My husband and I just purchased a new Ford Maverick thru Gateway. Trevor was our salesperson and a joy to work with. We were very impressed with both Trevor and the dealership itself. Their facility was spotless! We highly recommend Gateway to anyone looking for a vehicle and especially recommend asking for Trevor by name!

I was searching for a 4wd as a second vehicle. Saw this Navigator posted on Facebook Marketplace by Nick Lantz at Gateway Nissan/Ford/Lincoln. Contacted him and we communicated only via text and within 2hrs he got me approved, and at the payment i wanted. I went to the dealership and looked at and test drove the vehicle and within a couple hours I was driving home with it! This was the smoothest car buying experience I ve ever had and Nick was by far the best salesman I ve dealt with. Very honest and up front and extremely nice and personable. Everyone at this dealership has been amazing!! Will definitely do business with them again!

I recently purchased a new 2023 Ford Maverick from Gateway, and overall had a very pleasant experience.I saw the vehicle I wanted online and reached out via phone to get my questions answered. Gateway put the vehicle on reserve with a refundable deposit so I could come test drive it the following weekend.The staff on arrival was friendly and had the truck ready to go. Trevor in sales was quite helpful through the entire process. After a reasonable offer was given for my trade-in, we proceeded with the purchase. Trevor himself swapped over the plates and all I had to do was drive it home!The only setback was Gateway had lost the 2nd key, but they arranged with my local dealer to have another one made and programmed at no expense to me.So overall, very pleased with the experience. Thank you Trevor and the Gateway team for my new truck!

After knowing for three weeks that my car was coming in for a recall repair, my car still took three additional days to be repaired. And when I call them about the car, as I have had to do multiple times, they inform me that now the shifter is the issue and they will repair it for 800 dollars. Mind you, I had taken the car to another mechanic who said that the only issue with the car was the recalled TCM, before I took it to this service center. I would definitely not recommend this service center to anyone. Lack of communication, lack of basic organizational skills, and overall incompetence will keep me from ever using this place again.I m adding pictures of what the interior of my car looked like when I picked it up today as well.

I want to give a huge shout out to Nick Lantz! He was our salesman & he did an amazing job. He went through everything with us, made us feel comfortable & made things happen for us. Drove off the car lot with the biggest smile on our faces in a new to us car! Absolutely recommend going here!

Had a great experience with this dealership. Trevor Lund is the man to see! Total transparency throughout the whole experience. 6 months after the sale and I got a follow up to make sure I am still satisfied. Paid off my trade within a week. Go see Trevor, you won't be disappointed!

I stopped by looking for a used F-150 and met Trevor. He showed me what they had but it wasn't what I was looking for. Trevor was very understanding and wasn't a pushy salesman. He kept looking after I left and called me 2 days later to come look at a truck. It was a little over our budget and again he was very understanding. I was contacted by another dealership where I ultimately made a purchase, but Trevor's honesty and integrity will bring me back here for any future vehicle needs.

Bought my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder from Gateway Ford and Nissan. Blake Sowers was my sales guy. This was the easiest car purchase ever. All things were taken care of before I arrived I looked at the car made sure I liked it and signed the papers. Best ever experience buying a car!

I was searching for a new truck and I stumbled upon the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. Malachi Musgrove was amazing. He actually made the whole process enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. Hopefully I won t need another vehicle anytime soon but if I do I ll definitely see Malachi. Ask for him by name. You won t be disappointed

I came in just to look at a car that I didn't really know if I was wanting to purchase or not, then Malachi Musgrove helped me find the perfect car for me. Completely in my price range and even compared other rates and businesses prices with me. He made it a very simple and easy process to go through and set everything up and to make sure the deal was exactly what I wanted. By the end of the day I was leaving with a fantastic deal and a brand new car. I can't recommend Gateway and Malachi enough.

New customers here. We brought our car in for routine scheduled service & inspections on 12/5/23. Everyone was extremely friendly and the work was done timely and with great attention to detail. A place not to trust in the service area. I had problems with my F150 truck, it shut down in the middle of the road, I took it to get it checked and they never found the problem, they said it was fine. The problem occurred again days later, I returned to the place, and the result was the same. I had no problems. In the end, the car stopped in the middle of the road and crashed into a tree because it had no control. I took it to another shop, and the problem was the fuel pump and another part that injected the gasoline. To date, I stopped trusting the Ford service shop.

Good people. One of the salesmen, Blake Sowers, has been super helpful in finding me the right vehicle and very knowledgeable about the inventory. Definitely would recommend working with him to get you in the right vehicle for a fair price.

I'm sharing this review because over the last few months I have really been contemplating getting myself a new truck, I've spent years wanting to own one and I feel every year I get closer to that goal. One salesman in particular has really shown me that there are some people who really aren't going to be there to bug you or pester you or sign you up for something you didn't agree on. Nick Lantz has seriously shown me the most kindness I've ever had out of a dealership. He's been patient with me, he's been honest, and his integrity for the job has been above and beyond anything I've experienced before. I'm used to being swayed into a car that's not financially good for me, but this guy right here has reassured me that I don't have to choose something or say yes to a deal at any point until I'm fully ready. If there's any dealership I will be doing my business with when I can afford my dream truck, I'm having Nick Lantz as my salesman!

Although I purchased my car elsewhere, NICK did a fantastic job of trying to find the perfect vehicle for me based on my preferences:) He walked around the property twice with me (once to bring hubby) in the cold, wet weather without complaints. I highly recommend him and the dealership for patience and wanting to make a deal:)

Buying a nice used Honda CRV was the easiest experience I have ever had. My salesman was Malachi Musgrove. Definitely ask for him!!! I hate going to dealerships and feeling that pressure - but not there. Thank you for the patience and positive buying experience!! Will definitely buy again from them
