Kevin is a Master Locksmith! On Sat 7/29/23 around 6:00 pm, we had a strong thunderstorm come through our campground. In our haste to secure our camper, we accidentally locked ourselves outside and our Labradoodle inside. We contacted Kevin, who answered our after hours call himself, and arrived promptly. He had our locked camper door opened in less than 5 minutes! We are so grateful to you Kevin for your kindness, honesty and extremely reasonably charge for your expert service. We highly recommend you to anyone who is in need of a honorable locksmith. Thank you Jeannie and Paul Windsor. Winston says woof woof Dog talk for GREAT JOB!

Excellent service.....locked out of running car on Christmas Eve.....showed up within 20 minutes n had me back in my car in less than 10.Christmas Eve pricing reasonable!

When my grandparents accidentally locked themselves out of the house on a cold fall evening you guys came to the rescue. The owner and service man were both exceptionally cordial . I was impressed within 45 minutes they were there to help ! So thankful for reasonable pricing and the emergency after hours option!

Kevin responded to our call in a timely fashion. He listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. He carefully proceeded to try various solutions to the problem, locked out of an RV, his primary concern minimizing damage to the vehicle. He succeeded. His professional demeanor and quiet confidence were on display the whole time. Can't go wrong.

I locked myself out of my car. I called Greeneville lock and key. Kevin was there in a few minutes and promptly unlocked my car. He was very professional and good at his job. I would rec. this business to everyone.

Kevin was great. My mother-in-law lost her key fob over Christmas. I called a Greeneville lock and key on the 26th. Kevin was celebrating Christmas with family but he called me back that night to get the info for the fobs. He just left after driving from Greeneville to Rogersville to take care of our problem. Will not hesitate to tell friends and family about them. THANK YOU, Kevin for a job well done.

My husband locked his keys in his truck while on break at his job and I had to find a locksmith close by his work hoping they would come if they didn't have to drive far. I called several places in Greeneville and they were all either closed or just not able to answer the phone and this was at about 10pm. I got to Greeneville Lock & Key ony list that I was calling in alphabetical order, or else I would've called Greeneville Lock & Key first if I knew how great their business was going to be, the owner answered me immediately on the first ring and I told him the situation and he said to give him 15 minutes and he will be there. He took my name and number and my husband's name and number and of course asked me the make and model and color of vehicle so he knows which one and he even knew which parking lot I was talking about him being parked in , which was surprising seeing how my husband's work has like 5 or 10 lots that employees can park at. Anyway, all in all I give them 5 out of 5 stars because he came in 15 minutes just like he said and took my husband's payment through debit card right in the parking lot and was gone with doors unlocked and all within 10 minutes. He was actually waiting for my husband by his truck because he was having trouble getting through to him where he works inside a plant. I would recommend this business to anyone for any service they provide. Thanks for doing a great job and being so nice and fast! So easy. Seamless.

Website says 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, we just called for someone who was in dire need on a Sunday and without any excuse said he couldn't do it today. If you are not willing to assist 24/7 you should NOT advertise that you will, PERIOD!

In response to what you said about my last review, YES, when we pulled your ad up on the internet it 1000% says you are indeed available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If I could post pictures here, I d post the screenshot of YOUR AD stating EXACTLY that! Not to mention, the lady DID in fact have AN EMERGENCY, otherwise she wouldn t have needed help on a Sunday! There is absolutely ZERO chance that I would let you make it up after seeing how you refused to help this poor woman. I suggest you change your website so you re not falsely advertising. Have a blessed day

I purchased a used vehicle that had a bike rack on top which had no key. He removed it. He was friendly and courteous as well as professional. He was very reasonable on the price and very quick to respond. Highly recommend Greeneville Lock and Key.

It was 6 pm on a rainyand cold Friday night and I was locked out of my apartment with my dog inside. I made a call to Greeneville Lock & Key and within 15 mintes they were to my apartment. They were kind and professional and were in my apartment within 5 minutes. I would Highley recommend.
