Brought my vehicle in to the shop today. Chris Bowles walked me right through the whole process. The mechanic who did the work on my vehicle did a great job! 5 star service all around from this family run business. Before I left, Chris (owner) gave me pointers on how to keep everything running smooth. They gained my business from here on out. Thank you Chris (and team) for the outstanding work!

I was in Gallatin with my family for a soccer tournament today when I noticed I had a tire leak. I called Bowles because of the great reviews, and were a locally owned company. Even though I was calling an hour and a half before they closed today, Phillip said he would work me in. Within a few minutes after I arrived they found the problem, and in about an hour I was on my way. Every person I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed. They are definitely a buttoned-up shop! They have a list on their sign with services offered, but don t have the most important on that list, Customer Service.

Couldn't be happier with their staff and service. I was out of there in an hour for oil change, rotate, balance, align and a complete mechanical inspection. No up selling on things the car didn't need. Chris (Owner) was out helping and turning wrenches right along with his crew, the vibe, thanks and positive tone from everyone was simply amazing. So happy to have found a family owned shop that really cares about doing what's right. Spread the word

Recently my husband and I took my suv for new tires and his truck for new brakes. Our newest driver in the house is getting her first car and we wouldn t think of taking it anywhere else besides Bowles automotive! He is the absolute best. Honest and reliable and we will take every car we own to him! Hands down the best service and he has the best crew working there!

These guys are the best !! We came into Gallatin camping @ Bledsoe State Park & had brake problems on our truck. Chris & his guys had us fixed & out the door in less than 1/2 day & very reasonably priced. Cannot say Thank You enough. Highly recommend them !!!

Looking for a shop to fix a 20+ year old Monte Carlo. Josh and Chris were very friendly, and they fixed the car at a very reasonable price. I will return here in the future for more car work.

Been in Westmoreland a year, just met Chris and the boys. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to him from here on. Tires, brakes, engine repairs. The absolute best service and fair pricing. Highly recommend to anyone living in central TN to go visit Chris n co.

As a single woman it s hard to go to a repair shop and feel heard by the employees and to not feel like you ll be taken advantage of. Every time I have needed something done with my car I have been treated with respect (even when I had no idea what the right words/terms were). And most importantly they explained exactly what was going on, what they needed to do to fix it and gave me a fair and honest price. They understood when finances were tight and didn t judge when I couldn t do everything they suggested.I absolutely trust them and will continue to use them anytime my car needs a little help.

Chris only had about two minutes heads up that I was arriving from Auto Zone, and I only quickly cited that they had referred me to Bowles. Like a Pro, he listened to my top issues on my Mercedes-Benz E350 conv. I had bought the right fluid to place into the reservoir, he simply asked me if he could borrow my keys, they took her right in, and started pumping away!No doubt these gentlemen, and they are, can tackle any automobile issue - even convertibles! I am beyond happy with the service I received this morning at Bowles.When I walked in the first thing I noticed was how homey the office/waiting room felt. Which you don t often see with a business like this. There were two other customers waiting on their cars. I overheard them complimenting the business with how impressed they were on how quickly they were taken care of. Which was nice to hear with being a first time customer! Chris came out, very friendly, took down my information and keys. I got a call a couple hours later that my alignment was taken care of and my car is ready to be picked up. I was honestly expecting it to take longer but those two customers were right when they said they were impressed with how quickly they were taken care of. I was impressed as well!When I picked up my car Chris explained to me about the services I had done along with going over the paperwork provided to me. Again, very friendly as well as patient and answered the questions I had. We have two more cars needing alignments so I am happy to say I found the guy to take care of them! Great place. The owner has always been extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Prices are good (I used to be a mechanic to compare prices). Good, clean atmosphere, which is unusual for a lot of smaller mechanic shops. Side note-He has a wheel alignment machine.

Excellent garage to get your vehicle maintained and fixed. Chris and his team have no issues getting my 2008 VW Rabbit into the garage and back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bowles if someone is looking for honest and trustworthy work on your vehicle.

After being blown off at the place I had gotten my tires, I took my truck to Bowles for a second opinion on a vibration I had happening. I was heard and my concerns addressed. Not only did they take care of my truck quickly and thoroughly, they clearly had my best interest and safety at the forefront. Extremely fair pricing, and everything they do is transparent and thorough. They have a customer for life in me, and I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Bowles Complete Auto Care is an ABSOLUTE gift! I love the honesty, integrity, non-salesy approach to diagnostics and attitudes and patience of all I have encountered so far!! Well, I was prepared to type(I don't like typing) out a really long AMAZING review for Bowles Complete Auto Care, but just look at the other reviews and they say it all. These are real reviews by real people. This is the most honest, closest to perfect auto care place you will find. I live in Murfreesboro, 45 min away from here, and these are the only people I have found that I trust to look at my vehicles.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I recently had my vehicle towed to Bowles to have my vehicle diagnosed. The shop was quick and very professional. They did not rush me to pick my vehicle up, which helped me out because I work a lot . I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicles mechanical issues.
