Bought a New battery for my car, and noticed that it wasn't holding the charge. Kept having to charge it. Took the car to Kykers and they tested the battery and said it was the battery. So I took it back to Advanced and they gave me another New battery. No hassles, installed it.Happy customer.

They have put my cell phone number in there computer the last 5 times I have went there and I be a $^@&#& f=?*�&^� if I didn't go again and they said they didn't have my number in system did I want to open an account but with what I've spent since last time they still had my info right they saved prob 60 bucks maby more in not having to give me any the speed perks maby that's there way of trying to catch up to inflation but I'm about to start going to O'Reillys they never have lost my info

Curtis helped me troubleshoot an issue with my van today. It died suddenly at but didn t have any check engine lights. Turns out, loose battery connections. He got it fixed! Great customer service! Thanks Curtis!

It s pretty sad when you go into a business to buy something nobody speak to you can you stand at the register for almost 5 minutes before you decide I need to go somewhere else to buy what I need cause nobody will come to the cash register

"Megatron" was so kind and helpful.September 2023:Old man employee was rude and argued with me about windshield wipers being different a connecting system, yet they had the exact same of the ones I did not want. I managed to find the ones I actually wanted on my own after he got mad at me, I guess and went to the back of the store. Lexi rang them up installed them for me and was very helpful.

The store is laid out well and you are able to find most things without asking but my only complaint would be some stuff being dusty. I know that sounds a bit fussy but it makes a difference to some people so I thought I would say something. I've noticed it's somewhat of a trend in automotive stores to have some products that are a bit pricey and maybe a fad that died out and they don't want to lose money on them. The employees are mostly helpful but like anyplace there are one or two that may just be having a bad day. I like shopping here for stuff I find that's cheaper at Advance Auto Parts than another like store. I would suggest shopping here, just keep an eye on prices they tend to be higher than at least some places.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd rate them 0. I've never got the right part from them. And why should they care? They don't have to drive all over the place trying to get the right part. Pathetic

Bought 2 optima blue top battery for my boat.only had them for a couple years didn't use them very much at all started to the lake yesterday both batteries showed full charge but would NOT WORK I paid around $700 for these batteries THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT so I took them back to advance auto where they purchased and they had been out of warranty for 18 days and they would not do anything to help replace the batteries I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE OPTIMA BATTERIES AND WITH ADVANCE AUTO PARTS

On 9-26-22 I went into Advance on Asheville Hwy and asked the man behind the counter if he could check my battery on my car. He responded "No, I am the only one here." I looked to my left and there stands a second employee who appeared to be processing, you guessed it, BATTERIES! I guess those who need help are not considered paying customers. So I told my small son we're going somewhere where they want my money. And then, I was off to O'Reilly's. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I would like to personally thank Dustin he was very helpful for me and I would recommend advance anywhere and I love my little dollar bag now every time I come there I got me a shopping bag and don't forget Dustin get them radars in for me buddy LOL

Another great experience at Advance Auto Parts. Very helpful staff, I was greeted promptly when I walked in the door, and although my throat was giving me problems and I was not able to speak very loud, the representative approached me and asked me how he could be of assistance. He was very polite and went above and beyond, offering to find and pick out my filter for me and also to retrieve the oil that I would use for my oil change. Absolutely polite and personable. Also, I always appreciate stopping in and having a quick trip with fast assistance. I will have to say this often times is not the case at some of the local auto parts stores that I do frequent. Without a doubt, Advance Auto Parts has been a five star review the last couple of times I ve went to visit their store.

Great experience as I'm in there several times a week when in my home town not on road at work but to my surprise my"go to guy" of 18 years was missing and they sd finally left due to political war fare.in the work place he left not by being done wrong personally but that a co worker was not treated fairly, so it will drop for every customer as they are all like me and very loyal and dependent on the person who left, may have to find another store tho use for parts

Fairly nice people, long lines and wait. Some not really knowledgeable enough to work there but don't hold it against them, it's a horrible company to work for. The actual corporate side treats the employees terribly and pay you nothing to work you like a borrowed mule.

Went inside to check on a part for my brother he had ordered they had told him would be there by noon he didn't feel like going to get it that day so we went to harbor freight the next morning and on the way back we stopped in to pick it up and it wasn't there he said it'll be here at 2:30 well it was 2:05 so we waited outside went back in after the truck arrived at 3:20 and no it wasn't on the truck .we can have it here in four hours I said yeah right you've had almost two full days explain that so thats why I only give advance auto parts one star and I still dont know when he got the part from the store if I'm not mistaken two days later

They are a bunch of rude people, and they didn't help a friend of mine with her windshield wipers and they told my Friend to go to another auto zone instead of helping her also they are very money hungry trying to force you to spend outrageous for items when it's lower at other stores. Js.

Lost a customer today. I went in the store and all the staff were busy so instead of lurking at the counter I was just looking around but staying close when the employee got off the phone and said "I'll help whoever's next" I walked up to the counter and explained I needed a pulley puller. I was then told that he would get to me after he got through with a customer that had just now walked in the door. REALLY!! Its not like they didnt see me there with shoplifting and theft going on like it does in this town. Then when I explained I was there way before they were, I was just blown off. I told him if that is how they help their customers I'd just go to AutoZone. He told me to have a nice day though. Lost a loyal customer today. AutoZone it is.

So called manager on Asheville highway in Greeneville TN. should be working at Victoria Secret. Next time wandering Willy, look at me when I m speaking to you! Don t call another store trying to recruit other store and employees to not exchange the wrong part when I have a receipt and part was never installed. Shop at the Advance on Andrew Johnson.Hold my purse and let me show you how to work in an auto store!

Friendly and helpful staff, can borrow tools for vehicle repairs with a deposit but you get your deposit back upon the return of the tools. Prices can be higher than other auto parts store though with not always as good a warranty.

Non professional, not in uniform, customers not being taken care of and it wasnt that busy. I had to wait on a customer myself while one was shooting outs and the other talking negatively talking about leadership from Gm to DM.
