I cannot say enough good things about the team at Cody s Repair. They went over and above to help my husband and I out when we experienced car trouble on a long distance road trip. They were courteous, thorough, reasonable, and did quality work. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle to them.

The team at Cody's Automotive is always professional. I am a long time customer and each experience over the years has been great. I trust that my vehicles will be properly diagnosed, carefully and thoroughly explained, and expertly repaired. They also are sure to remind me of manufacturer recommended maintenance. I trust them to care for my vehicles as if they were their own. Excellent in every way.

Highly recommend Cody s. They truly live out their motto. In a world where you may not be able to trust even what you are told from an auto repair shop, Cody s provides a place where they place the customer first and foremost. Definitely coming back for all of our automotive needs.

Corrected Review: The owner personally reached out to correct this situation immediately after I decided not to go through with the diagnostic and made it right by providing complimentary service. Cody assured me that this is not how they usually do things and apologized for all of the miscommunication. I went through with the diagnostic- I told him, I m really just there to get my car looked at and I appreciated that he reached out to me. He followed through on his promise. When the staff came back to me with my estimate, they continued to be kind & they explained the breakdown of the cost to me and put it in writing. They found me a couple of replacement part options at different prices and didn t try to sway me one way or the other. As someone who was ready to forget this business, my first experience has been transformed and I would be willing to come back to them again. They corrected the miscommunication issue & seem like the kind of business that is willing to go the extra mile for their customers, even the new ones.Original: Called in to get an estimate from the front desk, got a price, said okay thank you- they were concerned as to why I didn t want to make an appointment, I said I was quoted for a better price elsewhere. The front desk rep. asked a manager, they said they would price match and that my A/C diagnostic would likely be cheaper than my quote from the other place ( quote at the other place was $267 total). I said ok, I ll sign up for an appointment. Brought it in one day early and did a key drop.Today is the next day. I ve been called multiple times since this morning by 2-3 different people who don t seem to be communicating properly with one another and the person I originally made the appointment with never wrote anything down about our conversation. Just found out that they need me to show it in writing where they promised me a price match. I don t have it because they never sent me anything & simply assured me it would be as they said over the phone. Everyone I spoke to has been very kind but I wish I had just gone to the original place that quoted me.

What a fantastic experience at Cody's this morning! Everyone was so kind, and the work was priced fairly and done well. I have definitely found a good, honest auto shop and will be coming back here for all of my car needs!

Our car is 15 years old with more than 165,000 miles on it and twice in the past 14 months it has acted up in a manner reflective of needing a new transmission. So both times, we took it into Cody s and prepared ourselves to hear those dreaded words we need to replace the transmission. Both times, it just needed a smaller repair (less than $1,000, compared to a new trans at $6,000); two different small parts that had worn out. But the fact that Cody s could have easily told us it needed a new transmission, and they didn t, is why we go back there. Plus, their staff have clearly not been trained to upsell - they present all the info in a clear and transparent manner and explain all your options. One of their team members spent 28 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand my options in a very no-pressure way. They are pleasant and polite and we consider having access to an honest, God-honoring service shop a blessing.

I broke down outside of Franklin TN on my way home to Texas. After being towed to a different mechanic who wouldn t even look at my truck for 3 weeks, I found Cody s. I called to ask if they could look at my truck & from the person who answered the phone to the mechanics, everyone was kind & helpful. They got me in that day & were able to determine the damage. Cody s provided me a loaner car, made an exception for my dog, and had me back on the road before the weekend. Everyone went above & beyond. Great people

Love the crew here. They are so honest. The work they do is second to none. They missed items on my initial quote and instead of just coming back And telling me I needed to pay even more ($1500), they took care of it because they made an error. That integrity is rare these days. Kind, caring, dedicated. And they do excellent work. I m a lifer.

I went to Cody s for a pre-purchase inspection and was very pleased with their service. I payed a fair price for a very thorough inspection, and had a detailed report with photos that showed the condition of the vehicle in great detail. They walked me through each finding, and were able to answer my questions as we reviewed the report. I was able to make a purchase at a third party dealer with confidence thanks to the expertise of all the technicians at Cody s. Even though I live 50 minutes away, I plan to return for service needs when my new Subaru needs it.

Honesty, good morals, transparency, good people. I was quoted $5200 at a dealership, brought in my car and Cody's fixed it for less than $1000! They are doing good in this world. Can't say enough positive words.

We went to three different auto repair shops to get rhe engine fixed in our 2017 GMC truck and these places told us that we would need to have the engine replaced and it would cost about $19,500. We called Cody s and they said they are into repairing the engine first if possible and they realized my truck had relatively low mileage. After completing a thorough inspection, they found the problem and made the repair and also replaced my front and rear brakes and rotors all for $5450, much lower costs and better service. I will take all of our vehicles to Cody s.

Cody's was fantastic!!!! Very friendly, kind and helpful staff... Cody is a man of integrity! I had to get a tire for my Honda and it was such a joy and pleasure to wait at Cody's automotive waiting for my new tire to be put unto my CRV. I highly recommend Cody's Automotives!!!

I was introduced to Cody s by friend of mine who was gone there for years.I have a 2018 Ford F150, which is still under warranty so I took it to the local Ford dealer in Franklin.I was experiencing a little bit of coolant on the ground and took it in to see what was going on. The service advisor at the Franklin Ford dealership told me that I had several things wrong and gave me a an estimate for $6,686 for work to be done and told me that it was not covered under warranty.I told him not to proceed and called Cody s and asked them to send a wrecker and pick up my truck.The folks at Cody s are awesome and very honest. I left the truck with them for several days and they found nothing that the Ford dealer said was wrong with the truck. They provided me with pictures and videos to prove their point and provide complete transparency. They fixed the issue and it was less than $200.Cody s is now my go-to car repair provider!!

Very friendly and welcoming repair facility. We have used the same auto service repair facility in California for several decades. Cody s Automotive reminds me of that facility. We had a minor glitch in our oil change process. We returned the next day and our car was examined and area of leakage was cleaned. We just had our second oil change at Cody s Automotive. Service and courteous staff were excellent.

I thoroughly appreciate the comprehensive explanation that the mechanics provide via descriptions and photographs of various components about any vehicle repairs and maintenance. I enjoy working with everyone involved from the front office to the mechanics who work with me to help me make the best decisions for my vehicle s current and future maintenance needs.I wouldn t go anywhere except Cody s Automotive Repair and refer others to them. It s a comfort to know I m in good hands with Cody s.

a little bit pricey but the customer service was exceptional and they got things done quickly considering I only went to get my license plate removed and ended up having to get a whole new battery in the same day. also topped off some of my oils with no extra charge. :)
