battery was the cause of my cars problem. Had to take the car to the car dealer who informed us the engine had failed delivering pieces of metal throughout the engine. There is a class action lawsuit filed against the car manufacturer due to this engine design problem. The problem never was the fuel pump! This repair shop refused to return the money charged for the unnecessary fuel pump repair. Further when we called the national Firestone office we learned that this is NOT a corporate facility but is an independent store. This is a further example of deception on the part of this so called repair shop.

Besides the fact that the manager Trey was rude and annoyed by my questions and services asked for. They not only denied my warranty that I have for lifetime rotate and balance and front end alignment I payed for but also pulled apart my air intake hose and Pulled my Mass airflow Sensor half way out. They also peeled off my oil change miles till reservicing sticker on my windshield. When I picked up my truck after getting a call they they could not deliver on my payed warranty I have had for 16 years my Ford F-150 has the Service Engine Soon light on. I took it to Gateway tire to get it balanced and rotated in which I asked them to also check and see what firestone had did to my truck to make my engine light come on which they told me what I explained earlier. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER go back to firestone because of there lack of customer care, politeness, and destructive and childish ways of purposely sabotaging a persons car that they drive and need to get places because they didn t make money or want to do a service that had been payed for already that was on warranty.

Left my daughters car unlocked in the walgreens parking lot next door all day after they would not honor a defective tire warranty on a one year old tire. Told me that the defect was caused by a pothole which was not true. We took the vehicle to a different Firestone who honored the warranty for the defective tire. These guys are just interested in selling and taking your money and not taking care of customers.
