Thanks to Richard Rocha for making our much overdue purchase of our '24 Honda CRV an easy process. He was very informative and explained the entire dash board and helped us do the initial setup on the touchscreen geared to our likes and dislikes. LOVE this place! Our salesman, Olivian, was such a pleasure to work with! As was his sales manager, Justin Johnston. Dont waste your time at the other Nashville dealers. Better people and pricing is here in Gallatin. Ask for Olivian.

I have been looking for a reliable car since September of 2023 and have been having some really complicated and overwhelming experiences with most places I reached out to. The Gallatin Honda and their representatives Tyler (sales) and Heather (finance) offered the best experience I could have asked for! They were incredibly patient, helpful, and upfront with me. They were very knowable and did not use that as a means to try and scam me - They were quick to break things down even before I could ask and also quick to bring up all of my options, rather than what would just get a high sale made. I cannot expression enough how appreciative I am for their care! I love my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Honda Element. I received excellent service from the service writer Anna. The technician did a great job servicing my vehicle and they even washed my car for me. I scheduled the appointment online and was out in less than an hour. Highly recommend you go there for maintenance or repairs for your Honda.

Class acts. Honest, respectful, and good people you want to work with. I have finally found a Honda dealership I can trust for service, price, and comfort. ALL the service advisors are awesome. The lounge area is comfortable and they provided snacks and fresh coffee. They were honest about the wait time. Also, washed my vehicle. They didn't attempt to "up sale". I will only go there from here on. Even after I expressed my satisfaction, the service manager reached out and personally asked if there was anything else he could do. Don't waste your time and money at Honda in Franklin, Nashville, Murfreesboro, or Mt. Juliet. Make the drive to Gallatin Honda and you'll be glad you did. End of line.

Robert is kind, honest, and helpful. I hit a pothole and the right rear bumper and light came unhinged. I also had a flat tire on Monday, filled it, and it seemed to be holding air but I was concerned. Robert popped my bumper right back on and secured my light. Later he called to tell me they couldn t find anything wrong with that tire after trying multiple tests. When I picked up my car, he told me I didn t owe anything to my surprise. Breath of fresh air!

We had a leak in our HRV and took it first to another dealer and they couldn't fix the problem. My mechanic advised that I take the car to gallatin honda and they fixed the problem quickly and for much less than the previous dealer. This place is great!

Go see Olivian B.If you are looking for a new vehicle. He responded quickly to our message asking about the availability of the SUV we were interested in. Got to the dealership and Olivian was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Within a couple hours we were leaving the lot with the vehicle we wanted.

The sales rep we worked with was really slow and multiple times said he would get us an answer by the end of the day and then we would not hear a word until we reached back out asking again.This dealership forces you to buy things that are not necessary when purchasing the car. We put a deposit on a car that had not yet arrived and they still gave us no option. With sensitivities to chemicals, the stuff they put on the seats has been extremely difficult. Definitely will not return to this dealership for any future needs.

Found a vehicle online at Gallatin Honda, communicated with them via text.... drove up the next day for a test drive. Ready to buy, and we wanted to pay cash... so they WOULD NOT HONOR the Online price!!!! Pretty sure that's Illegal in TN.

these guys are selling rebuilt and damaged cars do not do any business there or you risk to get scammed poorly done body work caused my back window to crack slight parking lot bump, turned out was a hard rear hit , and back of the car had to be redone stay away from this place

Outstanding. I have experienced awful dealerships and expect all to be like that for the moat parts, these people are not that they are 1 in 100. Fantastic friendly people, hard working and kind and kept ke posted on every step so I wasn't just sitting there in pergatory.But to tell you the quality all I need to tell you is that Mr. Richard Rocha polished my tag vanity cover. Truely a level of customer service I have never experienced.Thank you and hope to do business with all of you again in the future.

