The best customer service I ve ever experienced anywhere. They did a great job on my trailer. I d recommend them to anyone! Staff were polite and quick to help and the owner seems to really care about his job and employees! I wish I could give them ten stars!!

This local family owned diesel truck and trailer repair shop is one of the best. They work on all heavy equipment and keep the city of Greeneville police and fire running smoothly as well. The welders there are also some of the most skilled. They repair all types of trailers. You'd definitely want to use them for all of your heavy duty truck, equipment and trailer needs. Extremely friendly, very professional and truly care about their customers.

You will not be disappointed! Use them for all your heavy equipment, truck and trailer needs. They have knowledgeable Diesel Technicians, Skilled Welders and Fabricators and also handle all types of trailer(all trailers-Boat, horse, cargo you name it) repair.

Once again Crick has us ready for our trips in our Class C RV. For several years we have entrusted our safety with him as he checks and inspects our unit so that we are comfortable and confident on our travels. We have learned that Ryan is experienced, professional, honest and a true gentleman. He has a first class team behind him and we are very blessed to have found him. We absolutely highly recommend Crick.

Ryan is a mechanical magician! He and his staff consistently over deliver. Crick has been our go to for over 5+ years and they are the only ones that we (as young seniors) trust implicitly. Ryan (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, a tenacious and accurate trouble shooter, is very resourceful when spending your money, ( looks for cost saving ways to repair) instead of immediate parts replacement, and is a genuine, compassionate person. A 5 star and A++ to Ryan and his hard working staff. A HUGE THANK YOU RYAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP OVER THE YEARS

These folks went out of the way to fit us in their extremely busy shop schedule!Being from a traveling amusement company, it makes it hard to find a reliable and accountable shop, let alone one that extends their hours to a day that is non working in order to accommodate the need of the customer!God bless you, mr Ryan.Your a good man.I highly recommend anyone to use this shop and the people in it.They replaced a roll down door for us, and they ve now become the people we will use when we are in this area!!!Service: Body & Trim

Beware I've taken my truck here twice twice I've been charged double what I was told . It's always the same well it was a little more work than we thought

I was quite impressed. TJ came to my rescue at the SB I-81 chicken coop last night. Ol smokey got me backed up in a corner an wouldn't let me go. Took about an hour an a half to get there once I called and spoke with their answering service(Thanks Dean!). TJ shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he arrived, and went right to work, in the rain. All with a smile and good attitude. Scott and Steve showed up later with some parts needed to complete the job and helped out too. They all seemed to be good natured folks!TJ was quick to listen my concerns, and had a good handel on what needed to be done right from the word go. My 5th wheel latch was adjusted, my front right got break shoes and my left rear drive got seals and break shoes. Quick and diligent workers the lot of them. TJ thank you for taking the call and for getting me rolling again. Your dedication to your customers was highly appreciated. Thanks Crick Enterprises!

Absolute HORRIBLE service!! Not only did the repair take twice as long as quoted, but my credit card was rejected by the owner (after previously being told they accept it). So after scrambling on a Friday afternoon to do a wire transfer (which is immediate transfer of funds), I'm told that the truck will be held until the following WEEK when the payment has cleared their bank! Now I'm out several more days for hotel expenses because Ryan has insecurity issues! SORRY COMPANY to deal with! If you know what is good for your bottom dollar and want your truck back in a timely manner, listen to the other reviews and DO NOT use this company!!

We had very bad experience with them, our driver went in with DEF issue, the initial estimate was for over $9K, we started to negotiate and asked to show the broken parts and what was the issue, they kicked our driver out and refused to explain or show what was the issue with DEF. After long negotiations without explanation of the issue they dropped the price to $5k, and said they 'fixed' it but the truck remained in the same condition and we ended up towing it. We would not go back to this shop under any circumstances and we would not recommend it to anyone. Overpriced, unprofessional and do not know their work.

Horrible people to deal with. My driver has been up there for a few days longer than what was intended. Our company was told that we could pay with credit card before any work was done. When it came time to pay, they stated they do not take CC payments. We have bent over backwards to get payment to them. We had done an ACH transfer. Cleared from our bank but now they are holding our truck hostage until it clears from theirs. On top of that they would not allow my driver to get any clean clothes out of the truck. I get it you need your money, but my driver has nothing to do with it and you treated him very poorly!!!!!! You could have at least treated him with some kind of humanity! PS. They do not have clean facilities to do your business!!

The people here will do you right! I took my truck in there to get it worked on and they fixed it right up. But I had been having a starter issue for a few months. I knew my starter was going out. But I was trying to milk it a little more to get some money up ahead. After they fixed my truck they had trouble starting it and noticed I needed a new starter but I told them I didn't have the money. The owner, Ryan Crick pointed at one of his mechanics and said change this man starter and he looked at me and said, "you pay me when you can"! Try getting that at Velocity or anywhere else! Ryan and his team will look out for you! Great people.

