The Firestone in Gallatin on Main Street has helped me out numerous times. For me it's very convenient as I work just off the square. They get the job done and keep me informed of progress.I am very happy to have them available to me.

They did fast, honest, effecient work. Very nice guys at this shop. Maybe have them put like a coffee machine or something there for when people have to wait extended times.

I can't remember the staff person's name, but he's been very friendly the two times I've been. He's gotten me in and out within a hour and a half, which I greatly appreciate.

One hour after an oil change, I'm about a quarter mile away at the goodwill, cooling cover totally fell off my car hanging to where I couldn't drive it, stuck in the middle of the parking lot. Called Firestone and got "we don't have anyone to come help you, the tech said he pulled on it... bring it in and we will fix it, or have it towed. To say I'm a bit disappointed is an understatement. Someone could have walked there faster than I was stranded for.

Be aware!! I took my new car (8,000 miles) in this location for an oil change as many other times. When I picked it up 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday it was backed in the front. Seemed strange but really didn t think a lot about it. Drove straight home parked it in the driveway at my house. 1 1/2 hours later we got in it to go to dinner seen a large scratch on the passenger side. Firestone was Closed so I notified 10 minutes before opening on Monday. Took the car down for pictures and to file a claim. Told the manager that I should have been concerned on Saturday because I have never seen a car backed in before. He stated they do back them in sometimes. After filing the claim it was denied because I couldn t prove it. BS!! I have to pay my deductible and file a claim with my insurance thank goodness for me being a responsible person.I have waited before writing this review. I wanted to see if other cars have been backed in again or not. No one in my family or myself has seen another car backed in. They were being deceptive and I trusted them. I learned a valuable lesson the hard way. Beware!!

Had an appointment i made for 11 a.m. I made the earliest appointment at 4 a.m. this morning its now 1 .p.m. my car is still sitting outside in the parking lot untouched I am still sitting here in the lobby I paid for 4 brand new tires and alignment should have taken maybe 45 min s just wondering why my car has yet to be touched

Last minute we ran over several nails right before closing was pulling a trailer and had my family with me. James took care of us we was back in the road in no time.

I have paid 10 or 20 dollars extra for bumper to bumper inspection. He told me that we will do tire rotation check out windshield water.. but non of them was done my windshield water was empty and tire rotation was also not done I most prefer Lebanon Firestone then gallatin

They did a good job on my car. Definitely could tell a difference from before I had tires rotated and oil change. Can't say anything bad.

Best Firestone in middle TN. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Store manager is honest and also pretty hot. Highly recommend.

Had an appointment and got there on time, just to be told they have no appointments. At one time this was a wonderful/trustworthy place to go. Never again, after talking to my family about it, we will never go there again. It's the fact he treated me like I walked in off the street and was expecting immediate service. I was trying to figure out, why make an appointment.

I took my girlfriends car here for some warranty work on her tires. It was Saturday afternoon. The service manager was on point. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was a little take back by an $11 dollar charge for tire disposal and a few other mineral charges. Just 4 weeks prior she spent just under $600 cash for 4 new tires. The right rear sidewall was damaged from day one. Being a former service manager for an electrical contractor I would not have charged the customer with the fee. Bottom line, I will for sure be back when I need tires or brakes.

I replaced the tries, changed the oil, and aligned my wheels on my my daily driver vehicle while at work. The staff was accommodating to my schedule and completed all services without issues.

Very pleasant experience! Very honest and friendly techs. Explained everything thoroughly and were very honest about what needed to be done and what could wait and costs. Waiting area was clean and open. I could see my car being worked on at all times. I will be back in the future! Special thanks to Kiedric, my tech on this visit.

I had a nail in my tire on the edge. I recently bought 4 new tires and got the road side warranty, I only had to pay for the installation and new warranty for the new tire that was put on. They had me in and out quickly! Thanks Firestone!

