Tammy was amazing to work with. She was very patient with us and even though we showed up very late and had to return the next day to finish out everything. She kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was very sweet. We left there extremely happy and ready to save money with our new to us Tesla.

As always, Colton did an amazing job of taking care of me! He really listens to what a customer s needs and wants are and has great suggestions on making it work. I told him what I wanted to do and he and his wonderful team made it happen! Miracle Ford has always been there for me and I am so grateful to have an excellent hometown dealership to build such a great customer relationship with. Now, so many years later, my high school dream ride has finally come true with this beautiful new Bronco!

Would highly recommend! I called on a vehicle for my mom. Diana got me all of the information that I requested in a short time period. Zach helped me from start to finish without any issues or problems at all. He also delivered the vehicle to my mom. Very kind and courteous people to work with. Casey is THE BEST! He made my purchase of a brand new, loaded 2024 mustang happen! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from him, and will continue to use him again! Had the BEST experience with Miracle Ford! After having an unpleasant experience at another dealership, being greeted by the amazing team at Miracle Ford was so appreciated. The team found me the car I wanted and had it there within 1 hour. They also moved mountains to prioritize me and show me vehicles I was interested in. Charlie, Ryan, Donnie and Dan took care of me with efficiency, effectiveness and empathy. Being a young female purchasing a car, we can sometimes feel unheard/unseen. High pressure salesman who knew we were trying to leave town the following day. Pushed for sale to happen that day even though we were hesitating. We only blame ourselves for letting him push us in this way. We felt that some ofThe warranty issues were misleading in how they were presented. Salesman guaranteed the car would be detailed and look like a brand new car when we left with it. We would have been more than willing to let them take the time for that to happen. Instead, by the time paperwork was finished the car was pulled around.Nothing even close to being detailed. Also, windshield wiper was shredded on one side, a nail was in the tire, we have since discovered that one of the windows was not tinted, which we paid to have done, and the gas tank was empty.We had to return it and leave it while we were out of town.The above issues were addressed but the experience on the day of the sale left a very bad taste in our mouths.

So it was crazy I was at the DMV on an early afternoon and they were closed with a sign posted At Vol State CC me myself, I had just been at Vol State as I m going back to school Spring 2024. So here I go back to Vol State or so I thought. I m Driving back make a left on to the Main Street driving past Miracle and a truck peeps at me like Bubble Bee from the transformers movies and I whip my head around and catch a glimpse of used single cab white pick up. So I turn in at second entrance, I wasn t fond of the color. But what I didn t see was the beauty parked directly behind said white pick-up. It was everything that I was wanting in my new truck. (Mind you I had just test drove a ZR2 a few days before) but I digress. Milli short for Milagro my new trucks name came with a single cab, XL bed, no middle seat storage and most importantly it s was 1 of the colors of my Dallas Cowboys. Please don t stop reading because of the Dallas Cowboys. I root for the Titans also, but I m born-n-raised TX and just a reminder the Titans yeah they were from Houston. So Mr Clean comes out I forget their names but he had a trainee w/ him once we got back from the test drive. Mr Clean said something to the effect of she s going home with You today the truck not the trainee. I didn t know protocol about the Gong they have in the showroom and I went to gong it. Jim or has I was yelling at him that day Jimbo gave permission to ring it out. So I did! even though we hadn t closed the deal yet. That s the protocol, I still wasn t made aware of the protocol. And time passes as it does when they go off to talk w/ Finance then Mr Clean comes back says we need my pay stubs so I bolt out the door to work to print em out and I m back in 35 minutes after a 2nd ringing of the gong to announce my completion of the task they assigned me. This is when the Trainee informs me the Protocol of Gonging the Gong on completion of the closed deal. If your counting that s 2 premature gongs that Miracle has allowed me. Well long story short 3rd times a charm! cuz Milli my badass lifted V8 F-150XL in Dallas Cowboy grey is parked in my driveway, leaving her tire marks in the grass. Thanks Miracle Ford for my Milagro. (That s Miracle in Espanol by the way)Awesomely, Benjo :-)

My first time purchasing a new vehicle from Miracle Ford was an excellent experience. I have used them to service my previous F150 a few times which were also positive experiences. I worked with Zach in sales who listened to exactly what I wanted, showed me the options that fit that they had on the lot, and followed through until I happily drove away with my new truck.Throughout the process I was well informed of all my options, but not pressured to add things I was not interested in. I left feeling like my business was genuinely appreciated. Thank you, you've earned yourselves a repeat customer who will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and peers.

I purchased a truck and didn t even have it for 24 hours when the check engine light came on. They took advantage of me having less than perfect credit and pushed a truck on me that was junk. My recommendation is to not buy from them. Go anywhere but there. I definitely will not buy there again nor will I refer anyone. They took all my money that I had and I cannot even drive the truck. I am just devastated a place like this. I have to now look at legal options which is unfortunate.

