I have been using this location for my work vehicle since they have opened. Great Team. All members were working together to get all vehicles out in timely fashion. Great Communication. Highly Recommend Lindsay, Ivy , John, Hayden, Liz, Dinah. All worked on my vehicle in some capacity . Thank you

Lindsey was great at informing me of everything going on when I stopped in for a oil change. She did a great job at informing me of all the other items and suggestions but was not a pushy sales person about it. Tristan was the man under the hood and was quick and efficient along with the team in the bay. Great experience will continue to come to this location for service in the future.

I went at a busy time but the staff was amazing! They took time to update you on progress as well as a quick quality oil change and I needed a wiper and bulb too. That was another pleasant surprise, they made their recommendations but not overly pushy which I appreciated greatly. I wish I remembered the young lady who walked me through everything, she had brown hair and maybe 5'2" or so. I'm pretty sure it was 3 letter name, Ivy maybe? But she mad my process so smooth and she was so informative and friendly I would love for her to know that she made my night better too. Highly recommend

If you re BLACK/LATINA go to the other valvoline location by kroger. They are very racist/prejudice and aren t afraid to hide it. First the told me to put my keys on my dash. Since when did vavoline start telling people to keep their keys visible for an OIL CHANGE? Also I was FIRST and the ONLY person there ,but a white girl came about 5 mins after me and asked for the SAME SERVICE but somehow she got finished first. I left almost 10 minutes after her. On top of THAT I wasn t even shown my oil amount so who knows if they even did anything. Don t trust these type of people with your car. Stay away from the bad energy and go across town. **UPDATE** 2 days later after my oil change suddenly now i need ANOTHER oil change. THEY NEVER CHANGED MY OIL AND THEY DIDNT PUT ANY WINDSHIELD WASHED FLUID IN MY CAR AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I LEFT A REVIEW ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN GO TO A VALVOLINE FOR ANYTHING! Definitely took more than 15 mins for an oil change, a worker blew my tire during the service, manager was RUDE when my concerns went to requesting recompense for damages. Manager implied multiple times she will not give me a free oil change when I did not request that by any means. My request was to pay for a used tire since they damaged my tire. Manager declined, I requested to get a number to call corporate and the manager told me that regardless if I call and did a claim she would deny the claim. Took $30 off the oil change that was already overcharged. Service was so unsatisfying and delayed my travel 2 hours later.

Brand new store and the staff is awesome. Got in quick on a Sunday but only because I think it's new. I passed the other store I Gallatin and it was three deep in both lanes. It will get busier. The staff was amazing! All of them were happy to be doing what they were doing. I had an oil change and a tire rotation done. I will say this. If you have a tire rotation done you have to tell the how you want the tires to be rotated. Per their policy the front tires go straight back and the back tires go straight to the front. There is no criss cross but if you tell them how to rotate the tires they will accommodate your wishes. This store has three bays but only on bay was in operation at the time. I can only assume that when the public knows that this store is open it will be much busier and all three bays will be open with a staff to accommodate! All in all a great experience and this will be my new Valvoline Oil Change store that I go to.

Do not go to this location, go to the other one by Big Lots. These jokers only mounted half of my skid plate back on. I got a half mile down the road and heard a load clinking noise. I came back and pointed out the problem and they made me wait in line again another 20-30 minutes before they properly reinstalled it. An oil change should not be a 2 hour ordeal. I was late for a meeting in Nashville because of their incompetence.

This is a new Valvoline location to my area. The employees were very friendly. They answered any questions I had, and made sure I knew my tire was worn and to get another one soon.

Sorry to say,oil change went well.i had them change my cabin filter and they didn't have one in stock,so they made their own to fit..not what I expected..so be mindful when going there.

Gonna be looking for a new place to get oil changes soon, recently they left a wrench under my hood, gave them another chance and now the oil filter housing is broken from Valvoline putting it in too tight.
