Definitely great people here. Caleb went above and beyond with keeping me updated on the inventory and what I was looking for. Definitely the best truck selection across middle Tennessee. I will be buying my second truck from this dealership.

We received excellent customer service from Johnny and the rest of the staff. There was no pressure whatsoever to make the purchase. They went above and beyond for us, including holding this truck for several days so that we could drive 4 hours to get there on the weekend. We highly recommend their services. The truck was just as described.

Very nice inventory. They pride themselves on quality vehicles from non-snow states. No "junk", nicely deatailed and clean. Caleb Parks (sales) was a "gem" to work with. Would highly recommend Crencor to truck shoppers. Purchased a 2015 F250 Platinum. They didn't rollover dead on the price, but did move a little.

Purchased a truck here and had the best experience, they truly take care of their customers. Honesty and integrity, from the salesman to the manager, 100% caring and they didn't let us leave for our long journey cross country until they knew the one issue we had was corrected. No other issues with the truck, it was purchased 6 months ago and it runs great and has been a very reliable vehicle thus far. Would definitely recommend this dealership. You won't find more honesty elsewhere.

Never do business with this place!! They install trackers on their vehicles and don t know even know how to wire them. Been having problems with my truck dying. Turns out it was a parasitic draw from their tracker. It was very hot to touch when i found it. Called the manager and let him know what was going on and he got mad and hung up on me. So do whatever you d like but you been warned!

I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Crencor. The salesman, Robert, was very helpful and had all the paperwork ready to be signed when I arrived. I really enjoy the truck, and it was an very positive experience dealing with Robert and the staff at Crencor. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them in the future.

Crencor always has a great selection of good looking trucks in the lot. I stopped in after seeing a reasonably priced GMC 1500 online. The truck was in great shape and exactly as described online. Caleb was very helpful in the purchase process. It was comfortable and easy. I look forward to using Crencor in the future.

Crencor took great care of my family! Caleb Parks was an amazing salesman and worked hard to make sure everything was made right. Buying a used car can be a nightmare, as any issues can arise after purchase. Their ability to take care of those gives me the peace of mind to say I d buy from them again!

I could not have been treated better. They evaluated my trade in by photos and gave me a very good price. The truck that I purchased was exactly as advertised. Absolutely no hassles at closing. I don't write a lot of reviews but they deserve a shoutout.Bill was my salesman and I highly recommend him.My sale was out of state and they sent me the papers to close in 3 days.

My ultimate dream truck has always been a Toyota Tundra. Well built and will last forever. Found the one I wanted and took my trade up to them. Went over the whole process step by step. Never once pushed me to do anything. Joe Johnson worked with me on the phone while I was at work, and then in person to get me at the the terms that I WANTED. Was extremely professional and answered all the questions I had. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks again Joe and all who were involved to get my deal done!

I recently traded my Hummer H3 in for an H2 they had on the lot. Not only did they allow me the highest value trade in for my vehicle according to Kelly Blue Book, but I believe that I got a good price on the H2 especially since my trade in had negative equity.I dealt with Vincent as the salesperson. He was very courteous and friendly and didn t mind that my preferred way to correspond was via text messages. He was willing to work with me to get everything I needed from the financing aspect. He also got the manager to allow me 24 hours from the purchase to have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic (the car was in great shape by the way). He even gave me this agreement in writing.The manager was very friendly as well and didn t use any insulting sales techniques such as the four square and didn t push me to buy any extras or insurance. The whole process had a relaxed feel to it free from the anxiety and irritation that a lot of car dealers cause. It was very quick as well. I think the whole process of the paperwork took about an hour.If I ever need another vehicle in the future I will definitely use Crencor Leasing and Sales. I will recommend it to any of my friends needing a truck, suv or van.

Great team to work with! They were very flexible and quick to respond as we worked through purchasing a vehicle remotely. They provided all the extra pics and a video walk-around/test-drive we requested to make a remote/online purchase. Delivery was quick and the vehicle arrived just as described.

Lemme tell you guys something ! We Needed to find something large enough for the whole family (9 of us )so we went on Carfax, found a 2012 Nissan NV 3500 with low miles , and this business popped up ! Three hours away was the distance . I called and Robert answered . He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle , he answered all my questions . I advised Robert there was a distance between us so I could schedule to come that Saturday. Robert was very sweet and kind . He got the most of financing done over the phone . Which made this process easy and amazing . When we arrived Robert greeted us at the door .Got us all load up for a test drive . I can say Robert isn t just there to sell you a car . He actually is interested in getting to know his clients, which was a plus so we didn t feel pressure to buy. As soon as the test drive was over I was sent to Ronnie Albright. Ronnie went over the financial information that was needed . He was very knowledgeable as well. He knows how to do his job well, a man with many hats I would call him. He explained everything well , detailed , to where I could understand everything that i needed to know. He was very funny in a professional way, and he just made my day even better. I would refer anyone who is looking for a vehicle to them! I just want to thank The Crencor crew, Ronnie , and Robert for making my family feel like their family while we werethere !