I purchased a certified pre owned truck from here in May of 2023. Two days after owning it the check engine light came on. Even with a bumper to bumper warranty, the dealer told me that there was nothing they could do. After going to another dealer, I was informed that the truck I purchased was priced over $10,000 above market value, as well as having numerous extras added on to the bill of sale. I will NOT be using this business anytime in the future and would advise anyone that is thinking of doing business here to think twice.

This newly updated review is specifically for the service 'NOT' conducted on 3-22-2024 when it was scheduled and then subsequently on the following day...read on.I was told to come in on a specific day and time. I did. I was then told it should take no more than 2 hours, but that they most likely could get me done in closer to an hour. I waited for 2.5 hours and then my wife grew weary of waiting and went to talk the service desk. They then claimed that we were next in line and it would only be an hour after that. An hour went by and I got a call from the service adviser telling me 'they were ready'. I get to the desk and he informs me that they didn't have the part for the recall AFTER THEY SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT AND THEN HAD ME COME IN AND WAIT FOR 3.5 HOURS PLUS COMMUTE TIME. Very disturbing. Then, he continues to inform me that they have ordered the camera and it would be there overnight and they would rush out in their mobile service van and do the recall work at my house THE NEXT DAY. Guess what...never a call and never did a service truck show up. What kind of service is this? Does this make me want to recommend the dealership or a Ford product...hmmmm, I will let you take a guess at that answer.

Just got our 2016 Diesel F-250 truck back from Miracle Ford after FOUR months and THOUSANDS of dollars worth of "repairs" only to have it break down again less than 24 hours later.During the 4 months, our Service Advisor was unhelpful, rude, and had zero communication. We had to go in person to try to get updates on our truck. The mechanics threw parts at it trying to fix it. We are not convinced that all these repairs were necessary. Miracle Ford does not care at all about their customers or properly fixing their vehicles.We talked to their Fixed Ops Director who didn't care about helping us, he only wants us to bring the truck back to the shop to get more money out of us. He told my husband this morning that their dealership didn t NEED to work on our truck because he had 30 cars outside waiting to be worked on.We have contacted the owner twice with zero response.The only one who cared was their Customer Relations Service Manager who unfortunately doesn't have any say in fixing the situation.So RUN FAR AWAY from Miracle Ford Service Department!!! I would give zero stars if I could.(On a side note they record all phone calls .we were not aware. And if they offer you a loaner they will use that against you during negotiations for your final bill)

I purchased a used mustang. I live in another state (240 miles away). My deal was handled via my iPhone. When I arrived at Miracle Ford everything was ready to finalize the deal, with no add ons. I highly recommend Matt Carman with Miracle Ford. He will treat you right.

Miracle Ford use to be service friendly and seem to care about how their customers felt about the service they receive. My experience now is that you are a number and they have all the business they need. They will be happy to sale you a new vehicle but not service it after you buy it. After talking with several friends and family it seems to be the standard of care now at miracle Ford it will take a MIRACLE to get your service done!! Shameful!!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Every step of the way there was a problem. First, attempted to make an appointment online for service and was told they needed to check if the parts were in stock and they would get back to me. I received an email from the GM of service telling me to contact him if I was not getting what I needed. After two weeks, I emailed him saying I had not heard back. After another week, emailed again and never received a response. Finally, I had to call to reschedule the appointment over the phone. On the day of the appointment, I showed up and there was no record of my appointment so I had to explain everything again to the girl who checked me in. At the end of the day, I still had not received a call back, so I called to see if the car would be ready. No one in the service department answered the phone so I had to go through another department and leave a message because they closed in 30 minutes. The service rep said he could not figure out how to reprogram my center console and would have to keep the car until Monday, it was Saturday. On Monday, I received a call and he attempted to charge me $800 to replace a tire pressure sensor and reprogram the console. When I questioned the price and told him the girl who checked me in said the reprogram was only an hour's labor he changed the price. When I declined, he said the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he said it wasn't ready and would be another 30 minutes. When I mentioned to the rep I spoke with on the phone that he told me to come get the car, he denied it. I requested to speak with a manager who was conveniently not available but was told he would call me when he got out of a meeting. He never called. There was another customer who was experiencing something similar and wanted to speak with the manager as well.Please do not take your vehicle to this dealership. They are mismanaged and I feel they are untrustworthy. Anyone who would try to charge you $800 to replace a tire pressure sensor and reprogram your center console is a crook. The sensor costs $79 at tire discounter to replace.

Bought a Jeep almost a year ago and it had transmission problems within 2 weeks of getting it and was leaking transmission fluid. When we got the pre inspection paper they claimed nothing was wrong. We payed the dealership to fix the transmission. Almost a year later and the transmission is still having problems. The service department has been terrible.

Purchased a used vehicle from Miracle Ford. Within 1 week the engine light came on, airbag light came on, and the odometer wasn't working. I called and text multiple times and asked for a manager to call me. I never received a call. I text the sales person and was told that there was nothing they could do. Buyers beware
