AAA has been such a great help to me and my family that I felt compelled to let people know what a great business they are! My Mother and I both purchased Honda CRV's from them. Mine is an '04 and hers in an '06. I absolutely LOVE both vehicles!As with any used vehicle you will have maintenance problems. However, with mine, Lisa at AAA contacted Jimmy who said he would help with the repairs! No used car business does that anymore, but he did that for me!On December 18th we lost my precious Mother, Me and my boys were scrambling to catch all the bills up, and I have fallen behind on my payments due to being Mama's primary caregiver and having to miss 2 weeks of work.I called and spoke to Lisa. She is the kindest, most compassionate, genuine soul I have in my circle these days. She has worked out a plan for my son to get Mama's car (as she willed it)Thank you is not a big enough expression of my gratitude for Lisa and AAA! I would honestly give them 100000000 stars if I could. I highley recommend them for your transportation and finance needs. Thank you!

definitely do not recommend. i had got a Lexus through them right before i went into labor. i was needing a decent car to haul a newborn in. little did i know this place was the worst mistake ever. i am now 9,000 dollars in debt because of this place. the transmission in the car went out and was too much to fix so the offered me another vehicle. well a couple months in it started acting funny too. i told them about it and they offered me a third. at this point i was highly over it and just told them i was returning the vehicle. well now i have been summoned to court over a vehicle i dont even have in my possession. i am still having to pay the 9,000 for a vehicle I RETURNED. moral of the story stay far away from this place. very corrupt business doing sketchy things.

I wouldn't even know where to start. This car has been nothing but a headache so far. I have had to replace the camshaft sensor the throttle body sensor the gas pump the thermostat housing. And it still sits at my house. It seems like every time I drive it out the tow truck winds up driving it back. You don't believe me call caspers and ask them. How many times they have towed the Orange Dodge caliber. They will know exactly what car you're talking about so much money put into this thing and it's not even worth it. Did I mention? I've only had the car for less than a year and still making payments. . Will not recommend this place to anybody.

I would not even give this place one star but has to in order to write a review.I would walk for the rest of my life before I buy another vehicle from them. We purchase a what we thought was a beautiful GMC Yukon from them. Shorty after we purchased a second car from them a infinity. Started having major problems with Yukon called many times for help and they would not even do that. Again shorty after the car starts with issues again nothing. We continue to pay payments and still nothing to the point of the GMC just stopping will not do anything. We finally were able to get it going enough to get it to the shop and they laughed at us told me it would cost more to fix it then what is was worth.They again would not help they know what they are doing they get you in there with nice looking cars knowing they just patch them to get them sold. We are now paying the consequences of this place.

If I could have left no stars I would. We went there on Halloween and got a car. After many hours of test driving and talking we got one. But in two months it broke down. Come to find out there was a recall on the transmission on top of other problems. Now we are out $3000 just in the car payments and lost our jobs. Thanks for not doing anything when we called you and telling us oh well.

To all the negative comments...I bought a used car from them and it was not priced over Blue book value, it was actually a great price for a used Acura. They were very helpful. That was in 2006 and I didn't have any problems for over a decade then only minimal things. I more than got my money's worth. The Car still looks like new...

Buyer beware is an accurate statement for this place. My daughter attempted to buy a vehicle here. I'm so glad she called me 1st! The SUV had several visible and potentially dangerous problems that would have made it undrivable within a very short period of time. When this was brought up to the salesman he attempted to tell me one problem could be fixed for around $53. If the problem could be fixed for such little money why wasn't it done before it was put on the lot? The other problems were not discussed. Who wants to buy a car and take it from the dealership straight to the mechanic? I searched the part at several different sites and found it for $160 plus a labor fee of approximately $250. He stated the vehicles were inspected by a mechanic, I don't know how a licensed mechanic could look over the very visible problems that vehicle had. He would not budge on price even though he was asking $10,000 for a vehicle valued at at $1,700 for the condition it was in. If you do decide to buy a vehicle from here, and you are not fully aware of how to inspect a vehicle I strongly suggest you have it inspected by your licensed mechanic before you sign any papers!

