Michelle was great! She was so helpful and found the part I needed and had it there asap. Even when the dealership couldn t get it. Will definitely use them again for any parts I need.

Drunks and drugs! Call 3 times about a paet. Told them exactly what I needed but went to get it and it wasn't what I told them. When I told them what I needed again. They didn't even know what it was. I asked them,this is a parts house right? Sounds like a bunch of idiots. She's like I ain't gonna be talked to like that. I left. Was standing there looking around and one of the workers went and grabbed a fifth of some something. Then took off. I've known a few people that's worked there and they all dope headd. This place is a joke. I'll never go back no matter if it's free.

Highly recommend. They were the only salvage yard in my tri-state area that had my part (all 20 others said they did online but didn't). & even though technology was working against me (phones were messing up credit card machine was being repaired) I was able to transfer the money to them and they mailed it out to me same day. They even sent me photos to let me know the air box on it was cracked & it had been sitting in the yard for almost 20 years. But I took the chance on it & we installed today and it works! Thanks again.

WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS! Do not spend your money here. We drove 2 hours and bought a transmission on 3/22/23 and like many others who have bought from here soon learned, the part was junk and would not fit. They argue that it is not their fault when we have camera proof of not altering the part at all, but their cameras don t go back that far (very convenient if you ask me) and refuse to refund us the money. After reading other reviews, it is clear that this is a pattern of this business. Do yourself a favor and do not be next to be scammed by these people.

It's a bad peaple i got a transmission from there they said has 30 days warranty but they ask you 100 questions the transmission is bad don't runs but they blame on me they said i don't install the transmission right and that makes the transmission no work i already installed more than 100 transmission with out problems i give them a bad bad reference for all peaple in west knox

Most of the time they have the parts you need, && if not, they can get it or tell you where you can find it. Always been so good to me && my family, especially Michelle!

This place is a joke! Bought a part, when my husband put it on it blew apart, the part was bad when we bought it, took it back after about an hour, we asked for our money back, the woman became irate and refused to give us our money back, they offered to give us another part, that was junk too! We didn t need more junk! They will learn that the customer is always right!

I will never set foot in this junkyard again, the wife on the computer is ok , but all the husband want's to do is argue his part will fit your vehicle when you have already verified that it want, i have a 2008 dodge 1500 with 17 inch wheels, 5 lug ,4 !/2 bolt pattern, when i went to get to spare rims for snow tires, he said yeah i have a 96 model out there 5 lug ,4 1/2 bolt pattern, i said but bin 96 they had 15 inch tires i have 17 inch, he said no they both had 17 inch from the factory, kept arguing they both came with 17 inch, i told his wife to look on computer to convince her husband, and sure enough they had 15 inch in 96, i told the old cuss, i said i been working on dodge only for 40 years ,i tried to tell you, hr jumped up ,ran out and slammed the door. They are like Auto Zone, they dont keep but very fer wreaked vehicles and want to order everything aftermarket from the internet

I actually work here and it is a pretty good place to get what you need fir your auto parts. Know what you want or if you dont we can help you figure it out or point you in the right direction if we cant get it for you.

Purchased transmission and rear end from this place, when I got home discovered they didn't fit. Called back and asked for replacement or refund. Never got either.