This dealership is 4 hours away from our home so we didn't want to make the drive for nothing. The sales manager spent a lot of time on the phone with myself and my husband answering our questions and he personally did a walk around the truck with my husband on the phone and told him about any flaw he saw. How many salesmen do you know with that level of honesty? We made the drive. The truck was exactly what he said it was! He made sure we saw the flaws that he previously mentioned. It's a used truck, we weren't expecting perfect, but it was pretty darn close! Mr. Brock took a lot of time with us to test drive, go over paperwork, explaining the options with an extended warranty and just being interested in our concerns. This was nothing but a great experience purchasing a truck! One of the best parts- the price was well below what we were expecting to spend. We can't thank Crencor and Mr. Brock enough for making this as easy as possible. I would highly recommend checking with Crencor when you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

What can I say!!?? Brad was amazingly helpful and took the time to make sure I got the diesel truck I wanted. I was totally let down by Jason Lewis Auto Sales in Sparta TN. I drove two hours and they dropped the ball, but Brad picked up the slack and got everything back on track! Thanks, Crencor--I love the Truck!!!

My very first time shopping at Crencor, and normally I don't like shopping for vehicles. But Robert was truly a no pressure, no hard feelings salesman, who didn't try to force me into a vehicle that I didn't like. We took our time, found the perfect vehicle for my wife and i, and made the purchase! I would recommend Crencor to anyone wanting to add a QUALITY Truck to their family with a straight forward, no pressure sales team! I will be buying from them again!!!!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Raptor from here. Truck was in very good shape and i was very pleased with the service i received from Ronnie Albright. This man went above and beyond for me and the one thing above all was showing excellent character and being honest and going to bat for me. If you are reading this review and thinking about purchasing a car make sure to ask for Ronnie Albright , I promise you will be in great hands.

Bought a 2011 F-150 from these guys. They were all very nice and helpful. Make no mistake, they WANT to sell you a truck, so make sure to do YOUR homework (but that goes for everywhere). I really couldn't be more happy with the truck, and we settled on what I felt to be a good price. There was an intermittent issue with the radio that we didn't notice until after we had bought it (I've since learned this is a common issue in this year Ford truck), and they didn't waste any time getting it taken care of for us. I'm actually looking for an additional truck, if they have the one I want, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again.

My husband and I had a pleasant experience. What was supposed to just be a browse, became a purchase. Danny was awesome, he greeted us and provided his expertise on the vehicles we were looking at, took the vehicle on a test drive and he was so friendly that we forgot we were at a dealership. Dewayne was awesome as well, he made us feel so welcome and our conversations were incredible. Never have I experienced such pleasantness at a dealership that I endured at Crencor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Truck/SUV.

The true measure of a company is how they react when things don t go perfectly. With my truck, the auction company they bought it from was dragging their feet getting the title and even lost it. Charlene and Crencor were amazing working through the situation and keeping me whole. I highly recommend them.

Ronnie Albright sold my 19 year old his first truck. Showed it to him after hours, worked the fair deal for him and made the process as easy as possible. Made good on a couple of minor repairs as agreed upon. My son is happy with HIS purchase and I am very satisfied with the way my son was respected there. Would consider buying there if I need a truck.

Husband and I were happy with the dedication of the sales and finance team. They really made us feel great about the purchase. We noticed a week in half later that the truck was leaving oil stains in the driveway and everywhere we parked- there was an oil leak- this honesty was not disclosed to us during the entire process. When we called to ask about the warranty and express our concern they acted like they didn t know who we were and never returned our call. Called several more times- they referred several mechanics who we made an appointment with but ended up they didn t work on diesels. Finally found a shop and repairs are up to $3,000. Also, we were given 1 key and it isn t the admin key so the settings on the truck can not be adjusted. We were told ford dealership will adjust these settings for free- Ford laughed at this. Disappointed in the quality, dishonesty, and lack of transparency with Crencor. We asked that Crencor act in good faith to help with these costly repairs- They wouldn t. Once Crencor got what they wanted, the sale of the truck, they abandoned us.

Bought a 100k mile 2008 dodge cummins from these guys almost two years ago for my first truck. Have had nothing but good luck out of the truck since replacing the turbo. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

I got a 2008 Ford F150. Danny Jackson is the man!! He helped me find a nice truck and worked with the crew there to help me get it. He went above and beyond expectations. The crew at Crencor did an amazing job working with me to achieve getting in the truck.Thank you so much Danny.. We have had the truck since Thanksgiving and i have lived every minute.

Dante was the salesman that help me very professional and makes sure you get the most professional service goes far and beyond to make sure you know all about the vehicle you are after. Really nice people here unfortunately they are selling warranties they don t understand and have lied about. Dwayne was my salesman he sold a warranty from ASC(great warranty company) had a issue and we were sold this warranty that was supposed to be the same policy as another vehicle we have bought from them in the past, but we were lied to and when confronted about the issue Dwayne openly admitted multiple times that he didn t know about certain aspects of this warranty they offer. Of course when confronted we are blown off about it now.Bottom line they have great deals and some better options than other dealers but they are a small lot and they won t help you once you sign any papers. We have bought 3 vehicles from here and after the recent events I will stop coming here. It s been a week and I still haven t heard back from dwayne as of posting this.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and owner here. I actually waited a couple months to leave a review to be sure our purchases were good. I purchased 2 trucks and traded a vehicle within 30 days of each other, and they were consistent each time. I train on customer service on a large scale and can honestly say, I was treated with respect and had great communication on both transactions. We will definitely be back for another truck purchase.
