A top notch location! Bryce, Kendall, Jamie and the whole team have been thorough and diligent to care for our family s wheel and tire needs and we are grateful for their skill and attention to detail in their communication as well as their service. We recommend them and trust them.

Had an appointment for a rire rotation. The service was friendly. This place is usually very busy. They post that they will have you out within an hour of your appointment time and they did. I would recomend them based on tire availability alone. They are doing it right!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with honest upfront sales staff..wait time can be long depending on day and time, however it took less than 45 minutes to have 4 tires mounted balanced and out the door Friday the 12th of February...

I have used this discount tire location for years and for multiple vehicles. I have always had a pleasant experience especially with Kendall. His customer service skills are impeccable. Had an issue one time with a scratched wheel during installation and he handled it perfectly. Would recommend these to anyone.

I'm giving it 4 stars ONLY because the wait was longer than I expected.My husband bought allot of tires there for the company cars they had. He always appreciated the fact that they check air for people's tires, we ladies ESPECIALLY appreciate that! He passed but I still continue to do business with Discount Tire.

Does anybody ever get 5 stars on Google? I suppose there's always the few that don't have the patience or understanding necessary to interpret a customer service environment. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I didn't really have a plan for what I wanted, and the Sales Rep helped me choose a set of wheels and tires that are perfect. We increased the wheel size, and he had all of the information ready for how that would effect my truck, including speedometer changes. We made our selection and ordered the items. When they arrived we scheduled installation the following day. I dropped my truck off among the horde of other customers that morning, and I was told it would be ready at 11:30. At 11:22 I checked my status, and the work was complete. I was very happy when I saw the end result. Take your vehicle here! Skim over the negative reviews, those are the hobbyist complainers. Good job!

I was greeted, prompley had my appointment confirmed, and was put in the service rotation. The facility is clean and all the employees friendly and helpful.The wait time was longer than expected but these folks stay BUSY!I guess that's because of the service being the best and the genuine concern for your vehicle and your safety.Kudos to Tim and the rest of the crew.Thank you.

Absolutely hands down best place to do business. The whole crew are scientist of the industry that's constantly flows with the changes. Tires for your lifted truck or passenger tires for the going to town rig. They got ya covered at the best possible price.

Went through a small, tedious battle with an outside insurance company. The management team here handled the claim with patience over 2 weeks because of the snow. Excellent management and customer service.

Highly recommend. I've used them for years and they always do a great job. Great service, communication and price.Edit: Wow, just fantastic AGAIN! Got a screw in a tire. In and out without an appointment in less than an hour on a Friday, with rotation and balancing, at no cost, with the same great, friendly service I've grown accustomed here! Won't even consider going anywhere else!

It was dirty, they didn't put my spare tire back. They shined 3 of my four tires and treated me very poorly. They also didn't check all my tire pressures

Sat morning the 18th. 845am. I waited in line for 10 mins for Cody to tell me to let the guy behind me go 1st since he is picking up his car. Cody. Do you know what i was gonna ask? Or what I even needed?? Nope . Just let the next guy go 1st.

This morning I woke up to my tire flat in my driveway. Turns out I had picked up a nail. After getting my spare out, I found out that my spare was flat too! (What a way to start the day right?) We took both the spare and the punctured tire to Discount Tire. The staff was kind, professional and helpful. They were very busy, but you would never know it by the patience and friendliness of the staff. They filled my spare and sent me on my way while my punctured tire waited its turn for fixing. They called me back far quicker than quoted. When I got there, they immediately put my tire back on for me and checked for any damage from where my car fell off the jack at my house. My car got a clean bill of health, and when I asked them how much I owed, they said that was a free service they provided! I was amazed and SO grateful. I will never go anywhere else for my tire needs!

Jaime was very rude and pushy. He would not take no for an answer when I said I did not want to get new tires that same day. They only care about making a sale, not actually fixing the problem.

I have always had great experiences using discount tire. Staff is always friendly, they are always honest and pretty efficient. Makes it easy to drop off my vehicles and pick them up later when needed.

Let s start with the positive. They have a friendly crew and a clean store. As far as the service though, it could be just a little bit better. Took my car in for two new tires, and my low tire pressure light was on before they took it into the bay. I even told them the light was on. The dashboard indicates which tire was low. It said RF. But I figured it wasn t really the right front tire. The last time I went there for air in my tire, one of the workers told me the sensor was off because it was never reset from when I last had a tire change (from them). Needless to say, the tires I needed changed were the front two as they were wearing down. Why when I got my car back, the light was still on, meaning one of my tires (in the back) were still low. Which also meant, they didn t care to put air in the tires or reset the sensor either. This is why I say the service could be a little bit better. They are quick to tell you that you need new tires though. But that s neither here nor there. So now I ll have to return tomorrow for air in my tire.

Appointment was at 2:15. Left work for this. Now it s 3:00 and they haven t even put in the bay. Losing money to sit here. What is the point of an appointment???!!!

Took my truck in this past friday for regular rotation n balance. As they did with my wife, they told me my tires were bad/horrible and that i needed to get new ones. I politely said I m good but Kendall kept on pressuring me to buy new tires. I had to reiterate I m good but still got the whole bad tire speech. Barely have 24K miles on the tires they ve rotated and balanced since i bought it. Filled out their feedback email that was sent after completion. Shortly after that, they gave me a call. You d think they d apologize or try to explain more but nope! He tried to say we can give you a line of credit for new tires. These guys are used car dealership type salesman. More concerned about money than they are the people and their car.

The customer service was excellent and the prices were fair. They were really busy and there was a very long wait, but I guess that's expected for a Saturday. I will be back.

Fast and friendly service with knowledgeable staff.Was greeted quickly upon arrival. Given many options as far as available tires for my application and budget. Won't ever go back to your "do-it-all" tire places or service centers.

This is a very quick and efficient operation. My appointment was made on line, and when I checked in, I was told that it would probably take about 15 extra minutes, due to high volume (it did, but it wasn't terribly inconveniencing). It was really nice to also see that non-English speaking customers were able to get assistance too. The prices were very competitive. I'll be a returning customer.

I was not pleased with the guy (Kendall) at the front desks customer service skills. Borderline rude. Due to my not taking his advice to purchase 3 new tires today. He stated that rotating them would have no benefit. When I requested rotation anyway, he amplified his voice ( in a room full of customers) & said ok rotate 2 BALD Tires to the front of the vehicle & the 1 good one to rear drivers side & told me it would be an hour & a half to be finished!The guy I spoke to on the phone 10 mins before coming told me they would have me out in less than a hour.I listened to him interact with other customers & he was not loud or rude. It wasn't a good look for a place my family has been a loyal customer with.Disappointed!T Scott

I want to thank all involved at discount tires for working on my daughter s vehicle this morning by plugging her tire then not to even charge her. She was having a really bad 24 hours and your company put a smile on her face. I would say we will only buy our tires from you but we already have and do when needed. Your personal are professional, caring and tries to save the customer a dollar. Your actions this morning adds to all of that and we will ALWAYS buy from you. Thank you again

These guys are great. A couple of years ago, we needed tires and didn t have a lot of money. They found us 4 used tires that someone had just upgraded theirs. Still in decent condition. They were awesome.Have our business.
