These guys are amazing! So nice! Bought my new stereo from Dashboard Audio and the owner was so rude and seemed annoyed to even help us decide on products, and we spent $2000 there. Went to Gosnells and they are completing the system with new speakers and amp. So much more pleasant of an experience! We won t go anywhere else for our audio or music purchases!

Found a new guitar mfr I had never played before; great sound in an inexpensive guitar. Made in China, hopefully not with slave labor, but I can't vouche for that. Bristol guitars.

Very nice people, brought in a worn peavey raptor and they fixed it up with new strings and even fixed a small grounding issue at the same time for a very affordable price. Definitely recommend to stop by

I've been doing Business with them for 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are Happy. Well knowledged in all services that they provide. If you want it, if they don't have it, they can get it. Reasonably priced on all their products, services and installation's.

Good place to do business. They could have a little better selection of brands. The prices could be lower. But everything is like that these days. I'm not sure it's even their fault. The employees are nice and friendly and always willing to help. They've always had what I needed.

Not to long ago, I had bought an Amp and speakers to be installed into my truck. A couple of weeks before I had misplaced over $100 and had questioned a couple people about the money's disappearance, to no avail. So the day of my installation. I dropped off my truck and went home until it was finished. Not long after arriving home, I received a phone call from Gosnell's. The gentleman had asked me if I had lost any money? I said why yes I had. He informed me that he removed my seat to install the Amp and found $130 dollars. Which was unbelievable to me. He didn't have to say anything and I wouldn't have even known. So thank you so much for your honesty at Gosnell's and the professional installation of my Amp and speakers, it sounds awesome.Very happy, and very much appreciated.

I love this place. Mr. Campbell is very knowledgeable about the instruments and helped me alot on the banjo and everything i would need to play professional i had no idea where to start . i will continue to shop here and they are eager to help with anything that arises. Excellent customer service.

First time customer. Oldest son is now learning how to play guitar. He's getting really into it, and really good, as well. So I invested into it more by picking up some here and there's for him. Customer service was awesome. Helped by making recommendations, because let's face it,....I have no clue exactly what's what in that area. But prices weren't outrageous, at all. Plus, I left that store, a little bit more knowledgeable than I did walking in. Plus, one happy child. Total win, and definitely will revisit.

Had a stereo receiver installed, same day (today) I purchased . No wait time vs competitors. Awesome customer service! A+. Knowledgeable. Appreciative! Very prompt, yet takes their time to do an excellent job! Highly recommend. Thank you, gosnell's music! I'll be be sending you business.

Excellent Music Store, very helpful & friendly staff. Also, if you need a CB installed, they did mine, and the job was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Well I don't no but I think 2stars is plenty and I think if certain people would loose their ATTITUDES.... And lower some prices so a poor person can maybe just maybe be able to come in and take a look at things and not feel like u are not welcome... Really miss the OLD MAN that use to run the shop

I m beyond pleased with this place. Upon entering you re treated with respect and they don t talk down to you like north main audio does. They re very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services.I decided to get some things installed yesterday and for the money that I spent on the products I was impressed. I spent 1200 at north main audio and my stuff kept frying and didn t sound no where near as good as gosnells done yesterday. If you re trying to decide on whether to go to gosnells or north main, go to gosnells. Gosnells takes pride in what they do and I m very happy with what they ve done for me and I ll definitely be back!

I'm new to Greeneville, Tennessee. I've been here a little over two years. I've driven by this place time after time again. Never thought nothing of it, until I went inside.......I WAS IMPRESSED!!! Back home in Glynn county Georgia, a.k.a Brunswick, we've got alot of "high-end" music stores. Stereo system competitions, whether you've entered a contest or just a friendly "pull-up" at the red light and turn it up, to cruising around and listening to your favorite song as loud as your stereo can go.......I'm very familiar with quality equipment. Gosnell's Stereo & Music is where I'm taking my business. Very clean and the "staff" is very polite and top-notch when it comes to helping the customer. My partner and I went inside to get his daughter some reeds for her clarinet and a music book for school, of course....they had it. We asked alot of "random" questions about stereo equipment and each was answered as if we'd already made a purchase. Great place for music.....HANDS DOWN!!!!

Billy is awesome.. been on this stuff b4 he graduated. Knows all about the audio.. very clean & professional jobs... A tremendous amount of inventory.. go by & check it out... You'll be amazed!!!

Awesome place big selection Billy really knows his stuff on cb's. I had some issues with my current set up he had me fixed up quick and he went out of his way to help.

Worse place to get what u want for you need.... everything I needed wasn't even close to what I needed for my fender bass and what I got was such poor quality broke in pieces when I tried to cut it down so not be using this store anymore........
