I backed out my wife's Audi and partially knocked off this mirror. Chris looked at the damage and assessed a new assembly was needed. Well 30 minutes into polishing out a mark on the other side his body guy had fixed the mirror, connecting the wires and setting it to work. This extra effort saved me $3,200!! Honor, integrity, kindness was greatly appreciated. Thanks Chris & Brown for making our day! God Bless.... Bob

We moved our 2014 Ford Fiesta to Brown's after another shop wanted to take the roof off to repair damage to the rear wheel well/fender. Brown's kept us informed, worked with us while we dealt with a difficult insurance company (their customer, a local electric cooperative, had admitted fault), and delivered a car that looked as good as or better than before the damage.Tim Ross was a model of patience and professionalism, always courteous, helpful, and friendly. Taylor took good care of us when we picked up the car.I highly recommend them.

A gentleman recently hit my Lexus. His insurance picked Brown s, at first I was wondering if they were a good shop as I had already picked another shop to do the repair but I just rolled with it and WOW leaving Brown s today after the repair I feel like I m driving a brand new vehicle. They are phenomenal. If you need body work on your car and live in a 50 mile radius of their shop don t even consider going anywhere else. They are a well oiled machine and have 5 star customer service, from helping with my rental to bumping up my repair in their schedule due to a clearing on their end, they absolutely went above and beyond. I seldom write Google reviews but these guys and gals deserve it. Thanks Brown s!

Brown s gave us an estimate to fix my wife s Crossfire damaged by some guy loosing a load of roofing shingles off his truck on I65. The repairs which included windshield replacement, a headlamp and a lot of front end bodywork was done to perfection and Russ kept me appraised of the expected delays with the supply chain. Picked up the car today and it looks fantastic and the bill was exactly as originally quoted. Can not expect better service!! Well done folks at Brown s!!

Received an estimate in December and did not get an appointment until April. I received a call 5 days prior to confirm, I told the guy, I received an email within the week, that they would not accept my insurance. He knew nothing about it! After he had me on hold, he came back with some bad news the owner (refused to give her name) no longer accepts my insurance so they will not fix my car. This has been 4 months waiting! Sounds like Brown s Body Shop is to big for their britches. I am certain if the shoe was on the other foot, she would be very unhappy with the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.The truth is, this is BAD business!!!

Shout out to Brown's for great customer service! I noticed my front bumper was loose - I thought one of the clips had broken. I went to Brown's to get an estimate to get it fixed. They were able to get the bumper back in place and discovered that I was missing some clips underneath the bumper -- I guess the prior owner had had work done on this before. They put new clips on the undercarriage, and I was good to go! They saved me a lot of time and money by their honesty and customer service.

What a great group of people making what was damaged look like new. They did what they promised on time, and the quality of craftmanship is had to find these days. Wife is happy so I am very happy. Brandon got me out of the dog house. Lucky to have them in Franklin County.

This was a great experience. I went in for an estimate, and Kelvin had me out the door in 15 minutes with my expectations exceeded. I'll definitely be going back soon for some more cosmetic repairs.8/23/2022: Another 5-star experience. I had to file a claim related to a hit-and-run, and Tim took great care of me. This is just a great shop. Highly recommend!

I have been to this body shop 2 times over the last several years. 1 of those times recently. They simply are a model for customer service and excellent work. I highly recommend them!

I recently had an auto accident and had Brown's Auto Body Shop repair the damage to my vehicle. This is not my first excellent experience with Tim Ross and his team here. What an amazing group of people who know what customer service is al about. From beginning, middle to the end they took great care of me with keeping me in the loop. From preparing the estimate, to how the work was coming along, to getting the job done without a glitch. These folks know what they are doing. If you need body work to your vehicle please take your vehicle to Brown's. You won't be disappointed.

I'm surprised at the rating for Brown's. For many people, it's difficult to assess a good job from a poor one. New to the area, I selected Browns based on the reviews. Reviews are important, so here you go. Browns left overspray all over my glass and parts of the body. Browns damaged, through their 'detail' my side moldings - burnt edges of the plastic molding. One area wasn't prepped properly and the paint flaked off. Their detailers left deep buffer marks over an area of the vehicle where they had worked. I had to pay a professional detailer to remove. I would not recommend Browns under any circumstance.

I couldn't be happier. I'm not from here but heard good things. I had my 94 truck repainted a new color with an estimated cost of 6200. Final product is gorgeous and final bill was less than 5 grand. I couldn't believe it. Good, honest folks. You will be happy!

I ve had cars here twice and both times the car came back looking amazing. Tim and his team are excellent at what they do and are great at communicating where things stand during the whole process. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I can t recommend this place enough! I took my car in that had several scratches and they buffed them out right there at no charge! They could have easily charged me or told me if needed more than a quick buff... Super honest people!

The customer service is terrible. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. They tell u every excuse for why they can t help you out. I just wanted to order a replacement factory rim and it was a 30 minute process and gave me very excuse for why they couldn t order it. These people act like they hate their lives not a happy place to walk in to.

Very accommodating. Took in a car my son accidentally hit, and took parts we ordered rather than gouging us with marked up prices on their parts like most shops will do.
