Thr Nashville roads are unforgiving on your vehicle, and The Firestone in Franklin couldn t have worked out better to get us what we needed. I called first to get pricing, and made an appointment online early the next morning. Paolo and Ryan were very nice and communicative. There s plenty of walkable things to do around the area, and I didn t wait there. I don t think the wait time was bad at all. From the time they called with their diagnosis after removing the tires, to calling to say it s done was about 3 hours. Which anyone in a rush for services, I ll never understand why. Pricing was worth every penny so my Husband didn t have to jack this Jeep Wrangler up and cuss at the wheels & tires all day long. Thanks to the team at Franklin Firestone, y all were great!

I'm rating this Firestone shop with three stars, primarily because the technician who handled my alignment was both kind and professional. However, my experience with the service writer and either the service manager or shop foreman left much to be desired due to their rude attitude towards me as a customer. Having previously worked for several major dealerships for many years, I am well aware that the service and interaction at this location could have been significantly better.

The location was convenient and Gerald was very friendly and helpful. The overall time that it took to get the car into the bay and the tire changed was longer than expected. My car is driving great and I m satisfied with the service that I received.

Gerald & Ryan & crew are always very kind, helpful & on the ball. I really like the constant text/email communication at each stage. I recently got my other car, a Lexus ,looked over at the dealership & they don't do that. I showed them Firestone's protocol & suggested they do the same !! Keep up the good work !!

This location is why I choose Firestone for all things with our Ram Promaster vehicle maintenance. My husband and I travel often for work and while working in Franklin we stopped into this Firestone ( 10 minutes to closing) to see if they possibly had any last minute cancellations for the next morning as we would be leaving town to make our way back to New York and an oil change needed to be done. The younger then us service attendant who worked there that day was a complete gentleman, completely professional, wasn t able to accommodate us for the morning which was totally fine but realized something was off with our back tire by the looks and filled all 4 tires with air as a courtesy. No charge. He could have just sent us off on the road. it was the end of the day. We were not local customers. We can t express how grateful we were to be taken care of in that way by someone so thoughtful. I can t wait to come back to Franklin so we can get our tuneups and oil changes with your team. Excellent through and through and I wish I knew his name because he deserves a raise!

The team was quick and efficient. They made sure to check out everything before I left to make sure I was safe on the road. I live 35 minutes away from them but don t mind the drive as I know they are the best team!

Always feel the services are priced fairly, and their concern is fixing your issue and not trying to sell you other services.

I have previously rated this location five stars. They deserved it for many years. In fact, I have been a Firestone customer for more than seven years for maintenance and tires. I visited this location on December 9, 2022 for an oil, change, spark, plug replacement, coolant flush, and tire rotation. After waiting about 90 minutes in the waiting room, a supervisor informed me that while changing the spark plugs, they broke one of the spark plugs off in the cylinder coil. They towed my car to a Ford dealership in hopes, they could remove the spark plug. The repair necessary to fix the damage done by Firestone is $6900. Almost 4 weeks later, I m still paying for a rental out-of-pocket, and Firestone has given me no resolution, and they have not even contacted the dealership or gone to look at my car. I have called their claims department and customer service line more than 20 times. I have emailed them. No one calls back, or returns emails. I m sure they are very busy, but the way they treat loyal customers makes me think I won t be returning.Update: I emailed the folks who responded to my review. They informed I should just keep trying to reach the person in their claims department who has been ignoring me for three weeks and has never returned any phone calls, despite the fact that I ve called more than a dozen times during this time.Service: Oil change

Call went something like this: Me - can I pay you for an alignment and get you to measure and adjust my front toe-in to my specs? . Firestone: what kind of car is it? . Me: Tesla, but it s all custom and I have it setup how I want - it s pouring rain and I just need the toe adjusted before I go to the track. . Firestone: Oh, we don t have the software to do an alignment on a Tesla . Me: Umm, I don t want it aligned to factory specs. Can t you load it as a Civic or better yet, just measure it and let me tell you what to adjust? I can t do this in the rain . Firestone: No, if we don t have the software we can t - those are weird cars . Me: The suspension and steering is the same as every car made in the last 50 years you know what, nevermind, I ll find a real shop. I wouldn t trust anyone that doesn t know how cars work to touch any of my vehicles. This a huge red flag. I called Gateway and we had a great laugh at the ignorance. An alignment works the same on 99.9% of cars it s not rocket science, people.

