I went to the Gallatin TN location and the work quality, customer service, and pricing were amazing!! Logan was so helpful in walking me through the expectations and selection of what I wanted and needed! I didn't feel like he worked on commission but instead he cared like I was a family member!! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this location as the chik fil a of Auto care!!!

I pulled right in when I got there, and everyone was super friendly! The young lady helping me was very knowledgeable and even showed me where there was a filter I didn't know about in my glove box lol will definitely return to this valvoline if ever needed when I am in town!!

This is the most unprofessional business I ve ever visited. I waited in line for over 1-1/2 hours and still left without an oil change. Allison is the rudest technician I ve ever encountered. She requested that I move from my lane twice and move to the other lane, as I watched the cars behind me come and go. She was so rude and told me that I was wrong when I brought it to her attention. I had nothing else better to do than watch the cars move. I will not go back there again.Rhonda

Absolutely worst experience for an oil change. After my initial visit, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I took it back to them, and they stated that they had tightened the oil pan plug to tightly and had cracked the plug. Well, it was still leaking oil after that visit, so I took it to a mechanic to find out that Valvoline had cracked my oil pan. $510 later, my car is no longer leaking oil. Please do not take your vehicle here. Valvoline, please train your employees better.Service: Oil change

I ve tried getting my oil changed here two days in a row and each time at all points of the day it looked like this with the exception of yesterday morning where I just waited and waited next in line. At the springfield location they re never this backed up and they have people in an out in no time. What s the hold up here? I waited 30 minutes behind two cars in the bay yesterday and then got asked to switch lanes with the car that sat there before me so they could serve that car before me. What s going on?

They are usually a little busy but they still get people in and out in a timely manner. I live coming here and not having to get out of my car!

I waited over 20 minutes with nobody moving. Someone came into the tire only bay for an oil change and they started taking info on them while 3 of us continued to wait. I was then told that I needed to back out and let someone in front of me who had been waiting longer. I said I had no problem doing that if they made the person that skipped everyone also back out. I was told that since he was already in the bay; they couldn t make him come out. The manager said the guys working the line were supposed to manage the order. When he spoke to the worker about it, the worker said he, don t pay attention to that. I left and won t be back.

Absolutely horrible. So charge me full price for an oil filter and oil, ask me what I want my tires set to and I tell the girl then she says oh I forgot our compressor hasn't worked in months. I wanted a new air filter put in and she said oh we can't do that but you can yourself like really? So $116 dollars for oil and a filter and some washer fluid? I definitely won't be back and I will be letting my fleet manager know so none of our company vehicles go there

Well I arrived at 6:30 am to get in line and be ready at 7 when they opened as I was in a huge hurry. I was very soon joined by 5 other s. At 7 an employee came over and said the one with the keys was late, he finally arrived at 7:25, unlocked and the 3 employees went inside. They all went downstairs. They finally came up and opened the doors to start at 7:40 to start.

This place is amazing and awesome. They are very quick and very professional. No pushy sales person trying to make you buy other services. The crew even being understaffed was killing it. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

NTB down the road turned me away without an appointment and several bays empty with service people standing around. Valvoline got me right in and out with friendly service in 15 minutes. My time is valuable and I'm glad they got me in and out quick unlike NTB.

The wait time is honestly ridiculous. There were dudes just talking in front of my truck and I was running late for work. This place is supposed to be quick, if I wasn't running late for work it would have been fine. But they should ask ppl before they start training someone, or talking about you vehicle if they have some extra minutes to spare because I did not that day.

I was on my way to get an oil change when I had a flat tire. I made it Valvoline. The gentleman came out and looked at my tire. He said we don t work on tires here but we will put on your spare for free. I was able to get my oil changed, which was well past the date. My son was with me and we made it safely home.I just moved to the area because my dad recently passed away, for these young men to help me means everything to me. They didn t know what I was going through but without hesitation helped me. I saw the bad reviews for the long wait, I had to wait a while also but the kindness of the workers heart is worth the wait. They will take care of you and your vehicle.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took an hour and half with two cars in front of me. 15 Min oil change is a lie! There were like 2 employees working will 3 stand around talking. Also, right after the oil change my jeep starting make a soft rattling sound. I took it to general tire to see what was causing the rattling sound (hoping it wasn't a serious issue) and turned out that the employees at Valvoline did not put everything back together correctly. All and all will not be going back here.Service: Oil change

No service today. Read why.I have used this location at least 2 to times before today. Waited about thirty minutes on the #1 lane. 2 or 3 cars were serviced in the #2 lane while I waited. The technician was talking to the customer ahead of me like they were family. I was ok until it was obvious they were finished and he just kept talking. Not once did the manager come and apologize for the delay or offer anything for my inconvenience. So I left and told him I had been using their service but would not be back. All he did was make excuses and say they were doing the best they could.I hope this will reach management and maybe it will be a learning experience.

They were really busy when I stopped by, but they got me in and out quit efficiently and my pup really liked the employees. They did a good job on my oil change and the employees were happy and seemed to enjoy their job I will definitely be back in the future.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:30. They were busy so there was a wait. But once in the bay, things moved along at a reasonable pace. While offered many things, I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want. As far as I can tell, the service was great and staff were friendly.

I give five stars because I didn t expect this type of hospitality and service from a chain business such as this. Kamden and Bryce were very informative and helpful. I m asingle mother Of 3 so keeping my car regularly serviced during the current financial crisis was not my top priority until absolutely necessary . I came in to get a oil change and have my check engine light read . They did just that and more! If you want a small town family owned type service but the convenience and affordable prices to get it done go here !!! Thank you guys and keep up the hard work !!!

I pulled up and was the first car there, it took an hour when it was 6 employees there, just for a standard oil change on my hyundai accent. The guy working on my car did not know what he was doing & I could tell. He was careless and was struggling to put a piece back on. I pulled off and my car was making a loud hum & vibration. I pulled back around & after talking to a manager, we found out he didn t put my engine air filter back in correctly. The air filter was half way put in & upside down and the piece wasn t tightened on at all. Do not recommend this store at all, I will never go back. Also, he wasn t wearing a uniform so I couldn t tell you what his name is.Service: Oil change

I rolled through on a busy night. From the start, Bryan was on top of the service. He was proactive in moving the line. He was engaging and positive. I went here to have my oil changed and first off I spent almost a hour in line waiting. The female manager seemed to be more into flirting with one of the techs than doing her job. I paid almost $300 for an oil change. Thats a bit ridiculous to me. I will say that there was an employee that made my day brighter. He said his name was Sam I am. He was amazing. So much energy and a happy attitude even though it was hotter than Hels armpits in the bays. He didn't try to pressure me into buying anything or getting any services I didn't want. He was knowledgeable about my vehicle and spoke to me in a very professional manner. I was having such a rough day and he made it so much better. That young man is your star employee. He should be praised for his amazing job. If I ever come back it will be because of him.Service: Oil change
