I co-signed with my son to buy a Nissan Frontier. It was the most pleasant experience I've ever encountered in buying a car. Gateway did a fantastic job in every way possible. I rate my experience as a 10+.

I had never had a mechanic make me feel so informed( in terms I understood). They kept me informed step by step. They were honest and upfront. HONEST! Even though I wasn t there to buy a car the young salesman was friendly. Probably the best I have ever felt after having my car fixed. Thank you!

I would have liked to been along side the mechanic during the diagnostic evaluation. This is the part where some one sarcastic and ego tistic concerned about the materials of life might say "Allot of people would love to learn the knowledge I have for free." Someone might also make some other sarcastic remarks as to why I could be with the mechanics during the diagnostic evaluation but as seeing it is my cat. I drive it and I pay for it, why would I not want to know how they have diagnosed my problem so that way I can know how to do it myself next time. I took a class called obedience to man. It says when told obey. Later go back if you have any questions and ask them. For better results learn how to do something on your own so the next time you might do it right. Then if I couldn't do it right I could call Nissan for assistance. A win win situation. I like to watch people when they work on my car so I can learn. I don't see why that would be an issue. Then again I have not asked to do such. I didn't want to intrude. I do consider myself to be quite considerate.

Catie was very helpful as we emailed for several days as we were deciding on a vehicle. She gave us an out the door price and set us up to come in last Saturday. Keith was helpful as we drove 3 different vehicles.Max was helpful as we worked through the process. Finally, Cody was on top of all the paperwork as the purchase was finalized. Easy, no pressure buying experience.

They listened to me and what I wanted, they gave me a fair price for my trade in and answered my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. Upon leaving he made sure to let me know he would be available to answer any additional questions I might have.

Had a great experience at Gateway Ford Nissan! Jonathan Morgan and his Manager made me very confortable on my decisions and was supportive on my needs. I got a great deal and felt good leaving with my new purchase with no buyers remorse and feeling like I made a new friend that would have my back with my vehicle.

While the sale itself went ok, the after-the-sale support so far is a bit less than expected; definitely less than what is touted on the website! It is clear to me that if you don't get it included in the sales agreement, you can't really expect anyone to go above or beyond to make a customer happy. Not a great approach toward building a strong, long-term relationship.2021/12/13 UPDATE: Corresponded with Abby per the owner reply, and am fully satisfied with the results! They definitely took measures to make sure I was happy and satisfied; truly living up to their reputation for top of the line customer care and attention! I definitely recommend them, and want to thank Abby for her efforts to turn this into a very positive customer experience - before, during, and after the sale! I will most assuredly be returning here in the future for vehicle needs!

I recently purchased a new Pathfinder from Gateway. I had the pleasure of working with Trevor. He is an amazing salesperson. Not pushy at all, but genuinely listens to your questions and concerns to make sure you find the right vehicle to fit your needs. The sales manager and finance & insurance team were very helpful. Bachman has very little paperwork when compared to other dealerships and offer a lot of incentives you won t find with other dealers. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking to buy.

Our recent vehicle purchase was a joy to make, as we always find at Gateway! The salesman, Jonathon Morgan, is the best, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This is our third purchase at Gateway and Jonathon sold us the last two! We always get our vehicles serviced here too. Feels like family!

Bought a new Armada. Folks if you haven't been here your missing out. No lies,no bs,just the honest truth. Best dealer I have ever dealt with period. Love this place. I had to drive about 40 miles to get here but well worth it. Best people I've ever dealt with. Just outstanding in everyway. You will not be disappointed

Went into the dealership for my very first oil change on my 2023 Nissan Rogue Platinum. Service completed in an hour or so. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments. Spencer was super nice and gave me suggestions about about scheduling my next service. Best of all, first visit was FREE!

Went to look at a Used 2019 Titan Today 9-6-22 , the salesman Blake Sowers was excellent. He helped get me in the truck, go for a test drive, was knowledgeable and very personable. He got me in the truck within 3 hours and was a absolute pleasure to work with. Literally the best car buying experience I've had. Was able to work a deal up quickly and effeciently. Cant say enough good things about how the dealership handled themselves. So thanks again Blake and Gateway !

Would love to be able to give a review of their service, but you can t get it. Took my Titan in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The have a quick-lane sign up for services like this. Was told that they would make me appointment and it would be about 2 weeks out. Shouldn t have to wait this long for a simple oil change. Gateway should hire some techs for preventive services like this.

I've been circling the lot for the past 2 years, usually on Sunday. When I first set my sights on it this past Sunday, I said, "this is mine."The entire experience was made so simple when buying this car. I was surprised on what they actually "gave" me on my trade in.Always shop local!!!

Both my husband and I have bought vehicles in the last forty-five days from Gateway here in Greeneville. Neither planned, but both couldn't have went more smoothly. From our salesman Jonathan Morgan, who was patient with our specific criteria to the sales manager Mike McDonald, who went above and beyond to work out the details for us, to both finance facilitators, Blake Higgins and Brian Redmon. They all were completely professional, helpful and made sure we were completely satisfied customers. We are and would not hesitate to recommend Gateway for anyone that is looking for a vehicle!

Cody Hensley was the most helpful and friendly salesman I have encountered ever! I have purchased and leased vehicles for 30 years and Cody was the best I have ever dealt with. I hope he is commended for a job well done. He was very thorough and answers any questions I had. First time purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.

I hate going to car dealerships and dealing with high-pressure sales people. But that was definitely not the case at Gateway!!! Blake Sowers was very friendly and helpful which made our appointment a very pleasant experience! He gave us a very good deal and we got a great vehicle. Although he wasn't our sales person, Eric Murphy was also very friendly. Also, Terry in Finance helped make that process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Gateway.

I would not recommend trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership with this market. They have adjusted prices of new vehicles with the market, but have not adjusted for the market of used vehicles for trade in. Instead of trying to work it out to make the deal happen (because I had approval from the bank if they would adjust their numbers accordingly), Benjamin would rather walk around like he s carrying a chip on his shoulder as if the customers are below his standards. 10/10 would not recommend.
