How disappointing! We bought a car, from a close friend, with a quote of repairs from this shop. My son had the car towed to Reliable with the quote. Not only was the price of repairs almost tripled, they told us that the work my friend had paid for and completed needed to be done again! Shameless! This town sure misses the honesty and integrity we valued when the Pewitts owned the shop! STAY AWAY!!!

From the first phone call to picking up my car, from customer service, service writer, machanic to corporate everyone was professional and treated me like family. They did a fantastic job on my car. I will continue to bring all of my families vehicles to Reliable Automotive. I highly recommend them!!

I recently had my car serviced at Reliable Automotive and their customer service was fantastic. They got my car in for a diagnostic right away. The repair itself was extremely quick and efficient, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Very fair pricing, nice and honest people. Had the engine in my 1997 Toyota Tacoma replaced. I've dealt with many different shops in many different places and Reliable Automotive had the absolute best customer service, the ladies up front were amazing, the work was beyond awesome and the team in the shop was very thorough and professional. I have sent multiple friends there for their auto work and will continue to do so. No other shop will ever work on any of my vehicles as long as Reliable is in business.

We had such a great experience with this mechanic! We had a trouble-child of a car and they were so kind and patient with all the issues that came up during our time there. We highly reccomend this place! We will be back with all our future car needs.

Benn looking for a repair shop as I have tried several with no integrity. Bought my son a car that needed a fair deal of repairs so decided to go with the reviews here and take a shot in the dark. Paid more than I wanted, however, that's the cost of doing business these days no matter where you go. When my son drove it home the overheating light and bell kicked in. UGH. As I am in Chicago on Business told my son and wife what to check, oil and fluid. Oil was fine fluid was gone. Had them refill, restart and then check in the am. Fluid gone. The mechanic explained there was a crack in the reservoir and a tear in the hose. Ok - as we ran a full diagnostic on this car and the radiator was never in question (especially two things) I instantly knew what happened. As a small business owner myself there are only two ways to handle this situation - the right way and the wrong way. After explaining this to the mechanic he checked with the owner and actually to my surprise he chose the right way. We all make mistakes, every single person reading this does. Small businesses depend on word of mouth and reputation/integrity. This place reminded me of the old school mechanics who would just make things right. This single action, although you took a slight dent in the net profit to fix, you have gained much more in future business. Not only from myself but also from people who are reading this and are on the fence about mechanical shops and integrity. Well done sir. Well done. Funny part is, I live next to Christian Brothers in Cool Springs and would now tow my vehicles to you rather than limp them a block to them. Thank you.

Brought the car in for a simple service and found out it was not simple. The team explained in detail what my options were and had my service done in a short amount of time.Very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I'll use them again.

IMO, HANDS DOWN the best, courteous, communicative, FAIR and CARING automotive place I have ever been too! I thought my previous mechanic (a dear friend) was the best, but Mike and the crew surpassed him.Since moving to TN lil over a year ago I have tried 4 other automotive companies and they were decent, just NOT MIKE and the crew at Reliable! TOP NOTCH! I have an older 328 and e320 and I am happy to know these babies are in good hands. TY very much Reliable

My vehicle had the dreaded GM V8 DOD/AFM lifter failure outside of warranty at 98k miles. I worked with Reliable through the diagnosis and came up with a plan to perform an AFM delete which meant removing the engine from the chassis, swapping out the lifters, cam, and performing a third-party tune. The vehicle has never run better even when new - period. I was worried because this was my first experience with Reliable, but the outcome was excellent. I will use Reliable for future repairs.

After talking with 13 other places I chose to bring my vw beetle to Reliable Auto for several mechanical repairs and I can t say enough good things about the experience, with reliable. From customer service to the service writer to the machanic to corporate everyone made me feel like I was family. They did an excellent job on my car and I highly recommend them to everyone. These guys are fantastic. Highly recommend. Thomas and Mike in the front were great - literally fit me in at the last moment after a referral from CarMax. Their tech took the time to drive my truck out in 840 and listen for the things I told them about. Great advice - no pressure - kept me informed via text all day. Everyone needs an honest reliable auto shop and this is it in Franklin. Fantastic.

The air went out in my Chrysler Pacifica and a month later the radiator went out. I used them both times and they had my van ready to go within 2 days both times. Mike, Tiffany, Dixie and Tim really did a great job scheduling, repairing and doing a secondary check of our Scion Xb's front shock replacement. It drives like a new car again! Great service, honest and fair estimate of the repairs and on time delivery. Keep up the great job!

Not only was this the best customer service I received from a car repair company but it was the BEST customer service I received in my life!! I am still speechless about the quality of service that Tiffany and Dixie provided me. They helped me get and return my rental car and my car was repaired much quicker than expected. I will be recommending them to anyone I know!! They made a stressful situation stress free. Reliable Automotive is a great place here in Franklin Tennessee to get your car worked on. I was traveling from Michigan and noticed that I needed brakes. Mike & his team are amazing! Everyone is so nice & there is coffee & a big screen TV in the very comfortable waiting area that makes you forget you are even at a car shop. It really made the time go by faster! I believe they truly care about their clients & do their due diligence to be sure they fix your car properly. After a horrible experience at another shop, Reliable Automotive listened, looked at my car, showed me proof my brakes weren't the problem. (The other shop put a SECOND set of warpped rotors on my car, and refused to replace them) Kept the cost down and gave me a informative timeline for further repair. 10/10 I highly recommend. They will be my Automotive repair shop moving forward.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

We can t speak highly enough of this auto shop! They had fantastic customer service. We traveled down to Franklin on a Friday afternoon and realized that our brakes were going out as we came into town. They got us in at 3:00 and our car was ready by five.
