Update 12feb2024- always top notch work. Been going here for like 3 years now, and will only take my jeep here. I don't let my family take their vehicles anywhere else unless it's a warranty thingOriginal post- Great bunch, imo very fair pricing, and fantastic customer service.This is still the only mechanic I go to, and the only mechanic I recommend in the area. As far as I know this is also the only mechanic in or around gallatin that will use the parts you bring.

I was really impressed with A few different aspects of my experience. After we dropped our vehicle off, They were pretty fast to assess the the issues We were concerned about. They reached back out to me That evening. They had a quote already prepared. I made a couple different calls just to make sure It was a competitive price, and they were Very reasonable in comparison. They were able to have our vehicle back to us the very next day.

I went to this auto mechanic shop with a friend because they felt like they were getting ripped off. Then I went and talked to him and it wasn't them ripping her off they are just trying to do a good and thorough job so I highly recommend this place the owner seems like he really knows what he's doing and he's just trying to do the right thing for people which is expensive some auto mechanics do try to rip people off but this is not one of them they're just trying to do things rightService: Auto maintenance

Quick and speedy service! They even let you bring in the part without an extra charge! All the other mechanics made you use their parts, which are grossly inflated! Really happy with their work!

They were very kind and got done what I needed quickly. I took my daughter's car in and they knew exactly what maintenance to do because they remembered the car. I wasn't there more than 20 minute. I'll definately go to them when I need car work done.

Very appreciative of these folks. I had a check engine light issue that was tricky to nail down. Whatever was wrong seems to have resolved itself, but they didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work done prior. Straightforward and honest; I'll definitely go back when I need work done.

They got to my work truck and solved the issues in the same week. Fair on pricing, definitely will be taking it there in the future.

Brought my car In for diagnostic and they called me every step and let me know estimated cost for their work and how far I wanted to go to get it diagnosed. Turned out to be more than I could afford to fix but they only had it for around week where as I took it to KIA in Madison before and they had it for 2 months and KIA couldn't tell me that my car was even on their property. 10/10 will be going to them again.

They add a alcohol breath machine to a friends vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off, and they added the machine. All he had to do was pick it up. No problems.

Took my daughters car here to have the brakes looked at after he quoted what he would charge her to fix them. After looking at them he said it would be $800.00 to fix it and when she told him she couldn t do that right now, He kept her keys and refused to let her take her car. I had to call the police. If I could give this place a zero star I would!!!! Horrible service

I brought a vehicle to him to see what needed to be fixed and call me to let me know how much it would cost He fixed my vehicle and with out calling me and letting me know he put a fuel pump in it and charged me 1,800$
