We drove from Erie, PA to purchase a 2014 Ram 2500. Zach met us at the shop at 8pm on a Saturday and dealt with us for about 2 hours. We have had the truck for about 2 weeks and we ran into a problem that he went above & beyond to help make it right (It had nothing to do with him or this business). We truly appreciate his kindness and honesty!

Took my truck in to get new muffler. Chris was extremely helpful to walk through different options with me and his thoughts about each. Stopped by a few days later and they installed product. While waiting for them to finish installation in their office I saw several people just come in off the street needing assistance with various things and they acted quickly to assist everyone. Highly recommend.

Can't forget about the bad experiences. My 2012 Chevy Equinox's engine stalled and ran rough. Despite being charged over $300 for repairs, the issue was not resolved. Sharing this review because, despite the frustrations, I still miss my Chevy Equinox, haha!I won't sell it if I know it was the fuel pump caused the issue at that time, it's not so difficult to diagnose the problem for a mechanic at all.

They fixed my exhaust. Another company had botched my exhaust, Four way got it straightened out and they got it fixed the 1st time. Worth the drive !

The worst shop I have ever been to. Had my car for 7 weeks. Never touched it. Gave every excuse they could. Turned out mechanics just are incompetent. When I go to get my car one of the mechanics tried to step up. Didn t work out the way he thought. Allot of locals use them only because they are ignorant. Real car guys will stay clear of them. My advice is to shut down before you get sued .

Shawn and his wife was running the place, since then there was a old man standing around telling the mechanics what to do and when,idk the old man may have bought the place, i ended up at Cox Muffler in westmoreland tn.to fix it.thats the problem everywhere.these places tear up more than they fix. if you practice something 50 years all it means your lucky. Cox seems to be honest and his experience was from tva welding and pipe fitter..idk know much about it, just be careful, and ask questions,,

Don't be fooled by the name. They do a lot more than mufflers. Excellent service from very knowledgeable people. High integrity and fair prices. Always my first go to if I need auto repair of any kind.

Called to see about getting a clutch/slave cylinder replaced on a 5 speed. They stated that they do not do any type of transmission work , they can only do replacements. I asked how they replace a 5 speed transmission without replacing the slave cylinder the woman just said again they can only replace transmissions.If you do not understand the components of the transmission, and that to replace a 5 speed trans you have to disconnect the slave cylinder, and reconnect and rebleed it later, I don't know what to say. This place has been in business for a long time and their response to a clutch/slave cylinder replacement is a TRANSMISSION replacement? I'm sure the mechanics do fine work, but if that is their response to that situation I wouldn't take a push mower there for an oil change, because she'd probably say the upstream 02 sensor needs replacing.

So after thinking about it the guy guiding me up knew my car was low broke my front bumper refused to pay of it said whoops. Seemed more interested in doing a c10 that had brake lines wrapped around the header. Refused to do my exhaust. Won't be back sucks place used to have friendly staff not jerks.

Four Way Mufflers was awesome! Great, friendly customer service. I went there to have my exhaust tip replaced and they had me in and out in about half an hour. I'll definitely go there again when needed and I highly recommend!

We have an old motorhome that needed the exhaust replaced. The team at Four Ways looked it over and proposed a few options. They took the time to look at the advantages and disadvantages of each option and explain them to me. Then, they did the work quickly, with high-quality workmanship and at a fair price. I've been coming to Four Way since I was 16 rolling up in my 1995 Chevy S10. I'm now 38 at the time of this post. I've brought many vehicles in here over the years. I literally have not been anywhere else for exhaust work. No reason to! Today I took my Corvette to have the mufflers deleted and new tips put on. Looks amazing, sounds amazing! The first time I came here was 2019, they fixed my 97 Expedition. This time 3-2021, was for my sons G-6, someone lied to me like I needed $3,000 worth of front end work I took it to Four Way and the young man TJ looked at it, and reassured me I did not need front end work. He told me what was needed, the price and left it up to me to get it fixed. I took it in on Thursday and got it back Tuesday, driving like a charm. The 5 stars is for the two beautiful young ladies at the front desk, who 1 knows cars, 2 very friendly and organized, 3 help keep the mechanics on point, 4 keeps communication open and clear for customers and mechanics, and 5 assist with accurate friendly satisfying service. Thanks TJ(one of the mechanics) and everyone at Four Way. It's difficult to trust anyone these days, but you guys are trustworthy and you rock

Went to have work done in car (catalytic converters )and was half the price from everyone else. The staff in the office was very friendly. I took car in and was told that the part they got was defective and wanted to get another part to replace that one and it would be over the weekend. I was glad they took this step. They finished the work up and was told they wanted needed time to drive to make sure there wasn t any problems. The price come in what I was I quoted. Even took extra steps to explain the warranty. The office kept me informed of what was going on every day as well. Would tell anyone if they need any work on muffler or exhaust system to check them out, you won t be disappointed.

I tell you what, when it comes to congeniality , decency, and all around respect for the fellow man, you will NOT find it anywhere else, in comparison to these guys. The nicest and most respectable people I have encountered in quite some time. If you're looking for a business that models the TRUE American Spirit, go to Four Way Muffler and Motors. Truly genuine and pleasant folks. They are, in every essence, the full embodiment of the "Goodwill" concept. Thanks guys, you rock!!

I D GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. The new management speaks to you in a very degrading, undermining manner when you confront them on their mistakes or any questions you have. In the event of a botched job on your vehicle caused by their own incompetence, they will deny it to the very end and refuse to correct or pay for the damages. Greed and arrogance at it s finest. Please go to an honest mechanic and not a poorly managed business like this one. Not everyone can afford a new car or further damages to their vehicle, but let it be their OWN vehicle and see how much time and effort they put into it. Absolutely disgusted.Service: Exhaust

Brought my truck in and had a full exhaust built. Ending up not being happy with the tone of the muffler I purchased and decided on a different option. They walked me through different options and were even able to install a different set up the next day. Highly recommend them and will bring any future exhaust work to them.

A different shop tried to charge me $450 for a job that costs me half as less. They were honest and didn t make me set up an appointment or overcharge. I pulled in let them know what I needed and they got it done in 45 minutes at the most.

I paid to have a mechanical job done on my only vehicle. Four Way motors and mufflers did a hack job at replacing my catalytic converters. The owner even told me they were rushing the job because it took longer than expected and that "they wanted to get my car out of the racks immediately because they were losing money on it". Not only did their work caused a significant issue with my exhaust system, but they also drilled a skrew into my battery post and terminal causing significant electrical issues that have activated my anti theft system as well as damaging the battery post permanitly, they left plugs from the wiring harness unplugged as well as something hanging from my undercarriage and they lied to me telling me it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay them more money to fix it. I took the car to two other reputable mechanics who both confirmed that the issue with all listed above but most importantly my exhaust system was directly only caused by Four Way Motors and Mufflers neglagent work on my cars catalytic converters where instead of drilling the ends of the bolts that had to be broken out they "glued it". When I approached Four Way to fix it again, for the second time, the owner was immediately hostile and quick to blame us when I confronted them with the other two mechanics conclusions that it was Four Ways fault. The other owner/mechanic at Four Way came out of the back of the shop in a threatening mannor leaving us with no choice but to take the car elsewhere to get fixed because I didn't trust them to touch my car again after them both being so hostile.
