They truly turned a not great and stressful situation into the best experience. William and his team handled everything effortlessly and my car turned out brand new and better than I was thinking (before and after pictures). Looks like I just pulled it off the dealer lot again! Incredibly thankful for this shop and the care they gave my car.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, General repairs & maintenance

This shop did an absolutely fantastic job with my Camry. They were very communicative throughout the process, and worked with my insurance to ensure that the only thing I had to do was pay my deductible. They even took care of returning my rental car for me. Jason specifically is the man. Highly recommend this collision center.

STAY AWAY ......Absolutely AWFUL experience. My BMW M3 was damaged in a minor front -end accident on 8/22/23. Admittedly, the car is a special model and very precise. HOWEVER they accepted the work. The entire time they had the car (6 MONTHS) - The shop never called ME to check in - I had to hunt them down and only after MANY calls would I ever get one return phone call. They CLAIMED that it was parts delays, but each excuse seemed to be a part they should have evaluated prior to ordering parts. IF it was parts delays what happened next was UNREAL - I finally pick the car up on 2/15/24 and EVERY DASH light was on : Stabilization, oil, brakes (brakes were replaced a month before the wreck) etc. They took it back into the shop for the "calibration guy" to look at it - he "couldn't find" a problem, so I was instructed by my service advisor to "just drive it awhile" the lights SHOULD go off. Well.... I knew better than that so I called my mechanic (Wursters.. a TRUE GREAT business) and they said there was a sensor damaged in the wreck that needed to be replaced. Guess we missed that (I mean they only had the car 6 months) - THEN my mechanic discovers that the transmission plate was damaged AND the tie rods were both damaged (from towing inappropriately ) - BUT they HAD to have the car on a lift, they HAD to see that and they CHOOSE to return the car to me damaged after 6 months. I would NEVER EVER use this business again. STAY AWAY - not only do they not care to communicate they also return cars damaged and tell you to drive them - which would cause irreparable damage.... WOW just WOW

Really good experience as soon as I spoke with William Dean. He was able to get our car in for review after our accident in a week. We would have been waiting a month to be seen at a collision center closer to us. The estimate was provided in a timely manner and it allowed us to get back on the road sooner.

This is the absolute worst body shop I have ever had to deal with.I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra that had a factory paint defect in the rear driver side door about the size of a soft ball. I brought it to the dealership and was advised that the repair would be covered under the factory warranty. I was instructed to go to their collision center where I was informed the repair would take 3 days. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was met by one of the managers who advised that more work needed to be done but to take the truck home and bring it back the following week.1. There was a paint drip on the front driver side door.2. The window molding on both doors was not taped down properly. So, I took it home. After studying it more, it was overwhelmingly obvious that they did not have the right paint mixture and I could see very clearly the blend lines in both doors (see pic 1). In addition, during the buffing process, they had ripped off and burned the paint protection I had installed on the rocker panels. So I took it back the following week, showed the manager the issues, to which they said they would need about five days to make it right.5 days later (today) I show up to a pretty nice re-paint job, they replaced the paint protection but had not fixed the door window molding. As I continued to walk around the truck, I noticed a massive scuff on my passenger side of the front bumper! (see pic 2). I lost it...To top it off, their communication is horrible. I had to call to get updates on the status and even then, the updates were vague.I ought to make them pay for half of this month s car payment... They still have my truck and I have no idea how long it s going to take to fix the damage they caused.I will update the post once this is resolved.

I brought my Toyota Corolla to this body shop after an accident, and they completed the repairs within 4 weeks. I had a positive experience with them and would gladly recommend them to others. David consistently kept me informed about the progress.

IF YOU CAN, FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.I had my car towed here by my insurance after a deer ricocheted off a car in the opposite lane and into/under my bumper. Unfortunately, they were one of the only ones with some availability (now I know why).Communication is not something this team excels at. My rental car period was almost cancelled more than once because insurance couldn't get in touch with this team for an update on my repair.Every single time I called, the operator routed me to the person that was handling my repair. They never answered and never once called back the entire time my car was there (about 2.5 months)After this happened several times, the operator began to immediately route me to that number, not even taking my call. I was also hung up on by this same operator when I attempted to call back repeatedly in an effort to try and get her back on the line to talk to someone else.My car was eventually deemed too expensive to repair and was totalled.I called this team several more times in an effort to make sure I had no belongings in the car and to coordinate getting my license plate back before the recycle company picked up the totalled car....They never called back....I will never know if there were still any belongings in my car....I never got my license plate back.

Wish I could give below a 1 star, waited 4 months for the privilege of them accepting our car for repairs. We are very dissatisfied with the service and blame the cool spring Toyota dealership for having such a horrible collision company as a partner. In the future, don't lie and make sure you have the part when you make someone wait 4 months for an appointmentService: Body & Trim

They have done body repairs on two of my cars after other people hit me. They work with you, the insurance company, and are very friendly. They do good work and both cars came back looking great.

Deep off was great and they stayed late to help me wait for my rental car. So far so good.Update: A part got hung up in shipping for almost two months (not the fault of the shop). They called me and gave me realistic news and updated me often. Could not ask for better service! Do not regret my 5 starv review.

