Great selection and great staff I'm on my third car from here no complaints! 1st one was a 2014 lexus is 350fsport now I got an a91 edition gr supra, service takes above and beyond care of the cars and customers. sales is premium, they work wonders!

I had a really bad experience with what an assistant service manager told me about pricing...& ended up with over an $811 bill, despite having told him I didn't need to spend more than $100 over the cost of the oil change. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I did speak to the Service Manager, and he offered me a couple of options, including a huge credit for future services, which we chose. As upset as I've been at the situation, I appreciate how willing Mr. Wilson has been to work with us to "bring us into the fold" as he says, of their family of customers. I look forward to working with him in the future to make this experience a distant memory.

They seem incompetent. I brought my Toyota Camry in 3 times for the same problem. First time they changed coil packs. Second time they said spark plugs were bad when I had replaced them myself a year before, but went ahead and let them do it anyways. The third time I brought it in with all the dash lights on once again, and they tell me all the lights went off and they can t see a problem. I was told if they come back on to bring it back in to them and they would try to figure it out.

We took our suv in this morning. They ran a diagnostic and determined it was just the battery. They did not charge us. It had been a rough early morning start and the service center turned things around for us. I booked and had my 1st oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I have to tell ya folks, this is a top-notch operation. Very courteous, thorough, and has the best coffee station in town!RG

This used to be a great service dept. Not sure what's changed over the past couple years. Too many issues to list here. Jordan was the only service member I liked but the others are awful and the work being done always has to be double checked and is usually wrong. Just avoid this one and go elsewhere.

Nice comfortable waiting room including complementary massage chairs.BEWARE: I took my Toyota in for a factory recall and my car communicated to the dealership that some routine maintenance was due, and they just assumed that I brought it in for them to do that as well. Kind of freaky to have my car going behind my back to communicate to the dealer. So check your work order before you let them do it, or you'll be paying dealer rates for basic maintenance you could do for way less elsewhere. That's why I removed one star.

I went here to figure out why my car was shaking at highway speeds. They told me I needed new tires and that the wire was showing. This did not line up with how much I have driven so I got a second opinion. They lied to me, no wire is showing and my tires have at least another year on them. All I needed was an alignment. Do not trust them, they will lie to you to drive sales.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

The Service Department at Toyota of Gallatin is amazing!! Wonderfully friendly and easy to talk with, honest and efficient!! Jordan Clay you sir are the epitome of a service advisor, Toyota of Gallatin you need 10 just like Jordan!! All the ladies and gentlemen in the service department really do serve with a smile and are a joy to interact with! The newly remodeled waiting area and service bays are clean and well lit and easy to access. The waiting area itself is warm and inviting, with its fireplace and tables for work it s easy to hang out and wait for your Toyota vehicle! The parts department is also easy to navigate, Great friendly people, AJ and the parts team rock!! Thanks again for your stellar service and your attention to detail. When you need service on your vehicle visit Toyota of Gallatin!! PS the waiting area has massage chairs!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Didn t fix what we originally asked for and the two things they actually replaced didn t make a single difference in the problem.Avoid this place at all cost.Service: Air conditioning

The service is excellent! All work has always been done quickly and my car was treated with respect. I've been bringing my Toyotas here for all required and scheduled maintenance for the last 7 years and have never had an issue. The service personnel are friendly and thorough.

They are so helpful to me and I am sure they are to their other customers. They have taken care of our van since we have had it for 21 years. Keep up the good work. Will recommend your service any time.

Waiting 3 HOURS for an oil change isn t what upset me; what bothered me was a person with the same needs as me came in an hour after me but left an hour BEFORE I did. Guess I m not apart of the good ol boy system that they seems to have.I ll just service my car elsewhere from now on.Service: Oil change

Not a quality service compared to other locations. I don't think they have the knowledge or enough personnel to deal with mechanical issues. I ended up spending money and time and still dealing with the problems. Manager was supposed to call me and never called back.

Jared in the Service Department is AWESOME! He knows my name and even knows the year, make and model of my car whenever I call. I always get my car back earlier than promised! He's the ! Everyone at this dealership is very polite and courteous!

They are really professional here and do a great job and what was really cool was when I turned my car in I was expecting to get a lyft or an Uber about 15 miles to my place but they offered me a ride home and that is really awesome! That's customer service at the highest level!

My mom comes here to get her oil changed and the staff is always super nice and quick. The place is always clean too, waiting room, bathroom, and garage area.