I arrived early to my appointment, and something unavoidable came up that forced me to have four Grandchildren with me ages 4-12!The staff was courteous and accommodating to us all. The work was done quickly and as far as I can tell was done perfectly! Car is driving better than ever! They have had my business for the better part of 14 year's and I have no reason to stop!

These guys are very nice and respectful and on point! I came in needing my front passenger tire replaced (ran over some glass the night before) and they took care of the problem promptly and efficiently. The tire couldn't be repaired because it had already been plugged so the gentleman sold me a new tire at a very reasonable price... These are the guys I will be doing business with from now on.

Went in to get my front brakes done and opted for the $10 "car look over" and so glad I did. They found a few problems with my SUV including completely broken springs in the back! They were honest and helped me prioritize the list and even gave me estimated timelines for each problem so I could budget it out. And I ended up getting their credit card because it has 0% for 6 months so i could spread things out and not touch savings or have to squeeze the household budget. Great work and honest helpful people.

I would give this place minus stars if I could. I brought my truck in at 10:00 AM on Wednesday and they told me they would get back with me in 2 hours. I needed an oil change and my brakes looked at. I had not heard back from them at 3:30 that afternoon and the lady said that they were waiting on a bay to look at my brakes and would call me back later. Thursday morning at 10:00 AM I still had not heard back from them and I called and they said that they were checking the brakes and would call me back in 10 minutes. They did not call back, so 2 hours later I called them and somebody finally told me that it was going to be $1000.00 to fix the brakes. I have to have them fixed so I will pay for this but I will never use this business again. This is ridiculous.

I used to work at this particular Firestone, and I know all the guys there. I would trust each and everyone of them with my car, and I have already in the past. Almost all mechanic shops get a bad rap for being dishonest when it comes to diagnosing what's really wrong with your car, but in my whole time working at this Firestone, I never saw that once. You can trust Brian, Stratton, and Silas working up front, as well as Mike, Rob, and Cody working in the shop, any day of the week, for any of your car repair needs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Gives us the exact service to be done on their computer. Me and my brother went there to check the brakes. And they removed the tires and showed us how dangerous the disc was. So they did the disc brakes changed in 2 to 3 hours. Other service centers said they would have a delay 3 to 4 days. So the experience was good

I went to Firestone in Gallatin, TN on Friday January, 25th 2019 and just had to write a review about my experience. I will stick with facts only. I made an appointment two days prior for Friday at 9am for brakes and an oil change. I arrived a few minutes before 9 and the guy upfront took my keys and said we got it. At around 10:45 I walked outside just to get some fresh air and noticed that my car was up on a rack and no one was around it. I went back inside and asked what was going on. Without even looking at me, one of the front deck clerks told me that someone was in front of me. I was not informed of this when I came in. I don't want to make this to long. Long story short, I finally got my car back after 1pm. That's right folks FOUR hours to change my oil and replace the front break pads. They also put my good tires that were up front, in the back without asking me if I wanted my tires rotated. I noticed the tires when I got home along with a leak. They spilled coolant and did not bother to clean it up or tell me about it. I will never go back for any reason!

They can not follow simple instructions, twice I ask them to put the spare tire back under the truck. That was to much for them, couldn't do it. When I ask why, the front man turned and said well let me see if I can find someone to do that. They had the truck 61/2 hours to fix a flat! They had it a half a day did half a job. And got paid full price.

I asked how much a service was and they quoted me the price. Then when after they looked at my car the price doubled. When I asked about it they explained it was that price per replacement. I left without anything being done. You can't do this to people. If something cost per item you have to say so. Never will come here again.

They told my wife it would take 1 hour & 1/2 for her car so we scheduled an appointment time. She had our two young kids with her. Took 3 & 1/2 hours. She asked them why it took so long & they said, "it just takes that long for your repair." When she said I called, made an appointment & you said it would be an hour & 1/2 for the maintenance." They responded, "well it's done now."I don't appreciate a company that does not treat women well. We will never go back. Ever.
