I needed my brakes fixed *today*. When I pulled in and saw numerous cars waiting in the lot, I expected to have trouble getting it done on such short notice. They assured me they would be able to do it today and they totally delivered. I'll definitely be back.

These folks were great. Arrived at 8, replaced my battery, w oil change & checked out the sensors for peace of mind on my 08 Saturn. Next door neighbor James recommended them, we ll keep returning for the quality service

Woodard Automotive consistently delivers excellent service with excellent timing. Many other automotive service centers cannot deliver a clear timeline to fix your vehicle, Woodard can. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for their high quality service and I'm happy to pay for reliability and the ability to know when I'll have my vehicle back.

I've used Woodard's Automotive for many years for the vehicle repairs I can't handle at home. The shop's work is excellent, and their prices are extremely fair. They only charge what's needed to repair your vehicle, and the repairs are done well. Joe manages the front desk and is super nice. He's never tried to talk me into anything my vehicles haven't needed, and has always provided an estimate before any work begins. Work with Woodard's Automotive with confidence - I have for a long time!

I had an engine cylinder fail on the freeway in the middle of a trip across the country. I initially went to a transmission shop down the road, but they determined the likely source of the problem and sent me to Woodard, who had me back in the road within two hours. Much appreciated.

Took my F250 in for an air conditioner problem involving a blending door buried in the dash. He quoted me a price and I agreed. When I picked it up the price was half the amount he had quoted. He explained that sometimes the rate book is wrong and instead of 9 hours it only took 4. What honesty and integrity. He has my business for life.

I desperately wish I could leave a no star review.I brought my 2000 bmw 323i in to be repaired, they replaced 1600$ worth of things onto my car.1600$, after bringing my car in 3 times in one month because each time I came to pick it up, it was worse off.They didn t put my intake boots on, they were loose and hardly on there.They removed my valve cover to replace my cam shaft sensor, and instead of replacing the gasket they put a cheap sealant on it causing my car to spray oil everywhere. I am in disbelief.They would call me, tell me my check engine is off and it s all fixed, I came to pick it up & it was still on- they claimed I had to drive it 100 miles and bring it back and each time I did, it was worse off.I would never take another vehicle here, as it was a literal waste of money.Horrible, horrible business.They may be good with Honda s or another car brand but if you have a bmw save your money.

Beware of this business! This auto shop lied about what was wrong with my SUV in order to make a substantial profit. I trusted them to treat me fairly. They can't be trusted!

Told me the issue but apparently at 2 in the afternoon, couldn't fix a simple issue before closing... which was 4 hours later. Not helpful