I called around and spoke to someone here at 1:30pm. They said the owner or manager was going to reach back out to see if they could do my road call. It was only one coolant hose that was leaking. They gave me the number to some reliable roadside in the area in they couldn t. I called them they tried to say that it was the water pump that was leaking after I specifically sent video of truck off and you see the sprout of coolant coming from the line that leads too the water pump. He started talking about getting it towed and some more stuff like I don t know the truck. I called the cric auto place back I recommended to them that they don t recommend that guy anymore and that if they were able to help me out that would be perfect. They do engines and some more from the pics so I was confident that I found a place. They finally come out and the technician didn t come prepared only brought coolant then left. He came back 2 hours later with the what he needed and replaced the line and in doing so jammed the low level coolant sensor in between the belts. Now the belts have caught the line and they came back out the technician aggregated blamed the belts when we informed them it was him jamming the low level coolant sensor in between the belts and left without a word. Now these people are refusing to take my phone calls without saying a single thing. I do not recommend these people. They re unreliable at doing what they claim they do.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My husband gets his semi repaired here. Since he has a old engine 1998 Crick is the most experienced as he knows them. Crick has rebuilt it plus all other repairs on cab and trailer.

This is the place to take your Motorhome/RV! Ryan and his crew are top notch. I had a few issues on my Motorhome before I left for a trip. Ryan took the time and made sure I was fixed up and ready to go so I could leave on my trip on time, even though he was super busy already. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and his prices are very reasonable. This is where I will be taking my Motorhome from now on! A+ Service.Services: Tires, Electrical

Ryan Crick is a motorhome magician! It is difficult enough to find someone yo work on a coach, much less a 15 year coach with a workhorse chassis. He and his shop fixed my issues using his extensive knowledge and got my fuel system functioning properly! It took a few weeks to obtain all the necessary parts, and he had to do alot in order to get to the problem, but he fixed it! It was not cheap, but it was fair! I knew in advance it would take alot of hours to resolve the issue and had no issues with what he charged for his work. On the day i dropped my coach off for service, i guy came in with broken springs in his 5th wheel. The guy said all the mechanics and shops he contacted were booked for weeks, but Ryan found parts and fixed the mans rv that day, and got him back on the road! Now that is a great mechanic! Treating RV'ers as people, and not as a nuisance. Thanks Ryan for all your efforts in fixing my Rv!

One of the nicest bunch of people on earth to deal with. Ryan has a great group of people working WITH him! They don't tolerate people throwing temper tantrums and cursing, that's a good thing as working on big trucks and rv's is stressful enough, doesnt need to be made worse by someone with a bad attitude.The wrenches and Ryan are very knowledgeable and their courteous folks. I have no problems with their priced and everything they've done for me was right the first time. They have even gone behind some other wrenches I have used and fixed it right!.Ryan is a wealth of knowledge, doesnt claim to be an expert, but he stands behind his work.He has shared his knowledge with me because sometimes I have to do my own work, he has saved me money.At this point I consider Mt. Enterprises to be "my mechanic". It's nice knowing I can leave my equipment with them,come back and I'm ready to roll.You should call Kim and schedule an appointment, you'll be glad you did.

To Ryan Crick owner of Crick Enterprise Their is no doubthe's 5 star mechanic. Ryan , the owner cares about his business his staff and customers .I have a 2001RV on my way to Bean Station, Tennessee from Chicago to visit my sister I needed repair called ahead to some repair shop and was refer to crick enterprise. I talked to Ryan got me in. Took a little more time. I am back on the road down in Florida and the RV running very nice. Thanks for a job well done PS the cost for parts & labor I was very pleased.

RobynMerx/GibbsGreat folks, the owner and mechanics were all great. My truck gave them a run for their money. They over powered it and got the job done. They do offer a three bedroom two full bath house for you to stay with full kitchen, no laundry,Cable and internet provided. I have no complaints with this company. Thanks guys God Bless

I had problems with my camper last week and needed help along interstate 81 near Greenville TN. Asked for and got a local business near my location. Was connected with Ryan owner of Crick enterprises and from that time on was treated with respect and kindness. Ryan resolved my problems and treated me like a long time customer. Thanks again Ryan.

These guys fixed my truck when I had problems with the Regen. Put me up in a verynice hotel while my truck was being repaired. The owner is one of the nicest men you will ever meet in this"Trucking Industry ". Goes above and beyond to make sure you are running right!

I had a very very bad experience. They left the key in my truck in an unlocked lot for many weeks. I did not feel it was safe there so I picked it up during normal hours after speaking to the secretary. I edited and added more to the review since there are untruths in the reply below.

I'm a local independent owner operator. Bring my 13 coronada here for all major work. Ryan is a Man that will go the extra distance to provide service for his customers. Be patient. He stays covered up.

On the way from Nashville heading home to Boston and our RV ran into trouble on the highway. With the prospects of being stranded very far from home things were desperate. They cleared their schedule for us and were able to fix it quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Had a truck brake down 45mi from them on US25 (middle of nowhere), they came out within an hr, replaced a radiator hose , toped of coolant with 5 gl, charged me $360, labor,parts and service call. VERY reasonable price, I would use them again.they don't charge mileage or any of that crap, just Service call and labor per hr
