I could not recommend this place to anyone. I do not recommend using them if you need a repair that requires painting. We took my wife s Bronco three times to correct the major runs and sags in the paint after the accident was repaired. Then after all the return trips, there are still fingerprints in the paint. I have given up on getting the paint corrected at this point. After a month, we noticed the tailgate was sagging, and would not close correctly. That s when everything turned worse. The lack of communication is honestly impressive. If I didn t know any better, I would say nobody works there. I called and left multiple voicemails just for them to go unreturned. After weeks of sending calls into the abyss, I drove to the collision center to see if I could make an appointment to resolve my tailgate alignment. The doors were locked, and I could not get access to even make an appointment. This issue has been going on for months, and finally my wife was able to reach them. The fix took five minutes, and it was resolved. All this effort felt like moving a mountain just for a minor fix.

Horrible communication and carelessness. I got my bumper and right headlight replaced on my Lincoln MKX. I was told my car would be ready by a certain date. It wasn t ready until a week later. Even then, I still had to call to see if the car was ready to be picked up, because they never let me know. Once I got the car there was a scratch on my hood, which they buffed out and removed on the spot. Then after getting in the car, I found part of my old bumper in the backseat floor. When I got home, I noticed my rear windshield wiper was completely missing! And to be honest, the right headlight they replaced has part of the hood glued really tight up against it, which made the bumper siding below, protrude in a way that isn t happening with the left side.I chose this location because it was at the Lincoln dealership. I m shocked that their attention to detail, overall care, and communication doesn t reflect what the Lincoln brand portrays.Service: Body & Trim

Do NOT take your vehicle here. Took Tahoe in for rear collision repair. Rear glass was chipped by body shop. The rear safety camera that was attached to rear glass is missing. Rear black bow tie emblem was cracked and chipped by shop in 2 places. Rear wiper arm cracked. Body clips laying about in rear cargo. Various scratches in paint around vehicle. I also had them paint the front bumper and hood, they left 3 bolts missing from the front bumper and creased the fender when reinstalling the hood. Amateur and careless work to say the very least.

Everyone here was extremely welcoming and very nice. They were informative, prompt, and efficient on repairs. Extremely Lengthy wait to get a rental car, but besides that they were very professional. Considering coming here now for regular routine maintenance if the service team is as equally nice and professional.

I emailed about an estimate for a new tailgate. Jason communicated so kindly with me through the whole process. My previous experiences at the service center up front had caused me to go to another dealership for all my service needs. However, after this experience with Jason and the collision center, my faith is redeemed in this location. Communication was great. Called them several times for an update on my Truck but they never pick up the phone. so unless you have time to go in and check on the progress best go elsewhere. terrible service