I would recommend anyone in the area to go to Cool Springs Collision. They have the best customer service of anywhere I ve been. I dropped off my car for a bumper replacement because a family member ran into it. I got a timely estimate online and went in a few days later to review it with them. They redid the estimate, sent it over and called me to set up an appointment. I left my car there when I was out of the country for two weeks. When I walked in, I told the receptionist my name and she knew exactly where my papers and keys were. I had never talked to this specific woman but she was super nice and knew about my trip. She conversed with me about how it was while finishing up my paperwork and payment. Right before I left she told me my car was cleaned inside and out. When I got to my car it was immaculately clean. It looked like it had a deep detail. I called my dad on the way out of parking lot to tell him it felt like I was driving away with a new car! Thank you Cool Springs Collision!Service: Body & Trim

They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and concerned about getting my vehicle back to me and in new condition. Matt called me almost daily to give me an update on the progress of my truck and delivered it when they said it would be done. Great job and I would highly recommend them. They also worked great with my insurance company and I have no worries or issues.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Total waste of time! They were supposed to email me an estimate and never did. I spoke to Jason on the phone several times and he told me he would send it but he never did. I just called again to speak to a manager and he acted like he didn't even care. This place is a joke

I've had two instances where my car needed body work and both time Cool Springs Collision Center knocked it out of the park.Once as a result of the ice storm we had in February (was ran into by an ATV) and more recently from hitting a deer. Vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and the repairs were comprehensive to make sure there was no structural/mechanical damage. The communication was very nice and it was good to be able to ask questions via text and get snappy responses.

They replaced a damaged bumper on our car which also had to be painted. They ordered it ahead of time, scheduled our visit and got us in and out earlier than the estimated time. They were extremely nice and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They also came in with the most reasonable estimate around the area. They did a great job!! Excellent customer service!!Service: Painting

Cool Springs Collision did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended. Michael Vest worked hard to get my car in and completed while I was on vacation, saving me the cost of a rental car. The text messages and communication were exemplary. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Cool Springs Collision Center is the best!! They repaired and painted the roof on my Tacoma and it looks fantastic. Love the staff, everyone is kind and courteous and friendly. They took great care of my vehicle and finished the job very fast. They even washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. This is the second time I have used them. My first experience was excellent and they did not disaapoint this time either. I will continue to use Cool Springs Collision for all my automotive collision repairs. Keep up the awesome work guys and girls and thank you again for everything!!

My interaction with Cool Springs Collision Center was as a result of an accident during the wild winter storm in February 2021 while I was driving through Tennessee. My rear driver side tire/rim was damaged after I hit something on the highway. The initial assessment by my insurance company did not catch some of the major suspension damages. Mr. Mark made sure that my insurance received a thorough supplemental assessment which ensured that the repairs were done correctly. I really appreciated the open communication throughout the process via text messages which allowed me to track the progress of the repairs and determine my plans for pick up (I had to drive from out of state to pick up my car three weeks after the original accident). I recommend the technicians at Cool Springs Collision Center with full confidence that they will get the job done correctly.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. Good luck if you deal with Kayla Springs. *THEY DO NOT DO PARTIAL REPAIRS AND DO NOT MENTION THIS UP FRONT*: I dropped my car off on Friday for an estimate. Heard nothing, so I had to wait the whole weekend. Monday comes and I still hear nothing, so I call at 4pm. They had basically forgotten my car existed and promised an estimate by the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I had to call again, they claim they emailed me the estimate. They did not. I asked them to email it again , and it came through. I was quoted $5400 for all the bells and whistles, but I really just wanted my door replaced, my hood replaced, and my radiator fixed. I don t need all the tiny things. I was THEN told they could not do partial repairs . That s fine, except now my car has been there A WHOLE WEEK and I m just now finding out they can t do what I need!!! I asked Kayla Springs herself if she could recommend any shops who could help me, and she had the MOST uncaring apathetic response. She basically shrugged and said I don t know . Literally the most unhelpful person I ve ever met in the service industry. I get more help from the people at the McDonalds drive thru! So Cool Springs Collision Center has wasted a week of my life, since I ve been stuck in the house waiting to hear back, and they only tell me about their partial repair policy with the most apathetic attitude after they have wasted so much of my time. You all really should be ashamed of yourselves. I live in this area alone without family, and my car is my only way to get to work and run errands. You should be much more mindful of that when you are working with peoples cars.

Based on my experience, effective communication, adherence to deadlines, and work quality are all substandard. A woman named Sandra apparently manages the logistics and operations and is NOT great at it. I was sent mixed messages about the status of my vehicle, among other things. For example, the original assessment stated that repairs would take 5 days but it ended up taking over 2 weeks to complete. Another example, I was told via text and by phone that my vehicle would be ready that day but was informed when I arrived that I d have to come back the next day. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle, there were items missing on the vehicle (tire valve cap) and white residue on the surface of the vehicle. Poor quality and attention to detail. Again, I d strongly advise you to find another auto repair center.

Very friendly staff. They did a great job communicating what was going to happen and timelines. Text based notification system for repair updates was awesome. Got our car back and we are very pleased with the repairs and the extra mile to clear the inside an outside of the vehicle.

I ve used this facility two times. The quality of work is great, however it s overshadowed by incredibly awful customer service. I had called to request repair updates on both occasions, and I NEVER got an update. The work always took longer than predicted and it has now effected my insurance claim. I won t return...

Extremely impressed with everyone at Cool Springs Collision! They did an excellent job on my Nissan Titan. They had me back on the streets in no time. They even matched the 12 year old paint color so there's no evidence that anything has been repaired. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