I was traveling back to Mississippi from Nashville and noticed that I had a nail in my tire. Called the good people at Firestone to see if they had availability and told me to bring in the truck. Very professional and prices were reasonable. They found that my battery was extremely low........replaced the battery and changed my oil. Very glad I stopped here.

I had this Firestone location replace 4 tires on my 2010 Dodge Challenger. They replaced the tires and tried to sell me on an alignment which it didn't need. After paying the bill I got in my car and drove home (1 1/2 hours away). When I got home I noticed 2 lug nuts were not original and 2 lug nuts were missing. They also put the lead wheel weights on the outside of the mag wheels.I travel a lot for work and can't get back to their facility to get them to fix it, but I should have NEVER received my car like this after they finished with it. They never said anything about missing lugnuts or having to replace lugnuts with cheaper nonfactory ones. I am very dissatisfied with them. I will never use this Firestone again.

Dropped my car off for an alignment. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I inspected it and found where the tech had damaged the tierod boot. When I confronted the service rep about it he lied and said it wasn't their responsibility. When I would not accept that excuse they agreed to fix the boot but I would have to leave car overnight. They called the next morning and said everything was ready, but when I arrived the boot was still damaged. When I talked to the sales rep(paulo) his initial response was to lie and deny damage. They refused to take responsibility for their incompetence. Do not trust this establishment with your business, they will damage something and lie to cover their mistakes.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my Mustang there to dial in the alignment. Its lowered and the other shops had a hard time getting the alignment correct. I took it here and they did a perfect job! I will definitely be taking it back to this Firestone for my future alignments.

I had to get a wheel alignment and oil change on the afternoon of Sunday, July 2nd. For whatever reason I must've invented in my head that the whole thing would take about 30 min. I was so wrong lol, it's like an hour which makes way more sense. Anyhow, after Firestone I was going straight back to my house to test/sell a jetski, then way out of town for the 4th, so still had to drive all night. And because of my own little fantasy world, I almost blew the whole carefully timed plan. Luckily, the two guys working up front that day were cool, knowledgeable, funny, & totally on top of the rush I did to myself. I wish I remembered their names! Two great guys who also saved me some money that day too! I think my mechanic was Bill & he also did great because no tires getting shredded to their early deaths. I didn't get a chance to really talk to him but thank you! But def the guys up front were the reason I got out w enough time & had lots of fun waiting instead of panicking. Really wish I remembered your names but you guys should really get a raise. Or a bonus. I hope whoever grants those is reading this. They are worth it. Thanks for being the best you guys and for all the good news that day too! I'll be back because of you.

I bought four new tires from Firestone a few months ago. Today my rear tire has a leak, so I called to see if they could try and fit it in to patch it and that I needed it the next day to take my kids to school. The guy told me that they would try. Then I drove there and the guy at the desk tells me they can t fit it in and it would be the next day. The least they could ve done was tell me that over the phone. Even worse is that I m a paying customer who just bought a bunch of tires and they won t even try to help me out. If you actually cared about your customers, maybe you would build in some time for some customer service on the tires that you ve been selling. Now I ll take it somewhere else and the next time it comes time to buy tires I ll be buying from somebody else too.