First of all, I was under a misconception that the survey, I took was about the dealership over-all and not the sales person. I ranked them at 7 all the way across the board. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a verity of the CRV's. and is in no way the sales person fault. I also understand, with the times we are living in and how things are somewhat delayed etc. However my sales person was extremely wonderful, helpful and a true joy to work with. Evan Ruth.....you were amazing! I thank you for your time and effort to make sure I was happy. And I truly was and am. I absolutely, hate that my review that I took reflected bad on him. It was not my intention in no way. I left there a 100% happy and satisfied customer.And I've sent 2 co-workers your name and number, I work for Nashville Auto Diesel College, we have a lot of Honda lovers here.A shout out to Ben Fillmore, for being an awesome mechanic and person.Thank you, Evan Ruth and Honda of Gallatin!

I cannot say enough great things about this location. Evan helped me from the start to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted and knew everything about it. He was very straightforward on everything about the vehicle and its fees and costs and helping with my trade in. Heather in finance was also incredible at helping make sure I got the best deal and educating me and answering all of my questions. I was in and out with my new purchase, with a trade in, in 2 hours. BEYOND satisfied with this location and more than happy to make the drive again if we have any future car needs!

We ve bought several new Honda vehicles over the past 25 years, most at Trickett in Rivergate. Always had great options and service, but the new Gallatin location is a joke. We were told they can t value a trade in until we tell them which vehicle we want to buy. They have a very limited selection and poor customer service in my opinion. We will find another location to buy from.

Gallatin Honda has stolen my business from Music City Honda. I went to Gallatin Honda for my routine oil change, out of convenience, and realized how far superior they are to the other Honda dealerships in the area. Josh takes care of me every time, and they are professional, courteous, and quick. I would wait hours for just an oil change at Music City Honda, but not at Gallatin Honda. Thankful to stumble upon Gallatin Honda, who I'll be going to for all of my service needs from here on out. Thanks for a great experience!

It is very hard to find honest people who are willing to go to bat for you especially in the car business. Well I have found it here at Gallatin Honda! Josh and Robert went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down. I cannot say enough about these 2 amazing men. I was not the nicest and they were nothing but helpful and respectful.

Things were really great, until they weren't and we are honestly so disappointed. The sales man we worked with was fantastic, however, we ran into some serious issues.We were in the process of buying a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L (VIN: 5FNRL5H64CB093745 ) from this dealer, contingent on it being inspected by our personal mechanic and any issues being fixed. Thank God we did. Our mechanic found the oil pan gasket to be leaking, a leak from the transmission case, and the timing belt in need of replacement. The oil was just changed by the dealership, but the oil pan gasket leak was so significant that after a 30 minute drive, the oil level was low. The dealership told us the transmission case leak could only be remedied by a new transmission, but they could not justify replacement at this time. Reed, the GM, said they were willing to pay our mechanic to repair everything but the transmission, and that would cost $3,000+ for parts alone. They wanted to assure us peace of mind, but unfortunately a transmission in need of replacement was an absolute deal breaker.

I wish all dealerships were like Gallatin Honda - they are the exception to the stereotypes about car salespeople. I traveled from Atlanta to buy a used minivan and it was worth the drive!! Aaron and Brandon were a pleasure to work with. I could not believe how smooth the process was.

The service team here is fantastic. Josh, the service manager, Jared, a service advisor and Eric, a technician at Gallatin Honda are awesome guys and very helpful. After the wonderful service they provided today for my Passport, I won t go anywhere else for my Honda service. Thanks guys!

I had a problem with my Honda and it needed to be fixed. I called my local dealership and left two messages. Five days later they finally called me back. I decided not to take it to them and took it to Gallatin Honda instead. What a GREAT decision. They did the diagnostics and found the part that was the problem. They called me with an estimate. I approved the service and they ordered the part and fixed it. When I had to pick my car up I had no ride to get it. Gallatin Honda thoughtfully ordered a Lyft for me. I HIGHLY recommend them for the fine work they are doing.
