Chris and the crew at car Care have always taken fantastic care of us. We've been customers for years and we refer everyone to them! They've always honored what they quoted us. They have our cars back to us quickly and they always know what they're doing! This is the best service in town!

I had a light come on in my sierra 1500 2 weeks before I am going on vacation and driving to Panama. The light was a Service Brake Pad Monitor. I gave Serra Chevrolet a call and they said 3 weeks minimum. I then called Chris that same afternoon and he had me scheduled to look at it the next morning. He found that my rear brakes needed to be changed. Sent thorough pictures of his findings. I had my oil changed a week before at Serra and asked them to do a full inspection, well come to find out they didn t. Chris and his team found a very dirty air filter as well. Once I authorized the work to be completed, they had my truck ready to go by noon same day. Chris and Jermaine are my go to guys. I will be returning for every service needed moving forward. Very clean work environment, the best customer service, and great technician work. Thanks again guys!

Chris at CarCare is AMAZING!! He went over and beyond to ensure my repairs were done in the most efficient and timely manner. The warranty company wanted to prolong my repair at the least cost to them, and Chris made sure I received top quality parts, and top repair service. CarCare is the only company I entrust with my car repairs.

CarCare Import did awesome job helping us out. We were on a road trip coming down from Ohio to Nashville and our Volvo XC90 had an engine light come on. About an hour out we talked and they had us stop by to diagnose it, even though it was New Year s weekend they got it done the next morning first thing and got us back on our way. Chris was very helpful and friendly, appreciate the whole staff. If we lived in Nashville, I would use them for all my car services!

A few weeks ago in Nashville we're finishing our trip visiting from Florida and our 2014 Mercedes needed some major work to be able to make it back home. A quick call to Chris and he had us on our way after only 2 day. Awesome!!!!!! ALso say hy to Alexis , their cute little if you go there.

These people at car care as simply amazing people! Me being a single mother and been having issues for a few months with my car. One of our best service experience. We just got our used Jeep, and they made sure we were taken care of. Chris took the time to educate us and even showed videos to make sure we understood everything. It's also very rare that service department admit that something slipped through and they were sorry and fixed it. The communication was good throughout, and we really happy with the outcome. We will be back for all of our service needs.

I feel I must have hit this place on a bad day. Came highly recommended. Good reviews on Google. Started at opening and two people waiting for them to unlock door. One was a customer complaining. Dropped my car off for a oil plug leaking. After waiting all day, was told oil plug completely stripped. Needed new oil pan at a cost of 1700.00. Said no thank you. Upon picking my car up at the end of the day, another customer complaining. After I was charged a 170.00 diagnostic fee, I was told next oil change wherever I took it would result in my having to replace oil pan. Decided I better go somewhere else. I did today and was told oil plug was stripped but still operable. Asked what a new oil pan would cost, quoted 700.00 including oil change. I hope anyone that goes here has better luck then me. Better options out there.

You may want to think twice . The front desk employees tell you anything to get you off the phone. Dishonest with work, labor and cost. Company convinced us to pay extra for the parts they recommended but when I got there to pick up car, after telling me my car was done, it suddenly had a faulty part that was fixed in 2-3 hours. The same part that was suppose to take 8-9 hours.. Sad part, we are still having problems after paying out the money for things they said they were going to fix.I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone .ever.

Have done business at this place on multiple occasions have always had a good outcome. Chris at the front desk is one of the most fair people that you will deal with I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this business and getting work done. They are speedy and definitely fair when it comes down to pricing or taking care of the customer.