Crooks! They take advantage of young people trying to get started in life. Charged 9000 for a car worth 4000. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. But unfortunately, these young people think they have to go here. Please go anywhere else but here. These guys will get what's coming to them. Live it up now guys while you can.

Be careful of this place I bought a a Volkswagen CC in early June had the car for maybe 3 days before they had to have repairs done on it .. less than 12 hours after getting the car back from them I had to take the car to Volkswagen needless to say 5,215$ later I returned the car and petitioning in general sessions court .. after I bought the car Jim straight up told me he knew something was seriously wrong with the car and which I have proof in the state of Tennessee and the consumer protection act will come in handy when we go to court ! As well as I never got my permanent tag either and that it self I believe is just down right sketchy . I tried being fair thinking yeah it s a used car sold as is but one thing I notice when I bough my the car was there was no as is sticker on the car .. I simply requested that they refund me my down payment and the 3 month payment I made I. Advance since I had the car a whopping 4 days out of nearly 3 months I was told to call right back and speak with jim .. I called and went straight to voicemail.. oh the little of lady the front could use some customer service training too at least if you are gonna rip people off be nice about SEE YOU GUYS SOON !!***. BEWARE WHEN BUYING A USED CARD FROM HERE ! ***and if anyone reads this feels like they have been ripped off as well in the last 12 months from this junk lot please email me I have an attorney that may be able to help

DONT BUY FROM HERE THEY SELL JUNKGot a car through them a couple years ago and had it for 3 weeks and so much was wrong with it I sent it back. And the same day it was back out for sale.2 years later I seen then was under new management and figured I'd give it a 2nd try...turns out same thing but worst paying 14,000 for a suv with super high miles, high Interest and ever time I turn arounf I have to keep putting money into it... radiator had to be replaced now, but heat stopped working, had 0% oil life day one. Got a oil change and a transmission service that was recommended by Chevy and transmission still acts funny sometimes. I have to replace all spark plug. Could

Kind of pitiful when the only way you can advertise is by posting fraudulent cars on Facebook marketplace. After seeing multiple unbelievable deals on Facebook, we decided to call and were told that none of their vehicles on Facebook were real and they were just using Facebook for advertising. I can only imagine how honest they would be to truly deal with.

Wonderful people let me test drive vehicles until I bought what I wanted. Didn't force me to look at something I didn't want. They fixed any problems with the truck before I signed the papers. Payments were reasonable.

don't waste your time here. what a joke. WAAAAAAAYYYY overpriced for the pos's they have. I've been buying and selling cars since the early 1980's..I've owned more cars than they have ever had on their lot....trust me. if you go there , they might be nice, but you will overpay. and you can take that one to the bank..

I've tried to call to check about 2 trucks on their lot. no answer phone doesn't even ring. it just hangs up or gives busy signal. no website to email except for Facebook and its a joke too. I guess they don't need anyone's business.

This place is absolutely garbage. Got a tahoe from there a couple months back. Within a month, lifter went out. Replaced it only to find out the head is cracked. They are an absolute rip off. Do not get anything from them.

Everything they have is way over priced & not worth the money. Paying over 16k for a 5k truck. Not to mention they charged me for a windshield & I didn t get it out in because I couldn t get them to work on my schedule. Wish I would ve never bought 2 trucks from here. The salesman is beyond rude as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will charge double - triple more than its worth. Will lie about car quality . Any other place will be better . DONT SHOP HERE! They really really try to take advantage of people ...pathetic

If you are directed here by a Facebook marketplace listing, the ad is a scam. I have seen several cars listed for sale and it looks like a great deal. They are not real ads please pass on them.

Verified a marketplace listing which was fradulent. Buyer wanted ebay cards cash sent up front before delivery of car. They should not be advertising scams.

They currently have an Excursion listed on Marketplace. Total scam. The whole "my husband died and I have cancer just trying to get rid of this car". "Work through EBAY Motors". They are stealing your money!

Unfriendly, not interested in dealing all, did not even seem interested in making a sale. Did not even interduce them selves or ask our names. Treated like bums and had been over quoted prices for cars.
