a few weeks ago, we bought a nice little 2017 ford focus from these gentlemen. they gave us a great price, well under blue book value. we took delivery and paid in full. right away, we noticed a minor problem. we called, and they took it in for a few days. it turned out to be a major repair. they repaired it without hesitation in just two days. now the car is super smooth, and there are no problems with it. I want to thank e&s motors for doing us right, when they didn't have to. thanks guys!

I purchased my vehicle with them, it was an older car (2002) but had less than 60K miles on it. We came as they were closing & we were interested in the car, decided we wanted it, Shelia rushed us through the paperwork and sent us on our way.I did not even pull into my driveway before I could tell something was clearly wrong w this car. Less than 48 hours after purchasing it, it broke down & left me stranded on the side of the interstate in the early, early morning hours (I go to work when it's still dark outside for several more hours). The car was fixed, the fuel pump went out. It has now been less than 2.5 months later, and its broke down completely again. During the times it actually worked, I had the 'check engine light' come on NUMEROUS times. I truly believe E & S are crooked salesmen & they sell cars they KNOW have something wrong with them. It has been a CONSTANT thorn in mine & my husbands sides. I regret buying and I would return it in a heartbeat bc in my heart of hearts, I truly believe it's a lemon and it's a matter of the next countdown as to when it will break down again. If I have any advice, it is.... stay far, far away from E & S.

This is for the dealership in Millersville. I say that because they told us the bad reviews on Google were linked to their old location and the reviews being left were actually for the new dealership at their old location. That s a load of bs. They told me the car I bought had a new convertible top on it. A year later, the back windshield starts falling off. After taking it to a repair shop, I was told the top was in terrible shape and was probably the original top that came with the car in 2004. These people will lie to your face and stab you in the back. Do not trust them and do not give them your business.

***The best people in the world****, for those saying overpriced cars here I say maybe, in fact I know I'm paying more than my car is worth with KBB but it's a tote the note lot and they sold me a car when I needed it most and it's been a damn good car over a year now.How are you people who bought cars from E&S USED carlot knowing that something may happen to your car after leaving the lot that's told to you before you take the payments, you think six months from now something goes out on your car these people should pay for it lol... You pay average 50 bucks a week for you to post a bad review that they are not godly people because you haven't paid your note part 600 dollars??? Get real people if you don't plan on investing in a long term vehicle than grab the bus real life requires you to be prepared for the worst cases with a used car! The girl claiming she couldn't pass marta with her truck that's a lie because they guarantee you pass within a reasonable time frame, you want to wear out temp tags for two months then decide you have no choice to go get your marta slip! then ain't no telling what you did with that truck during that time period lol Office lady's are good people who will help when you can't make a payment that particular week " if you have been on time with prior payments" and have always treated me like family. If you want a good used car with people who will work with you , understand that things come up in life a company that has really blown me away with love and a good car for my family go see these folks ASAP they don't keep a lot full of cars but what they have is worth your time!!! Promise you won't get a BMW but you will drive away and can drive there cars anywhere without fear and you will have*** no worries on it's condition if you keep it maintained mechanically**** of course! Part of getting a used car is getting the tune up if the dealer hasn't touched it, most won't if it's running good they will do tires and oil change but I change oil plugs, wires, air filter and clean the fuel system If you don't know anything about motors transmissions what sounds right or wrong don't go get a car from anyone duhhhh... Long review but hey lots to say about this used car lot. Over one year in my car no problems other than minor things that urck me about my car. I've put over 80 thousand miles on her back and forth to Nashville everyday East and West TN... Two friends have also bought from here after me and have had good cars too. Shot hope You read this Sheila and give me a credit for such a long review ......

This place is worst ever, do not buy from this place, i have had my hhr for 10 months. My wife called on april 5th to see if we could pay 300.00 and then may 6th pay 600.00. Shelia told my wife that they could do that, but they wouldn't and it was out for repo this is our only vehicle and we have children. They know its our only vehicle and they would take no money and repo my car than work with me, we even kept car after air went out,, and i have a child with asthma and wife does, but we kept it, but when we was down on our luck, they just take her, so wrong and not very Christian. It wasnt like i wasn't going to pay, i just needed some help and leanicey

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!! Buy a car from here didn t even have my car a year and the transmission went out I ask for a deal they tell my husband we can pay 1400 for the transmission and push the car note backa few weeks what a rip off!!!!! They knew the car was a lemon before they sold it to me and the car was way overpriced..the down payment was so cheap that s how they get you !!!!

First off i want to start by saying one of my family members got a car from them and had problem after problem with her car dont get me wrong sometimes things just happen,but when things happen meaning all this covid mess some people are struggling to make ends meet and it seems like everything is working against them,that being said someone i love lost their car and when we went today to their lot in Millersville we were both cussed out by two men that was in the office ,i do want to say that the lady that works there is very nice and wasnt there today,anyone thinking about getting a car there dont it will be you worst nightmare,im praying for them two guys because they need Jesus in their hearts.

Love my car everything works fine on the car they are really nice people and the best part they have there own mechanic that you can take your car to if something is wrong with it and they will fix it and not keep it FOREVER but why I only have it a 4 stars are because there cars are way over priced

Brought a truck from them and I couldn't get tags because it wouldn't go pass emissions... They told me I brought the truck as is... I ran into a guy on the street who asked me where did I get my truck and before I could tell him .. He told me where I got the truck from because he had the truck before I did and he said it had the same problems that I was having so he took the truck back... I wouldn't recommend this place to no one....
