Brandon was exceptional!! I needed new tires..all 4. Brandon got my information and ordered my tires. My truck was picked up at my job,, and returned the same day. What a fast and easy process this was! In less than 2 days, my truck was equipped with new tires and had an oil change as well! Auto Doctor of Franklin is the place to go to get all your vehicles needs done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

I am very happy with the customer service I have received at Auto Doctor of Franklin. Everyone is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are honest and do not pressure me to get any work done or try to up-charge. I am told upfront about the recommended work, and the price. The choice to have the work done is mine. All work that has been done on my vehicles has been professional and thorough.I trust Auto Doctor with my vehicles, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent and honest service! I was referred to auto doctor by a friend and have now had all of my cars serviced here. We had a recent issue that turned out to be a software issue from the manufacturer and they did not charge me for the diagnosis and gave us a course of corrective action. Great company!

Auto doctor of franklin is excellent. I worked at chevy engineering and know about cars. Auto doctor folks are experts, have great prices, and marvelous service. I use them, have my family use them, and recommend them as the best.

The team at Auto Doctor of Franklin went the extra mile to find quality yet most affordable options for replacing my starter. Auto Doc was able to find this part and come in a few hundred cheaper than competitors. The extra time and care they took for this won me over. Overall, I feel the labor cost come in about the industry standard and had it not been for difficult to find parts would have got done sooner. One final thing is the team kept me updated every step of the way and sought approval for any work beforehand so no surprise fees. Will definitely use and refer in the future.

Once again, efficient service with me waiting and Auto Doctor ready to diagnose and repair my brakes. Reasonable cost and some adjustment made at no charge. I TRUST Auto Doctor. I feel like I get an honest evaluation and fair price when I have need for servicing of my Murano and BMW. Both of them have age and miles and I appreciate their knowledge and fairness. Great customer service from Bill, Trent, and the entire team. Had trouble with front end noise on my daughter's 2005 Jeep Liberty (rwd). Two other shops looked at it 6 months ago and spoke of replacing many suspension components. Auto Doctor made a quick appointment for me, diagnosed and repaired it in less a day. The Jeep only needed grease and an alignment. Thank you Trent, we'll be visiting you with our other cars too when the need arises.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a great experience at Auto Doctor of Franklin! Even though I was a few minutes late, they still took my (son s car) in promptly for the oil change. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and seemed as though they would go above and beyond to make sure my experience was excellent. I definitely feel comfortable allowing my son to take his car back to Auto Doctor for oil changes in the future!Service: Oil change

I took my Ford in for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wipers. Dropped it off at 8:30; thinking we'd get it back early afternoon. Got a call at 10:30 all done. Price was consistent with dealership, except quicker.I changed to Auto Doctor because the dealer gave me a quote for some engine work and told me the couldn't get to it for 10 days.Auto Doctor found the dealer diagnosis was wrong and instead of 1900.00 for a repair it was less than 600.00 and back to me in 2 days. Had to wait on a part. Here it is 6 months later and car runs like a top. Plus work is guaranteed.Services: Tires, Oil change

Wow! Wow! Just Wow! This kind of service we in the old Franklin is what our great great grandfathers and and we were once accustomed to. As a 13th generation native, this is the kind of shop we use to know. Several old time shops forgot about locals, Pewits that sold out to reliable and I have to diagnose my problem to the ladies on the phone. Old franklin, Pewits is not what it use to be. This shop, which is unfortunately the old Canada shop, is absolutely amazing. They are fair, honest and go above and beyond. Headed here for even oil changes going forward. They are what Franklin use to be when we could cruise the square and sit on tailgates .. Fair and honest.

We started having an issue with our Honda Odyssey just as we were about to head out of town on vacation (ugh!). AutoDoctor was not only able to work us in to an already busy schedule, but quickly diagnosed the problem and got our vehicle back to us that afternoon.
