On March 26, we traveling from Illinois, van was running very rough stopped in and was greeted by manager Christopher, he figured out the problem and helped us to get the right parts,We had a safe trip back home to Illinois.A very very special thank you to Christopher. This store was full of good, helpful people. The young man volunteered to help me remove the old windshield wipers and put the new ones on. I wish I remembered his name, because I really appreciated his help that day.

Over the past couple of years, I have gone into O Reilly auto parts in Greeneville Tennessee, and have had the pleasure of working with an employee there, named Neal. I always walk away, thinking that I need to write a review about Neal. He is always helpful, always courteous, and always willing to answer all of my questions regarding whatever it is that I came in for! I just want to give a shout out to Neal and to O Reilly for being my go to for automotive help!!!

The older gentleman who works here is the only reason I m giving this store a one star. I asked him about a tool I could rent, he told me he didn t have any in stock but that I could buy one. I explained I was working on a ford ranger and he showed me what puller I needed. Paid for the puller and it wasn t even for a ford but instead it was for ANYTHING GM (Which is not compatible with my ford) and he never said anything about it. Everyone else here is extremely caring and willing to help. He needs to find a profession he knows not one he can assume.

Went to get bulbs for my tail lights and Thomas Edmonton went beyond the call of duty to make sure I got what I needed. He is a shining example of what service needs to be. The only problem I have is I don t live close to this location.

Will not be using this store again. I needed help on finding a part I needed. They simply said on this aisle. Never offered to show me where or to even assist me. The bad thing to me was I was the only customer in the store with 4 employees. Terrible service. I have used them for years for all parts needed for my farm and I will not be using this store again. I drove down the bypass to auto zone where they gladly assisted me.

this is the best auto parts store that I ever went to. The cashiers are always kind they are helpful and they are efficient. We just received a $5 savings card from O'Reilly's yesterday and needed it badly to help purchase power steering fluid. The Lord always provides what we need when we need it. He uses this business to help us a lot.

Great service, but didn't have what I needed, but it told me they did online.... Somehow misplaced 2 cans? Otherwise I've always had a good experience with their stores.

Great people but, the store on East A.J. Highway, management is rude and unwilling to assist. The manager at the Asheville Highway store and the people are terrific to work with.

I reserved a part online for in store pick up before noon yesterday. It showed on the website this was the closest store to me for in store pick up and it is in stock. The store is an hour away from me. I finally found someone to give me a ride there for a small fee, just to get there and the associate behind the counter couldn't find my reservation I made. Even after typing in my confirmation number, nothing came up. She then informed me that my part that the website showed was there, was in fact not there and she would have to order it. She tried to call corporate, but corporate was already gone for the day. I will be calling corporate in the morning in hopes they can fix this issue and maybe even compensate me for wasted time and fuel.

The staff are very helpful they will assist you with whatever you need. And will even give some advice on how to fix certain things. Prices range depending on what you need. Overall you won't regret going here to buy the parts you need after you get your car fixed. Five stars for great customer service and friendly staff. Keep it up guys. Thank you!!!!

Usually helpful, knowledgeable staff on the clock most of the time. Will gladly help any way they can. Really good about finding a solution for most problems. decent prices for better quality parts that you can actually see and make sure it looks right before you buy it, unlike online parts.

Went in needing help with my breaks and lights on in my car and Neal came out told me which breaks I needed and checked the light that was on and told me what part was needed. He was very patient with all the questions an unknowlageable female would ask. He put in a head light for me and sold me all the parts I needed and did not push me to buy the most expensive parts knowing that I could not afford it. I will go back there and work with Neal for any of my parts needs. Thank you Neal for helping me and being so patient...

I went in to get a battery fully prepared to take off my old one myself to exchange for core discount. Brian was kind enough to change it for me. I am always busy & on the run & they were very fast & friendly. Very pleased with the service.

The crew at E Andrew Johnson Highway are as awesome as it gets, extremely helpful there and nice as can be!! They save me $150+ the dealer was going to charge me by helping me! Love O'Reilly's in Greeneville Tennessee.

Employees are generally knowledgeable and the service I've experienced has been fairly fast and accurate which makes things much smoother for someone like myself who has no idea what I'm looking for unless I'm shown. Overall I would recommend.

Chris Gajardo was a delight to speak with was very understanding and professional knew the material at hand for I had horrible experiences in other auto parts store but this one was on it so thank you for the pleasant experience also Stephanie was a huge help for she also knew exactly what I needed thanks again

the lady working there was extremely helpful and patient, I had several parts I needed looked up and gotten or ordered if they werent in stock and she took her time and didn't try to rush me through like many of the other times I've made purchases for multiple parts at an autoparts store

I find this store in Greeneville to be one of the best in the surrounding areas. The staff here is very helpful and very competent. Easy access from traffic, sometime a little tuff to return to traffic if you want to go north on 11e. Easily seen from traffic. Well stocked.

They are training a lot of young kids. Thats both good and bad. I like that they teaching the kids but until they figure it out, there's no knowledge of the store lay out
