You can t ask for an easier transaction. Randy and John were great to work with and made paperwork a breeze. They were able to find the car i was looking for and had it shipped to TN from Oregon. These guys will go above and beyond for their clients ! I would also like to note they have an assortment of vehicles on their lot for all types of customers.

If I could rate this place with more stars I definitely would. The owner John is a cool, down to earth guy. He made the whole car buying process a breeze. He also filled our tank up the day we bought the car. Fast forward a few weeks our check engine light came on. I messaged Josh and he told me to drop it by and he d have his shop take a look at it. Less than a week later our car was fixed and had a full tank of gas. If I m ever in the market to buy another vehicle. He will be the one I come to see.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. They were patient and helpful. Our granddaughter is going to be excited with her first car. We will definitely go back there to get our grandson when it s his turn for his first car. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

John is a great guy, one of the most honest and personable people I've dealt with when buying a car. I would recommend John to anyone who's in the market for a used car. I bought a diesel Jetta from him solely for commuting but, I'm sure I'll be back for another car one day!

This past weekend I drove nearly 1,500 miles in 33 hours to buy a boat from a man I had never met. Avery, from Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers, LLC was selling his personal boat thru his dealership which I found on-line and the transaction was handled flawlessly! Every question was answered honestly and professionally, and I could not be happier with my decision to buy from him. I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Since I've purchased my car I have told my family friends colleagues and clients about Middle Tennessee Auto. From the first call I made to meeting John & Randy I was impressed. They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the prices were right. I was able to test drive and look over cars without feeling pressured. Overall it was the best car buying experience we've had and the customer service was just Excellent! 10/10 Highly recommend them!

Best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. These guys are very informative and easy going. They had good quality vehicles and reasonable prices! I would definitely recommend and drive 2.5 hours again to buy a vehicle from them.

My husband and I had been looking for a vehicle for our son prior to him going off to college. We found a 2018 Honda Civic at Middle TN Auto Brokers, and it was exactly what he wanted at a very reasonable price. I made contact with Avery and expressed our interest, gave him information about our son's current vehicle we would be trading and he told us a ballpark of what our trade would be. We made arrangements to go today and see the Civic and found it to be in great shape, and we were given a very fair price for our son's vehicle, so we purchased the car and are extremely pleased. Of all my years of "car buying experience", I've never found a more straightforward and effortless transaction. Contrary to what a previous reviewer named Mr. Anderson left in regard to him trespassing on Avery's private property, I found him to be a very mature and rather friendly gentleman, as did our two teenagers. I also had the pleasure of meeting Avery's lovely wife, Velvet. I found her to be very warm and charming and enjoyed talking to her while finalizing our paperwork. If you want a great car buying experience, go visit Avery and Violet at Middle TN Auto Brokers!!*If you aren't there to purchase and do something you shouldn't in the first place, be a man, accept you were in the wrong and don't leave a review where actually purchaser's read for feedback. Excellent experience at Middle TN Auto Brokers, flew into Nashville from Columbus, OH, a sales rep picked me up and took me to the dealership. Great location and professionalism with the MTAB staff; not to mention the great vehicle I got, you'd think it was brand new. Service and quality unparalleled.

These guys are amazing! They drove an hour to meet my husband and I (in the snow) so we could look at a vehicle! They are so down to earth and not pushy at all. Randy was very honest and sincere and we felt like we were valued as customers! Unlike the other "big" dealership we had been to a couple of days before. This small business blew that big business out of the water! We will definitely refer any of our friends in the market for a vehicle their way!P.S. we bought the vehicle!!!!! And I am in love with it!!!!

We recently had a great experience here at Middle TN Auto Sales in Gallatin. Randy McCall was very attentive and helped us through our entire process. Very patient, honest, and diligent people. They have a great selection of vehicles and offer fair prices for trade ins. They are fair, good people in this market. Looking to buy or sell a car, go see them!

I bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander Limited from Avery. The reviews were incredibly accurate. Small lot, very nice cars and in great shape. Like he kept the diamonds and threw away the rest. He let me test drive it alone, no pressure tactics, total trust. When it came to securing the deal, he gave me a price up front that was very close to what I told him I could spend. Way below the TMV for the car. He gave me top dollar for my trade in and took care of the paperwork very quickly. His document fees were very low. Toyota Dealer was going to charge me $499 and Avery only had $199 down. Pretty much everything in pricing was bottom line and quality of car and customer service were top of the line. I highly recommend giving Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers a chance in the used car buying of your future. He has my family's business for sure.

Randy and John both surpassed my expectations during the business deal of my trade-in and the purchase. I never felt like they were trying to mislead me just to get my business. Not once did I feel pressured and they were available to answer my questions even after hours. I'm grateful that I was led to them for my first financed vehicle. I would do business with them again!

I am planning on selling a few vehicles and even a camper; I reached out to the business and Randy was able to give me an excellent quote for my vehicles. He even told me about their consignment program for my camper! I am so grateful for their information and hope we can make a deal down the road. I would definitely recommend Randy and his team and look forward to working with them!

Amazing experience. Avery is a great guy that will work with you 100%. Traded in a truck of mine for and upgrade. Was offered the entire payoff amount for my trade in to leave me with no debt or rollover payments. I got a 2013 platinum F-150. Great price and great miles. Truck runs perfectly and looks amazing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any vehicle. Avery will find it and turn it into what you re wanting.

Seamless and easy process of purchase. I have bought approximately 10 luxury cars in the past 6 years from all the big dealers in Nashville and never once have a I felt more respected and at ease than with Avery. He not only listened to my desires in a vehicle but gave me a great trade in value and went above and beyond the make the new car look brand new. This is how car buying should be. Jhon was my sales person. He was friendly and professional from start to finish. I I initially called the sales lot to get some more info on a Bmw I sas for sale on their site. Jhon took the time to awnser every question I had before I decided to come out in person. Once I got their there he was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. There was never any pressure. & even though he didn t have to he even showed me wholesale prices. All in all experience was 10/10 would definitely do business with these guys again.

Great car buying experience!! The website pictures and the description were very accurate. The car was super clean and in great condition. Avery was easy to work with and took the time to help us with our budget. We have a great new vehicle and it was priced just right!! His wife even came to meet me in Nashville to finalize the sale today since my mom was in the hospital. I highly recommended Middle TN Auto Brokers!!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers LLC. I have bought 3 cars from Avery and each time I have had a very smooth experience from beginning to end. Avery was extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. He answered all of my questions and made the process of buying a car very easy. He offered beverages and snacks while I waited. His lot and office are extremely clean and welcoming. Even though the cars are used, you would never know it. Each of the 3 cars I have bought from Avery are immaculate and just like they were brand new. My most recent purchase a 2012 Mustang GT is perfect. I love my new car and will be back when I am ready for my next car. I tell all my friends and family to see Avery at Middle Tennessee Brockers LLC when they need a car! Thank you for a great experience!!!

Just got back home tonight from buying a car from Avery at Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers. He immediately put me at ease, listened to my needs, and my finance requests, and we were able to work out a deal. He took what could have been a stressful process and totally made it stress free and smooth.The whole process from selecting the vehicle I wanted to the final signature was about an hour or so.Avery seems to be a straight shooter, and a no-nonesense good guy. I would highly recommend giving him a chance at finding and selling you a vehicle. Thanks for a great experience. Very thankful.Mark

Bought a really nice 2013 Honda Accord. Car seems great and no problems. Very transparent and open communication when I had questions about the car. Avery was honest and straight forward with us every step of the way. Also a very nice and clean dealership inside. Great experience!!!

I live 2 hrs away from Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers, so I contacted Avery via email. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions. When I made the decision to make the drive, I was confident the listing was accurate and again Avery had answered any questions I had. I arrived and the vehicle was as described. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I did not feel pressured into anything. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was quick and easy. one tire was a little low on air and Avery was kind enough to resolve that and even check the 3 other tires. Overall this car buying experience was great! I would recommend Middle Tennessee Auto Brokers.