I do not recommend firestone for your car maintenance. Last year I had my oil changed and they did not completely tighten my filter and I drove 3,000 miles before realizing my car was leaking oil. When I brought it back they did redo the oil change free of charge but at the next oil change 5,000 miles later I found out they tightened the filter so tight it broke the ring around the filter and was causing oil to leak. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be back! The Toyota dealership did send me a picture but I do not know how to add it to the post.Service: Oil change

Took my yukon denali in and they told me it was a blown head gasket and I should have it towed to a engine shop.... the engine shop did great on my simple spark plug wires. When I dropped it off at Firestone. I told them I felt like it was spark plug related but they ensured me it was a blown head gasket. Wasted hundreds of dollars. Will not be back.

Waste of Time: I had a 9:00 am appointment. They did not have the car finished by noon. I called them at 2:00 pm and they said since it was a drop off... then he trailed of like that was an excuse for not working on my car. I asked when it would be done and they told me between 2:30 and 3:30. At 3:15 they called and gave me a laundry list of add on services, about half of which were not necessary, or should have just been done as part of good service. My car was ready at 4:00 PM. It took them 7 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, they wanted to charge me for taking a wire brush to the battery terminal and cleaning it, and when I walked around my car the wheel cover wasn't even completely on one of the wheels.

Came to shop without an appointment due to flat tire. Was told had to wait an hour and a half or more. However only waited 35 minutes and they did a great job getting new tire on the car.

My friend had a flat, we came in yesterday afternoon and asked if we could get a flat fixed or have someone put my friends spare on. The guy at the counter said no, they could not do anything until tomorrow but we could drive to cool springs at his other location. The tire was flat and we explained that we couldn't drive that far as it we pumped it just to get there and it was already flat again. He was not helpful at all. However, the guys at the Valvoline place across the street were most helpful. She was able to get home safely. We will remember this and take our business else where in the future.

I have been going here for six years. Last week I went for oil change and a tire rotation. I always mark my tires to ensure that they are rotated especially because last time I was here they did not rotate the tires. When the service was complete the tires were not rotated. when I asked them to rotate the tires. they said that they did. I explain that I marked the tires and they were not rotated so he said fine he ll rotate them again. In addition they forgot to reattach a plastic cover on the bottom of my car which then acted as an air scoop on the highway and dragging along the road. Very disappointedService: Oil change

Called to get a quote on a battery install and replacement. Informed whoever I was speaking with (Store Manager Paolo) that I was hoping to know the year of the battery and if it might be under a manufacturers warranty or anything like that. He got testy with me and informed me I needed to call whoever sold me the battery. When I just asked him then to quote me on the battery and install itself he quoted me a price. I asked him for his name and he swiftly hung up the phone. I called back and spoke with a different manager, Gerome, who also made it clear he wasn t interested in my complaint. Terrible customer service and definitely lost my business. Think twice before using this place of business!

Closes at 7:00pm, ask them to look at my tire as it was flat and they stated, we can t take anymore cars and it was 5:50pm. They won t even look at it, and states, we can look at it on Tuesday. Customer service is poor at best. No Firestone visits for me ever again. Sad when a local brick and mortar company will not even look or try to help.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

They need to teach their employees a little bit better customer service I walked in and an employee told me sorry we're booked with appointments all day. He didn't offer to schedule me for an appointment he didn't offer condolences nothing. They need to be more customer-friendly all of the employees especially the ones in the back they don't get to talk to people much the normal people that work the monitors are perfectly Suited to interact with the public but some of them just don't have what it takes. I'm sorry but it's the truth I was mad and I came back later on and said hey schedule me for an appointment if that's the only way to get service here

We are fairly frequent customers of this location since my wife gets her company vehicle serviced here regularly. The customer service is top notch. Friendly and they go our of their way to investigate details that most folks would tire of quickly. Turnaround times are remarkably fast. Quality of the service is always error free. Highly recommend this service location. Location is tucked just off Royal Oaks Blvd in South Franklin near the main US Post Office.

Staff was polite and engaging. I feel like the alignment is still a little bit off but with a 12 month warranty im not going to complain. I'll have them look at it again in a few weeks and see if they can't tighten it up. My Jeep is 24 years old, so this was to be expected. They had free coffee and hot cocoa and a very clean restroom. Also the price for the work was very fair.