I don t know how anyone can say one negative thing about this shop. From start to finish full transparency which is not common these days. The care they took of me and my car was amazing. Not only was it 1/4 the price I had been quoted around town but it was above and beyond treatment from start to finish. Chris and Jermaine are the most stand up and honest guys around and I ll never go anywhere else. Thanks guys. I can t thank you enough for treating me and my 2006 Volvo like it was a jaguar. This was my first time coming here for my Toyota Tacoma truck and the customer service experience was above and beyond exceptional. The inside is clean, well-kept, and my customer service reps were friendly and helpful in my brake change and transmission fluid drain and refill. Fair price that came with a free inspection. I plan on going back here for all of my family s car needs, and I would recommend for anyone to give this place a shot. Awesome service! I needed my stereo replaced. They were friendly, professional, and I couldn t believe how quickly they got it done and they did a great job! Highly recommended to my friends and family! They also were covered under my CarMax warranty (just let them know ahead of time if you have a warranty so they can make sure the job is covered)

After my dealership gave me the runaround, I called CarCare. I was quickly worked into their schedule, and my suspension repairs were completed without issue, at a lower cost than dealer s quote. I live more than an hour away, but would definitely make the drive again. Love CarCare, I've been taking our European cars there for a few years now. The mechanics are top notch and Customer Service is good as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is because I didn't like the end result, not their fault at all. Mercedes fault. Everyone was professional and courteous. They quickly found the problem to my engine performance and recommended necessary services. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of detail paid to my car's needs. Although I have an older car that needs refurbishing, they treated it like it was brand new. They did not take a crazy amount of time, despite the extensive repairs needed. Furthermore, they asked that I bring it back in two weeks of driving time to make sure their work was solid (no charge). Took car in for AC issue repair and was quoted $640 for the work which I approved. After repair, they informed me the repair did not resolve and another $1700 would need be to spent to repair. I declined and initially, they still wanted me to pay for the initial quote.I went to the store braced for war as had no intention of paying full price for a repair that did not fix the issue. To my surprise, the manager and tech advisor apologized for the miscommunication which apparently took place on their end and took accountability for the issue. They offered to bill me just for the part on initial repair and also offered a significant discount for the second quote. I declined as still not worth it for me and our needs, but was treated more than fairly and they absolutely earned my future business based on this experience and how they handled the situation. Highly recommend.

Someone had cut up my exhaust system and messed up one of the catalytic convertors in the process on my Audi. The guys at CarCare took care of this quickly and worked with my insurance company in doing so. They also did a safety inspection and found that my rear brakes were dangerously low and called me to confirm that I wanted them to replace them. They were easy to work with, took care of my car quickly, and at a reasonable price as opposed to the dealer. They answered all of my questions regarding the repair and future work that I am looking to have performed. I will definitely be using CarCare for all of the work on my Audi and highly recommend that you use them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Brake service & repair

I needed a place to help me install my new MBRP Performance Axle Back Exhaust on my 2019 Mustang GT. Every shop I called told me they couldn t get me in until days later or told me to come by and then ended up closing early before I got there. I called CarCare Import & Domestic Service and they told me to bring the new exhaust system by so they could check it out and see if they could do it. They were obviously busy (they had a lot full of cars and some in the garage) but told me they could still install it for me that same day. They were really friendly and gave me the best quote out of the three shops I had asked. Quality service and people. 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs pretty much any type of work or service done on their car.

UPDATE: Since I can't figure out how to leave a new review, updating my previous one. Less than a year later, I had to take my poor 20 year old Mercedes back to CarCare. These guys found and fixed multiple issues, took the time to explain to me step by step exactly what was going on to the point where I feel like an honorary mechanic now, and provided me with all of the documentation needed to fix other issues that could only be done at the Mercedes dealership. I repeat- will not take my car anywhere else. Special thanks to Jermaine, Chris and Rocky!They fixed multiple issues with my car, I *only* go to these guys. Great team, kept me posted through the repair process, will never take my car anywhere else.

Trust worthy and reputable car service professionals. I'd say pretty competitive labor rates. What I appreciate most is there candor and honest feedback about the service your vehicle needs. Reached out to several car shops and Car Care gave me the best price quote to fix my left rear tail light and bumper. Pricing was great. And dropped off my car Sunday evening and it was done by Thursday. Then, I picked it up Friday morning. The owner and general manager were very communicative, even though I probably asked a million questions. Will be back whenever or if I have any problems.Service: Body & Trim

I had a warranty on the issue I was having with my car. They turned in the claim and got the work done quickly. They chacked my car over and found I needed back brake pads also. They repaired everything quickly and offered to help with a rental through my warranty also.
