I had 5 old windows in my house that needed sash lock replacements but were not standard size. Greeneville glass did research for me and helped me find the locks online, showed me where to order them and didn t charge me anything. They were super honest and helpful.

I had an interior glass project so I went in to ask advice on what glass would provide some level is sound deadening. The owner discussed pros and cons of the difference types. After deciding the type, I placed my order and picked it up as promised. The solution turned out perfect. Great local business to work with. Thank so much!

Went in to get 2 glass shelves for my wife. Cut them right on the spot, about 10 minutes, walking out the door. Great people and good prices.

I didn't end up using Greeneville glass for my glass repair needs , however, I gave them 5 stars because the customer service was friendly and extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction for my glass replacement.They offer automotive glass replacement on vintage cars and they don't expect you to pay an arm and a leg . If it's something they can't do for you, they are more than happy to give you several recommendations.

Proceed with caution, and be VERY specific about the job you need done.I came with two plexiglass square pieces that were the sliding doors of a terrarium, and requested those two exact pieces be duplicated in glass. I was told it would take 2-3 days. On the 8th day when I still hadn't heard anything, I called about the status of my order. The person that answered the phone had no idea who I was, what my order was or where/how to identify it. The person that originally took my order finally called me back almost 3 hours later to tell me my order was finished. Gee, thanks for the heads up.When I took the pieces home and fit them back into the terrarium, the width(depth) of the glass exceeded the originally plexiglass doors, and no longer fit in the sliding track. Huge waste of time and money.

Becky and Dennis went above and beyond to get a wavy glass repair done on our farmhouse within a very short time frame. The quality of their work is very, very good and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Great at glass repair, horrible re glazing. Whoever glazed my windows could have cared less I'm shocked at what I got and paid for. Also the overwhelming smell of cigarettes in there office is such a turn off.

I needed a specific size of glass to repair an older window frame. They had it cut and ready to go in just a few minutes. Definitely recommend.
